Never has a package been appropriately delivered to my address by OnTrac, I have harassed Amazon into putting them at the bottom of my queue. Recently, I purchased $1000. 00 in tools from Home Depot but forgot to ask who they use for delivery.
The first delivery was left on top of my mailbox, the second at the end of my driveway a quarter mile from my gate.It didn't take long for the bad memories of OnTrac to come back, UPS and FedEx have no problem handing packages directly to me.

No package!

Ontrac says my package is delivered but wasn't. They don't answer the phone. They say the package is arriving on a certain date. Then change it. Today I was waiting for a special dress and they sent me a package that belonged to another person 8 hours away.
I had to call the clothing company and return it. Now I am just hoping my dress is going to show up and the package that says it was delivered shows up.
This is a really busy time for everyone.
I don't have time for all this.

On Trac Nonsense
November 21, 2020

On Trac email states they delivered on 11/20/20@ 1430 hrs. Gated, private, isolated, rural road, security cameras active and reviewed, no vehicle prior to or after. What is happening to all these packages in the care/custody of On Trac that never reaches the consumer? Stashed in a warehouse somewhere?

This company has not once delivered my meals on the agreed upon date in my area. In addition they seem incapable of delivering until after 9 PM at night. The recent delivery contents, bags, were torn, evidence of mishandling. How this company was able to snag meal delivery service, all of them, for my area baffles me. It's very unfortunate I will no longer be able to use meal services.

Disappointed and upset.

It was the worst experience I ever had.
As I was reading reviews I saw that people complaining about the delay, my situation ended up to be much worse than a delay.
Ontrac delivery drivers left my package outside my appartment complex, just threw it on the road didn't even bother to enter the gates.
To say that I'm upset is to not say nothing.
This delivery company is a terrible mistake.

The package never left the building. I call from 8:00am until 4:30 p.m. and talk to 4 people. All the people were great and tried to help but no-one in the eugene facility would return any call or email. I live in eugene and asked if i could go pick it up they said no. I wonder if I will get it before the weekend. Today is Thursday. 11/19/2020

I don't know why companies like Ulta beauty continue to use them as their main source of shipping. I have had now four packages that have not been delivered to my address from this company and I have had to contact Ulta and have them re-shipped. Since this is the 4th one, I don't even know if it will be re-shipped. Ironically it is always my large purchases that do not get delivered.

Customers are solely the victim of the Ontrac driver delivery, BAD, LAZY DRIVERS.The managers of each area are not overseeing nor addressing there drivers day to day delivery... Come on managers dont just sitting down and sip your coffee and wait for your check with nothing you do in your job... What a shame!

Worst delivery company EVER!

Could of literally walked it to me by now.
Unfortunately this is my first second or third time having to deal with this so-called delivery company. As you can see in the photograph they ordered an item for next day shipping it's now been close to a week, I've notified the company Via email and phone, and not so much as a response. Photo indicates it's out for delivery on November 15 it is now November 16 7:45 PM such a bogus delivery company needs to be absorbed and abolished. Would be nice if merchants had an option at checkout to pick who they want their parcels and packages delivered by, or better yet just a single option to prohibit Ontrac from being the carrier, literally anybody else would be better than ontrac, I would even accept delivery on horseback then to deal with these idiots ever again.

Too lazy to bring package up to porch, just dropped it over the fence! It could have broken something or leaving it next to the sidewalk makes it easy for the porch pirates. I don't think they rate one star but that is the lowest you can go.

THE WORST
November 14, 2020

Absolutely the worst delivery service out there. Unfortunately all the big companies are using them because everyone is ordering 24/7/365 and wants their stuff TOMORROW. I'm the manager of several small apartment buildings and their delivery people NEVER bring the package to the door. They just throw it on the floor of the lobby by the front door. We have then recorded on camera every time. They don't even bother to step inside... just toss them through the opened door. Doesn't matter if it's coming from Amazon or another company. I have called numerous times over the past 3 years and despite promises to change they never have. Their employees don't have uniforms or labeled trucks, so most of the time you don't even know who they are. I've actually caught them dropping the packages and running and confronted them, only to get lies about not having access (once you're inside the building there's an elevator to all 3 floors) or that it's not required (it is by every company their delivering for). To cover their asses they mark "package left in mail room" (we don't have one) or "left at front door," an obvious lie. Their owners care only about making big profits and hire crap employees who are untrained and don't care. AVOID AT ALL COST.

The exact same issue has happened with multiple of my friends and family. The tracking shows out for delivery and exact same time shows delivered and never recieved the package. I have reached bvn out to them multiple times without a single response back. Garbage company.

Non Delivery of Purchases

This business is unreliable. I made a purchase from Walmart and they sent it 2 day delivery thru Ontrac. It was received by Ontrac on Nov 1st and was due to be delivered to me on Nov 2nd, it was Out for Delivery but never came, checked on the computer... it was marked delayed so I waited until Nov 3rd and again it was Out for delivery but again checking on line it said delayed this happened everyday until Nov 8th when I finally called back after sending 2 emails and no response! When I talked with a employee, he told me my package was lost but on Walmart it kept saying delayed until finally after my 2 emails and phone call it shows Returned, yet the employee says it was lost! Bottom line is this company misdelivers packages, they dont deliver packages and they lie! They are extremely unreliable, dont do business with them!

OnTrac = Nightmare

I've had nothing but nightmares when it comes to OnTrac. They are the absolute worst and Its beyond me how they are still in business. Every time I make a purchase and I find out that OnTrac will be handling my package I get nervous. Just last week they failed to deliver a package and I've noticed a trend, they mark the deliveries as delivered and the packages never arrived. I was outside doing my lawn when I received the "DELIVERED" notification and there was no sign of vans or trucks in the area. I've had bad experiences with them about 3 times this last year.

Worst shipping carrier ever! No only now because the covid, this carrier has been always the worst! They mark my packages as delivered and i never recive the package so i went to my neighbor to ask for my package i call the store etc and then latter update the status at delayed

I have issues with this company any time they're used as the shipper. On more than one occasion I've had them claim to deliver my items when they really haven't. I had one item say delivered the drive magically came back the next day and actually delivered it. Idk if they're stealing stuff or what. I just had a package today that says delivered and low and behold I don't have it I have no clue where they left it.

Horrible
October 21, 2020

Over the past 3 months, 4 packages were not delivered, driver stated "delivery address not accessible". UPS and Fedex are able to drive to my front door and deliver. During this time one package was marked as "delivered at garage" it was not delivered, I was in my garage all day working on projects, driver never came to my property. Another package was left in the street and was damaged beyond use. These were all items from Sam's club, Walmart and home depot. Finally replacements were shipped via FedEx and were delivered to my front door in perfect condition. ONTRAC is absolutely the worst. Poor customer service and incompetent delivery drivers. 13

Poor delivery service

I ordered this television on 10/7/2020 with 2 day shipping. I was given a delivery date of 10/15/2020, so I took the day off of work. I called Best Buy on 10/15/2020 to see time of delivery. I was informed it hadn't left CA yet and it would be delivered on the 19th. I contacted the shipper who said it would be delivered that day. It was finally delivered on the 20th. Two day shipping, took 13 days
