Chrged right away, shipping info came a couple days later but it took weeks to be delivered with totally different junk items - tiny bbq clip light size of your finger- which looks like a garbage in a broken little paper boxes shipped in a thin plastic shipping bag with no padding from China. Most hideous package ever. I shipped them pack last week. I'll see what they would do. I had to get a box and tape and traveled to ups. So they better refund right away. Be aware of this website.
First of all, there''s a reason they don't have a Reviews link on their home page. Secondly, look at the only positive reviews here. FAKE! I ordered makeup and was sent an automated "your order has shipped" email. Here I am a week later and the tracking info says the shipment hasn't made it to the post office yet. Sent customer service and email and only got an automated message. RESIST THE TEMPTATION OF CHEAP PRICES. It's a scam folks.

I purchased a small leather shoulder bag. Just what I was looking for. Came in a timely fashion and I love it!
I was disappointed in my recent order of "wine botttle" umbrellas. All the boxes, shipped in one bag, were mashed in the mail, making them shabby-looking to give as gifts. Also, since I had reward points, they were supposed to be discounted to about $ 21.00 apiece. I was charged $25.00 each. I will no longer purchase from Open Sky. I am extremely disappointed with my order.

I so wish I'd read the reviews before ordering via open sky. Absolutely the worst online shopping experience ever and no competent customer service. Save yourself a lot of time and money (charged for item never shipped or received) don't order just go to a more reputable site

I ordered 2 items and receive one right away. They gave me a credit for the other item because they could not get a response from the seller after it was weeks late. It finally showed up and I told them they could charge me for it again because I wished to keep it. Very responsive.
This place is a rip off. They change the price on there items everyday. Even if you haven't received the item yet they will not reimburse the difference.

I bought a so called ORIGINAL SAMSUNG HIGH SPEED WIRELESS CHARGER(Retail $69), it was a no-name, knock off cheap charger that looks like something you can get at a 99 cent only store. It took 3 weeks to get, then they played dumb and said they would contact the seller (which was probably just them), and said same when I complained about it when I received it. And got no refund now 8 days after I returned it, so I cancelled my credit card charge. SCAMMERS, government should look into this (Not the same one's who looked into Hilary).

I bought some "bamboo sheets" supposedly from Royal Boudoir on a special with LivingSocial. I trusted them because of that relationship. However, the first set was "lost" and the second set arrived without the Royal Boudoir label and despite saying bamboo, they were 100% cotton. I got in touch with their customer service - which helped me quite well with finding the "lost" sheets however, they were not particularly sympathetic to my concern that they are dealing with unreliable vendors. I think I was speaking to computers, actually. They did not seem to have any concern that they are a distributor for at least one misrepresenting or actively fraudulent vendor.

I ordered a set of 1800 thread count sheets. They are so thin you can see through them. I don't think they are even 200 thread count. I had to leave town on family business soon after the package arrived and I missed returning the sheets within the 14 day return policy. I asked for an exception and they would not and refused to accept the return of them.
NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM OPENSKY OR ANY OF THEIR AFFILIATE COMPANIES!

I was shipped a defective product. Open Sky couldn't get their supplier to reply to the replacement request so their response was; We apologize, but there's nothing we can do. Some day this response will probably be in a textbook demonstrating how to lose customers.

I love the products I have purchased from Opensky. Some jewelry is smaller than I expected. But love everything I have purchased.
I am disappointed in the quality of this product. The fabric is soft, but construction is below par. I washed them and put them on the bed. As I said the fabric is soft, but hot. The polyester does not allow the fabric to breath. I was so hot 5 minutes after getting under, I had to kick off all the covers. I would not buy these again. Cotton, "the fabric of our lives", forever.

I use these when I work out. The sound is good and it is cool not having to worry about a chord getting in the way as I lift.
Please do not buy from OpenSky. Sizes were all wrong and returns were terrible. I returned 9 items and only got credit for 7... and THAT took a month! PLUS they take $5 - $10 shipping off your return! Never will buy from them again!

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings! So stupid that they posted EXACT comments.
