Very annoyed getting an international flight and booking through Skyscanner using Oojo. Several times I have "booked" my ticket, only for my ticket to NOT be booked at all, but in the queue for a representative to book it. By that time either my seat was taken or the price had changed, and they call me to rebook - either at an increased price, or a lower quality airline. A classic bait-and-switch! I don't need this hassle and delay - I want the tickets I SPENT THE TIME FINDING!

I travel a lot. This was my first international booking. Using Oojo was super easy, gave me numerous options of international carriers, and even gave me flexible dates to get me the best price. I did need some manual tweaks a couple times, and certain fares disappeared till I checked back a week later. But overall I will use this site going forward for all my bookings

Following an exploratory conversation with Virender, on 8/29/2023 I booked my and my wife's reservations with Oojo for a round trip from IAD to SOF with Turkish Airlines. Unfortunately, a computer glitch prevented Oojo to issue electronic tickets and payment receipt.
On 8/30/2023, Vireder professionally diagnosed and corrected Oojo computer error, successfully applied complicated procedural knowhow and finally, issued electronic tickets and payment receipt.
I wish to comment Vireder's professional efforts and positive attitude in dealing with Oojo customers.
