Clothing is very low quality, something you could buy for example at a store like "Roses" or Shopper's World... I just spent $40 on a supposed "french terry two pocket long top... it is super cheap looking!
Package staged shipped and on it way? Don't count on it. Three weeks later and if still shows shipped and hasn't even left the building. Customer service says if we don't hear from vendor by tomorrow we will issue a refund gtfoh if I asked for a refund give me one. You charged me three weeks ago and still don't have my item. Completely a waste of time. Went and paid full price at the store so I knew exactly what and when my $#*! would arrive. I don't get fooled twice.

Just ordered several items from open sky - trying to get an early start on christmas. The items are so cheap - from the jewelry to the clothing. So i am in process of returning - and find that my refund will be minus shipping costs. DO NOT ORDER FROM OPEN SKY. There is a reason most of the reviews are bad!

I'm still trying to figure out talking on the Bluetooth, took it to the beach and it was incredible, the sound adjustment was awesome, I could still hear the crashing of the ocean waves and enjoy my tunes. Love it.
I was entices by the price reduction advertised but when the cutting board arrived it was perfect. Though personalized the processing was quick.
The product I bought was not great but my overall business experience was pleasant
I purchased chocolate colored bamboo sheets on Oct. 16 and received notice that they were being shipped on Oct 19. Tracking information provided never updated to show the sheets were on their way. I called on Oct 30, and said I wanted a refund and was told no, then I called back on Nov 1, and was given the refund I wanted. The part that upsets me is that I keep getting the emails offering to sell me sheets (even thought I ordered them and never got them). Don't over promise and under deliver.

Seems I am supporting this company every month check your cards kids maybe this company does not know how to conduct themselves buy somewhere else DON'T give them your card# this extra charge caused an overdraft fee! I will never use them again no matter what they do TRUST is gone use Amazon! John

As soon as you make your purchase, our system will confirm that you have the funds available and place a temporary hold on those funds. Then, once your item has been marked as shipped, we will capture those funds, at which point the payment is complete. I ordered from opensky.com online this 15,000 mAh Solar WaterProof Power Bank. They confirmed the order. Then a few emails started coming about shipping and suddenly the description reads 5,000 mAh Solar WaterProof Power Bank. This is a 3rd of the power of the item purchased. This is a total bait and switch scam. Then when the order arrived, it was the wrong item in the box, they sent me a cheap "FitBit" look-a-like tracker. They can not even ship correctly. Ordered in several colors and have only worn the black. After less than a half a dozen wears the stitching unraveled and now I have a large hole in them. Do not recommend.

The only thing that I didn't like was that I could order the items in different colors. When I tried to order more than one i couldn't specify different colors.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
