Do not trust this company to deliver on time or to the correct address. Heaven forbid you have to call them, their wait time was 65 minutes last time I called. I still have not received my item.

Never got package, called them, it was a 48 minute wait. So I emailed them with tracking number etc, asking "where is my package" and never got a response. Walmart resented my package through Fed Ex got it in 2 days. Companies in general should avoid them.

I ordered clothes month ago. Site still says my stuff is in route and will be delivered on December 16,2019? Makes no since seeing that is December 23,2019. Ive sent many emails and stayed waiting on call machine for about hour and half. Never will I buy thru them again. If I see Ontrac delivery, stay away!

My Nordstrom order shipped in two parts. UPS had one piece here in 3 days. Ontrac has been 17 days and after speaking to them 2 days ago by phone cannot guarantee a delivery date. Shame on you Nordstrom. This terrible shipping service reflects on you.

Rotten company

I had one order from Bath and Body which was received in Denver on 12-3-19. It was supposedly was delivered to my house 12-20-19 which was 17 days after reaching Denver. Tracking would say "shipment delayed; delivery date updated". I cannot find the package and my neighbors did not get it.
Also I had the same experience with 5 Walmart packages which got to Denver 12-4-19. I got all but one. Ontrac tells me to contact the sender and the sender tells me to contact Ontrac about the last package.

SCREW THIS COMPANY

I'd give 0 stars if I could. Ordered two packages from fashion nova (which I will NEVER do again because of this HORRIBLE shipping company) first one was marked as "delivered" when it WASN'T. I recurved my package a week after it was delivered miraculously AFTER I was able to get ahold of customer service. The package had a hand sized hole in it! They went through my package and I swear they tried to steal it. Second package was supposed to be delivered SIXTEEN DAYS AGO. They updated the shipping date to the 16th. Here's the kicker. They updated it ON THE 19TH! (I'VE BEEN TAKING SCREENSHOTS!) Driver drove by my house today! I live in a culdesac. There was NO other reason for him to be in my neighborhood. He was on his phone and left! I've s my them EIGHT messages. Won't answer messages or calls! Check the shipping company before your you order, if it's ontrac, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT COMPANY TO PURCHASE FROM.

This company is CRAP!

If you can pick any other company, please do so because Ontrac is Crap. Customer service is horrible if you can even get through. I spent 68 minutes on hold just to finally have a Customer Setvice Representative tell me "I don't know where your package is and I can't tell you what to do". The best thing this company can do is close their doors!

This is the biggest joke of a company. My package has been at a facility 45 minutes away from me for weeks. Every day is another postponement with no explanation as to why. I can't reach anyone on the customer service number. No one returns messages or emails. It's now 2 weeks later than their latest delivery date.

Contact ONTRAC because my parceL was last seen with them and now
It's lost or Stolen. Don't Bother calling them 2 hours on the Phone this is ridiculous and this is robbery! Horrible

Worst service ever
December 21, 2019

Impossible to get someone on the phone. No matter what time of day you call, no one ever answers. No response to the online form submission. Commitment date is total BS. Going on my 5th day of package delayed. Even after signing up to receive notifications, I don't receive anything and have to check online. Information is only updated around 3; 30 pm.if purchasing online, I suggest you check if the store uses ontrac services. If it does, do not order

I don't understand why my package has not arrived! I have been waiting 3 weeks to receive it only to see the date change 5 times. This is horroble appaling extremely awful terrible setvice. I would advise everyone never ever use them. They suck period. No communication. No explanations. Not even a sorry. Don't recommend them at all.

The last two weeks we have not received our food delivery. We never have a problem when it comes via Fed Ex. I'm a huge internet shopper, I get deliveries almost daily. Another delivery I've been waiting for, which is a Christmas gift, has the estimated delivery date changed every day to the next day. Anytime something shows as being shipped via OnTrac it is hit or miss whether we'll actually receive it. Luckily the companies refund my money, but I wish companies that ship out would quit using OnTrac. The company is very unreliable.

Next day, not so much

I was supposed to get my package the next day from Best buy. Date of delivery December 17. It is December 20 it just says delayed.

I have called Ontrac twice now first time I waited 55 minutes for someone to answer the next time 1 hour 30 minutes. The first time I was told Best Buy would have to use the internal depart to have the item returned to the store, I contacted Best buy both by phone and in person I was told that because Ontrac has the package I'm in limbo. I personally should have not been lazy and just driven the 10 minutes to the best buy store originally, now I'm in limbo I can purchase another item in store and wait for when ever Ontrac delivers my item or just wait. If volume is this high they may need to off source to other companies that are able to get the packages out to me and everyone.

I wish that Best buy had chosen to just send it via USPS, ups both are on time with accurate tracking. I feel lost because of the limbo status I've been placed in with no idea when it's coming.

This company I believe that they steal everything and trick that package will delivery is on the way but is not true they should reported by police and investigate that company I order some stuff from fashion nova I should get my package dec 14 but they said delayed since I haven't heard nothing from them

Ordered from Ulta and my package has been sitting in the Ontrac warehouse in my city for 10 days! I finally got ahold of someone in customer service (after nearly an hour on hold) and was told if it couldn't be delivered the next day someone would call me to schedule a pick up. Nobody called, still don't have the package and it's almost Christmas. Merchants, please stop using this shipper.

They're freaking idiots, next-day delivery my butt. We ordered next day delivery FRICKING 3 DAYS AGO WTF. So stupid. I do NOT reccomend OnTrac, and if you see this review, GO QUIT WORKING OR IF YOU'RE THE CEO GO AHEAD AND GET RID OF YOUR COMPANY OR HIRE NEW WORKERS. This is fricking SO annoying and if I could rate it ZERO out of a MILLION I would because this is TRASH

ZERO STARS FROM ME
December 20, 2019

I ordered from Chewys on 12/10, with 2 day delivery service. The items were split into three boxes. Two boxes were delivered by FedEx and came in two days. The third box is suppose to be delivered by Ontrac and every day these idiots update the status and say my package is delayed one more day, it's going on a 10 day delay now! I've emailed Ontrac, no reply. I've tried calling and can't get through. This place should be shut down, my items could have gotten to me faster by foot!
