The drivers of the OnTrac are extremely unreliable. They claimed that I have signed for a package that I never recived. A different package was delivered by OnTrac, but this time I was home to pick it up. However, the driver was not in his van; he was hiding behind my neighbor's car. Are OnTrac drivers the porch pirates?
I wouldn't have gave any stars but I had to. Will people don't use On Trac the worse delivery company in the world. My fence was close but I have a side gate that is open and I guess the driver didn't realize that we had cameras on our house what a fool. He stops in front of our house gets out of the truck gets our package puts it over his shoulder and walks up to our fence and throws our package it goes flying in the air and landed in our yard this is how they deliver there packages nice lucky he didn't break the item the box cause the box was all smash up. Worse company ever they need to retrain there employees!
Twice my shipments have arrived several days past the target dates. Their tracking system is rarely updated, 1st sign they don't care about quality of service. Their handling of your package on arrival sits for over 30 hours less than 10 miles from your house, and they post shipment delayed, 2nd failure for any company that wants to provide a shipping service. These folks are truly the worst-case excuse for a shipping company ever. Best pay a couple dollars more for a real shipping outfit.

Received my packages in Boise on Aug. 21st. 5 days ago and will not give me a delivery date. They will not let me pick up my packages either.
So I am signed up with Home Chef, weekly delivery
Week 1 actually received on time
Week 2 received 3 days after delivery date food spoiled
Week 3 never received
Week 4 was supposed to be delivered today, it was not, delayed
If I was Home Chef I would sue, this service or no service has cost them a bunch of money.
I would never ever use OffTrac to send anything. If I could give negative stars I would.

I tried to give Ontrac a negative star review, but they keep saying delayed. This is by far the worst shipping company around. If my retailer continues to use OnTrac they will lose my business. There is no excuse why my package has been out for delivery, in my tiny city, for 5 days. Businesses need to be aware that they are going to lose customers and money if this continues. I'm not even sure why Ontrac is operating at all with the millions of 1 star reviews.
My order that was sent through this company has been a nightmare. The company keeps delaying my order and will not contact me. I tried to contact them and keep getting the run around. My order was supposed to arrive on the 19 of August but no delivery. Now everyday they say on the tracking page this item is delayed over and over again. This is the worst shipping company I have ever had things shipping from!
I did not receive my package, I called Ontrac to open an investigation. They closed my case without any resolution. They gave my package to someone else and refused to identify who. I'm beyond upset. Terrible service. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE
Run, as fast as you can if you discover Ontrac is method of delivery. Placed order on 8/13 with Vitacost. Shipped to Ft Collins, CO & tracking on 8/17 said it was on truck & would be delivered by end of day. Didn't happen. Called ontrac cust serv on 8/18 & they sent note to driver. Tracking updated to delivery by end of 8/18. Didn't happen. Called ontrac cust serv on 8/19 & they AGAIN sent note to driver. Package was not delivered 8/17,8/18,8/19 or 8/20 (thus far) as promised. Contents of order were time sensitive. Called vitacost cust serv & told order would be resent on Monday 8/23. Ontrac is a terrible delivery service. Internet shows they recd rating of 1.8 out of 479 reviews. Have been longtime customer of Vitacost & spent plenty of money. I love their products & company but will not continue to do business w/ them if further problems w/ inadequate delivery service!
They are horrible. They hire people who could never work anywhere else for a good reason, and they have a reputation for stealing packages and showing up in the middle of the night to throw the packages the driver didn't want out the window as they race by.
The delivery person won't deliver to my actual address but leaves packages in my neighbours yard. They also usually do this after dark, so the packages are out over night. I have reduced ordering from Walmart because of this issue but now Sams Club is also using them for deliveries. When I pay for delivery I expect it to be delivered to my address, not have to collect it from a neighbour.
I order my dogs kidney care food through Chewy so we don't have an option in which carrier we can use but every time we've had Ontrac, they've always disappoint me. They have been 1-2 days late than they said they were going to deliver so this time around I ordered it well before my dog ran out of food. Ordered it on the 11th and for four days in a row it says "in transit." Still have not received it. Every single day since, it has said "will be delivered by the end of today" then they don't update it until 6pm where they then say "will be delivered (tomorrow) by the end of the day." My dog's food is very rare as she is allergic to popular flavors like chicken and lamb AND it has to be science hill and for kidney care. There's barely any in stock in petsmart's in town (I'll be lucky if I find one can in the flavor she can have) but luckily this time, I was able to find a couple cans in stores while we wait for this package I just hope it's not baking in a truck all day long from these past four days. If I could, I would never use them.
Order arrived in my city 3 after I ordered. Now the update says it will be 3 weeks later. HORRIBLE
I have had very poor service from OnTrac in the last year. Once they put my package in my trash bin that sits at the road. When he opened the bin, he could clearly see there was trash in it. He left it in there anyway instead of simply walking the light package down my 300' driveway. The last two times he has delivered the packages to my neighbors house a tenth of a mile away. Their address is *******, my address is *******, not even close. It's not like the road ends, it just goes from Road to Lane. I hate to complain to the office, but it's getting ridiculous.
My husband ordered a bike though Walmart.com on trac is to deliver it on Wednesday the 11th it says it's in Eugene but now it's Friday 13th still not here my wife has been calling they keep telling us where it is in Eugene they aren't calling them back to same what's up. Really you should switch places then. It's horrible customer service EVER right hand has no idea what the left hands doing. It's terrible never ever will we go though on trac again or recommend them shameful specially when they have promised me they would find out call us. Haven't heard back yet.
I'm so disappointed in this company
I bought engine parts from Summit Racing, as I have for decades. The packages came from USPS or FedEx in a day or two. The latest was shipped via On Trac. It sat in a warehouse for a week. I told Summit that if they ever use these clowns again, Jegs & Speedway will get all my business.
Have had my package in Buckeye since July 27th. We are 2 hours away. Still haven't received. Funny how reorder and requested Fed Ex and guess what here within 3 days. Keep saying Delayed WTH!
Horrible, just horrible! The worst part is I would never choose them, but certain retailers don't allow you to choose, esp. With free shipping (and even with paid). Driver's have left my package 50 feet from apartment complex door, without bothering to buzz the intercom so i could buzz them into the mailroom multiple times. Other times they will not leave package at all. Today, I wait at home all day for the 4th day in a row where the online tracking said, "out for delivery" right up until 9 pm and then change it to delayed. I called customer service today to find out if my package actually was out for delivery and they offered to put a tracer on it and call me back by the end of the day... how does that help me not have to sit at home for another 5 hours waiting for the damn thing? It doesn't! Also the rep. Told me that it just automatically updates to say it will be delivered the next day. What's the point of offering online tracking if it bears no resemblance to reality? And if your delivery gets bumped due to "high volume", shouldn't it be prioritized the next day? This isn't the holiday season, and we're 17+ months into the pandemic, so they should be used to the higher volumes by now... even if the delivery is slower, why can't they calibrate their software/algorithms to accurately communicate *when* your package will arrive? Or else get rid of delivery dates altogether. Anything is better than sitting at home waiting for a package for 4 f'in days! Smdh
Don't get your items shipped through on track they should not be in business because they don't want to call you back when you put in a item that has not been delivered you have to wait 3 days and nobody calls you back with a resolution I am not happy they damage my package and don't want to replace my damaged or not delivered package
Ontrac is unprofessional, rude local customer service. Drivers are independent, so they leave packages where they choose. They never deliver to my Apt. I have complained for 3 years, nothing gets done. No one accepts responsibility for problems.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
