My expectation was I would receive my e-ticket before the auto 24 hours advised. I called in to chase this up as it was taking a while and the advisers (not machines) I connected with instantly explained the reason why my ticket was not confirmed yet (i. E. discount offering). The booking process was easy and efficient, and offered various protection purchases (didn't use any this time - possibility in future). The lower price guarantee wasn't part of the agreement unless you purchase the price guarantee option, but the price I locked in was still slightly cheaper than the airline website fare. Definitely would continue to look for future flight from this website.
