Bought ticket online. Got phone call pressuring. Me to buy flight cancelation insurance. Received confirmation next day. Last name spelled wrong. Called them. Said they will ask airline. They said airline said no. Called airline, no reservation for me. Asked if they would change spelling for fee. They said yes. Called visa and filed complaint. Bought another ticket online from airline for same flight. Never heard back from visa. Used turkish airline ticket. Arrived at destination. Oojo said i missed flight! DONT USE THIS FRAUD.

It was easy booking except someone tried to scam me after i booked in the beginning. Someone tried to call and me and sent me an email from a uknown email adddress (not from ooja) i think they need more security on the website and get a different agents not from india. "nothing against them but they been known for a lot of scam lately so it's kinda hard to trust someone with their name and accent. But i love ooja and it is not my first time booking with you guys.

I was able to acces my booking and manage it online easely but I received a unsolicited phone call right after booking the flight from customer service, the intention is good but it's hard to trust someone on the phone you didnt call yourself. I rather have the phoine number and call myself customer service if need be.
