Idiot delivery driver set the package in them middle of the driveway IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE DOOR. My girlfriend almost ran over $500 worth of graphics cards. These guys are awful.

Shipments that sit in the local distribution center for days. Can't talk to anyone and it shows delayed everyday with sunny skies. I do not know which is worse, OnTrac or Rocky Mountain ATV that continues to use them.

THE FxxxxxxG WORST
December 6, 2020

I have had four deliveries from OnTrac in the last 5 months. Three were delivered to the wrong address. I had to hunt the shipments down and OnTrac did very little to find the misdelivered shipments. The forth shipment, which was last night. The driver removed my item from the shipping container (a cocktail dress) and stuffed it in my mailbox. I now ask online vendors how/ who will be the carrier for my order. If it's OnTrac, I request a different carrier and if vendor will or cannot change carrier, I cancel my order. THE WORST!

Missing package

I got an email saying my package was delivered to my front door. There was no package. It was never delivered. I was home and there was nothing on my ring door bell. I provided feedback and was never contacted. Bad service.

Worst shipping company I have ever experienced. Every day the status says it will be delivered only to be rescheduled. So far four times. I've filled out their online form twice with no response. I am on the phone right now waiting on hold for 1hr 10 minutes so far. My order was from Bed Bath and Beyond. Their customer service is no help either! I doubt I will ever get the package.

Package was left on a dirt ledge, at the front gate of the building, for all to see. Glad it wasn't stolen. Every other company I use (Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx) manages to put my packages by my front door, clean and out of sight. I suggest not using ontrac.

My order is delayed day by day for the past 10 days. Each day it says it is out for delivery and each day it says delayed and will be delivered next day. I have emailed everyday and the only reply I received was my own inquiry that I did directly on their web site with no reply by them. Still no product 10 days later and no answer. Mine said It was delivered to Seattle on November 24,2020 and out for delivery on November 25,2020 and then day by day everyday. Calling does no good. I will also report them to BBB. This was an order from Walmart

So, I finally realized that no matter who you complain to about this company, it doesn't get any better.
Just received a package in front of the gate at my complex yesterday.
The address says upper unit but, they just won't place my packages there like the other delivery services do.

Habitual lying. Marked packages as delivered when they are not/delayed, to the extend of signing off with wrong spelling of my name, just so to cover up! Their own customer service admitted "sometimes the driver marked packages as delivered as they have every intention to deliver soon".
Crooked!

My package was also "delayed", yet their site showed it was sitting in Tacoma, WA for over 5 days. Everyday, they would update the site with "Delayed" and push it out another day. After the 4th delay, I called their customer service and the rep was rude and kept putting me on hold. I was assured I would get a call back with an update. This has still not happened. 2nd and 3rd calls have been made with NO reponse. What do they do with all the packages? Would not put it past them if they are selling the merchandise on the side.

This is my first experience with ontrac, and it's been a complete bummer. Package has been delayed for 11 days, I've emailed ontrac three times with no response, and now ontrac says the package is delivered even though it is nowhere to be found.

The good news is, some vendors (in my case, REI) will ship the product to you using UPS, FedEx, etc. if you request someone other than ontrac. I called REI and they confirmed that if requested, they will not use ontrac to ship items. I think other vendors would do the same, and I will probably make the effort in the future to ensure ontrac isn't used to deliver time sensitive or expensive stuff.

75 miles fro origination location this is their info from their tracking site, see below copied and pasted. Also, they did not respond to my question. POOR SERVICE and I hope if you are in the business that does shipping you look here first to see how they treat your customers.

Horrible

Oh my I wish I could give zero stars first package that was parishable left in a package room at my complex on a Friday office didn't open till Monday second package parishable delivered to someone else they sweated up and down I received it and I was a liar and my final package from Sephora was supposed vto be delivered last Thursday Nov 26 which I knew wouldn't because holiday then web sight said to be delivered Friday the 27 nothing web sight said then delivery for 28 of nov Saturday but ontrac doesn't deliver on sat so yesterday called on track twice to be told they will look into and call text email me yesterday with an answer guess what no call and this morning web site said still 28 so had to call Sephora today dec 1 to get a refund and re order now I'm hoping btgey don't us ontrac again

OnTrac totally sucks. I've now had four deliveries from OnTrac. Three never made it and I had to go looking in the dark for the fourth one. That was last night. Where did I find the package? Under a tree next to the road about 400 feet from my house. Stay away from this company!

Never use on track

This is the second package ontrack bas lost they leave it who knows where... the driver still the packages. The drivers are all drunk and drugged this company needs to stop doin the shipping... I'm pissed they lost a 300 dollar item

Ring my Bell!

When I order online from Walmart they use Ontrac to deliver. I live in a large building; I post signs on my door with smiley faces that say Deliveries... Please don't forget to ring the bell and knock, thank you and have an awesome day". FedEx, UPS, Amazon Prime, USPS and Santa Claus's Grandfather does it but does Ontrac do it? NO! What Ontrac does do is throw/drop packages. This is the only way I know they delivered is when I hear a big "Thump". They are just plain "trifling; def: lacking in significance or solid worth: lazy". Even though I have complained to Ontrac and Walmart customer service, the drivers keep doing the same old thing because they just don't care! Maybe they are just getting paid $2.50 an hour and they are mad so they take it out on the customer! I know they have to be able to read the signs I have posted on my door in order to be employed! So, I have no choice but to stop ordering from Walmart online. Target cost a little more but, I think as far as customer satisfaction they will be more "sophisticated"! (you get what you pay for)

I have had packages pilfered, then delivered with a rock in place of the ordered item. Packages damaged. And apparently lost. With a committed delivery date of 11/19, it's still not here (see pic).

If you want a package to be lost, pilfered, damaged, delayed – or some combination of those – send it via OnTrac

Worse service ever!

My package (containing frozen food for my dog) was shipped out on the 19th and it's past 5 days now It's still not here. I message them and they haven't reply back at all. Don't waste money or rely on this place!

Most unreliable courier
November 25, 2020

We receive packages daily and OnTrac is the ONLY courier that is completely unreliable and never delivers on time or provides any customer service.

If i am aware a company uses Ontrac then I refuse to shop with them.
