Minor glitch with my order and their representative was able to make the necessary corrections. The product was priced below what I expected to pay and was well packaged to arrive in perfect condition.
Curtain is beautiful but very thin and flimsy. Time will tell how it wears. I wil still be using this site again.

Because of a technical glitch I received and had to pay for 3 showercurtains iso one.
When I emailed about this to Open Sky customerservice I immediately received 2 payments back, even before I had received the showercurtains. And they told me just to send the superfluous two curtains back simply in the mailbox with a return to sender.
Very quick and very polite I am impressed

I ordered on the 3rd. When I look at tracking, it says it was processed on the 8th (in California) and in the hands of USPS on the 9th (in California). Nothing since then.

Ordered Berkley wicker egg swing chair with stand. Delivered without the stand. Notified Opensky via email ( no telephone service available. 2 days later received "form" email that basically advised they were busy and a response could take up to 3 days. Then when they did respond it was to say that it would take 2 days for the "Vendor" to respond. Its been 2 days - no response. Opensky was not to BUSY to take my order and it took only seconds to charge me. Unacceptable, irresponsible, deplorable business practices. Customer service / support should be a PRIORITY - it is with legitamite businesses.

I've been trying to return a nightstand (30 days and counting) to Open Sky and have not receive any responses to my 15 messages. I initially received a return label link that was broken and could not open link. Many messages were sent without responses. I am hauling this nightstand and n my car and want to get rid of it! I DO NOT WANT IT! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM EXCEPT BY EMAIL. DO NOT BIY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am so disappointed i don't know what to do. I ordered a beautiful autumn mat on August 7. Open Sky said it was shipped August 11, I called the postal service on August 20th and consumer affairs did an investigation and found that there was never a package that was shipped. I tried calling customer service but got the credit card service and the poor lady that answered did not know the phone number that belonged to her. She checked the internet to find a number for me to call and the only number there was her number which she gave me I said mam this is your number, the number I dialed to get you. It sounds like they outsource whatever customer service they do have to India somewhere I don't know. I really was looking foward to having that rug... Please do your homework before you order.

The order says "blue" and I received a white lamp with a brown base. I only ordered for the blue color, which is rare and discontinued and therefore warranted the 25 dollar price tag. Open Sky's dealer sent me a brown lamp I could have ordered from Ikea for 10 dollars. I paid 35 dollars including shipping. This is wrong, and their credibility as a company should suffer.
Just got pillow covers in the mail. I would not buy these for $3 each! Return to sender! I will never purchase anything from this site again. Very disappointed.

I ordered chairs two weeks ago. It says they shipped 11 days ago and I have still not received them. When we ordered them, the site told up 3-7 days to be delivered.

I was told my order was delivered, but USPS tracking shows it was delivered to some mailbox in Georgia, when the shipping address on the order is clearly my California address. No way to reach customer support by chat or phone. Will wait to see how they resolve this...

I placed an order and never received it. I was supposed to get it on 08/08/20 & never got it. I emailed them and got no response. I guess I will dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never use this company again. I never have any issues with Amazon.

I ordered my product over 12 days ago. The product was supposed to shipped in 4 days, because it is not a custom product. I received a notification that a shipping label had been created the same day I ordered. I now understand that they create the shipping label immediately, so you are not able to go on the site and cancel the order once you realize you will NEVER receive the product. I received a notification a couple of days ago stating the order has been shipped. I know that is FALSE because, USPS is still stating that a shipping label was created but they have not received the item. I read the reviews for this company after I purchase which was my fault. I should have researched this company before I placed an order. They do not have a customer service phone number, which should tell you how non existent their customer service is. The reply time to their customer service emails is extremely too long and when they do answer they give you the run around. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

Like many others here, I'm wrote a review in attempt to get in contact with someone from opensky to view my question in regards to my order status. My order didn't come in the expected time frame but it came about 1-2 weeks later than expected. So about 3 weeks in all I waited for my order. I was afraid I was not going to receive it because I'm guessing it runs somewhat like an amazon with different sellers I really don't know. But once I wrote my initial review Gavin got in contact with me and kept me updated every 2 days. Which was comforting. My order is expected and I'm happy I received it. Because what I wanted I could have only found on this site.

RUN FAST & FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, unless you don't mind waiting a minimum of 30-45 days for your order, don't care if you have little to no customer service, don't mind PAYING a restock fee even if your order was screwed up. Opensky is a middleman. Most of, if not all, The merchandise comes from China. The EARNED their one-star rating by shoddy practices. They've even resorted to posting fake 5-star ratings!
