I find Oojo to have the lowest airline fares, suprisingly lower than if you book directly at the airline's website... very easy and fast transactions in booking.

I called to cancel our reservation. Agent gave me the information about the cancellation of my reservation. He explained to me that I can't cancel only 1 passenger but all of the 4 passenger should be cancelled and I have to book a new reservation. He asked my permission to cancel the reservation before he did. He said that the charges will be credited back to the credit card within 2-3 days. What an excellent customer service.
