Placed order with Macy's in store on 4/2/2022. I received notification from OnTrac that it would be delivered on 4/5. I thought that was great and fast, but then it was delayed every day since. I can understand one day, things happen. I'm ok with that, but multiple dalays, really! 'm sitting here right now waiting on 4/8 for my package that they keep delaying. OnTrack has HORRIBLE reviews and has been on the news for how bad their service is. I just don't understand how a company like Macy's can use a service like this that does not deliver. I ordered something from Macy's weeks prior to this order and it was delivered via FEDEX, which was great. I will not order again at Macy's if this is the service they are going to choose, Macy; s please listen... do not use OnTrac... it will destroy you... HORRIBLE!

Bunch of idiots!

Im seriously going to lose my $#*!! My package was to be delivered on TUESDAY and its been delayed... these idiots have taken my package from Reno Nevada to Redlands CA to Ontario CA back to Redlands CA then back to Ontario CA then back to Redlands CA and NOW its in $#*!ing UTAH! I PAID EXTRA FOR OVER NIGHT DELIVERY! Where is my package?! At this point they either have the DUMBEST EMPLOYEES working for them or they have lost my damn package and are buying time! Where is it?! It better be delivered tomorrow FRIDAY!

GPS liars some body else has my package because of your drivers carelessness in delivering to the correct addresses. Either can't read the address on the label …and match it to to the building it is address to, this is ridiculous how poor your service is I hope the same karma happen to you. Below is my Ring Door Bell have never missed a bark when some Approaches my door.

They delivered my first package to the wrong address so I had to request a replacement. They were contacted not to leave the package after business hours but they proceeded to dump it over the fence and the dog ate it. Would never use them to deliver anything.

I'd say about 1/5 of my OnTrac packages make it to my front door. They seem nice enough when you call them, but they are no help. It blows my mind that a company doing such shoddy work is still in business. Where else can you do your job 1/5 of the time and still remain in business?

The only way to make a difference is to COMPLAIN to the companies we are buying from. They are the ones shipping though OnTrac, and unless we make it thier problem they will continue to do so! Call Walmart, Target, etc and complain to them! OnTrac isn't listening; they do not care. Let's make them care.

I went down to my barn at 11:00 PM at night to take care of animals. I saw an unmarked white truck pull up in front of my barn and stop. I didn't know if it was someone casing my property or my drunken neighbor who I had called the cops on before who sells drugs up the street. The vehicle pulled forward and partially pulled into my driveway with the back of the vehicle sitting out in the oncoming traffic lane. I have a Private Property No Trespassing sign at the entrance to my property. I felt sick to my stomach. I didn't know whether to get a weapon or go confront the person on my own. If I went on my own, I couldn't defend myself without a weapon. I high tailed it back toward the house. A person got out of the vehicle and I yelled to them to stop where they were. I couldn't see them or see their hands. It was dark out. I asked them who they were, and they spoke with a thick accent that I couldn't understand. I told them to repeat themselves several times until I understood that they were trying to deliver something at 11:00 PM at night, out in the country, in the dark! I told them to drop the package at the end of the driveway and leave. He did. I've tried to contact OnTrac several times today about their dangerous delivery practices. They could care less. No apology. No modification to their delivery practices. I told them that they are not to delivery to my property in the dark. They justified themselves and said that they deliver up until midnight. WHO DELIVERS IN THE DARK! I told them that they scared the crap out of me and that I was contemplating getting a WEAPON. They don't get it! OnTrac doesn't get it, and they are more worried about being offended than the safety of their customers and their drivers. DO NOT DELIVER IN THE DARK AT 11:00 PM AT NIGHT, ONTRAC! HOW STUPID CAN YOU BE?

My statement to ontrac

How are you still in business? Literally how? I've never in my LIFE had so many issues with a company. I had to put out a ticket because my package said it was delivered yesterday and it wasn't, and then it said it was out for delivery today. Then it said it was delivered and it still wasn't, and your driver never got back to you guys. I'm filing a police report and reporting your company to anyone and everyone I can. It's literally been an issue every single time. I get sick when I see your company is delivering because I know I may have just lost money due to your thieving employees. There is NO WAY Amazon, ups, and FedEx allllllllllll have their deliveries delivered with no issues then here cones your company that can't get a single package to my address. I hope you get sued for everything you have.

WORST EVER! -0 Stars

I ordered from Wal-Mart and these idiots got the delivery, It was suppose to be here a day before my Daughters Birthday but it was delayed and there site said it would be delivered ON her Bday, but yet again DELAYED, now they said do to "Unforeseen circumstances" her package "Should" be there today by 9pm!
We'll see, I'm also tryin to let Wal-Mart know so they don't use these unreliable company again!

Broken record here.
The package was lost, but they had tracking showing it was in their distribution warehouse 10 miles from my house. Promised delivery was a Friday, and the package showed up at the warehouse Friday morning@ 2:03 AM. For the next four days, they kept updating the delivery to the next day. Finally they admitted the package was lost.

I had promised an important customer I would have their parts on Tuesday. I lost the order & over $300 in material cost. Still trying to get a refund from Home Depot for the $370 metal cutting circular saw.

Package Delivery

Amazing my package arrived at their facility in my hometown on March 15th, with an update they would be delivering my package next day by end of day. And then the day after, and then the day after, repeatedly... until they acknowledged they cannot locate the package but they are working on it
Why would Google even choose a business like this when best in class alternatives are available?

Got a text that my package was delivered by OnTrac. I was right there. No package! Home Depot chat line useless. Said I had to file a claim! It's their chosen shipper! Called Home Depot and that was better, they filed claim. Still, I have no item. No effort made to send me another. Must wait for verdict from OnTrac!? Is this how to run your business? If it ever arrives I'll just return it and meanwhile buy from another source. Why support a company that treats you like YOU did something wrong? Home Depot needs to own this. So many complaints online.

Tracking update

This is the worst company I have ever worked with, if I would of know the place I purchased from was going to use ontrac I wouldn't of even bought the stuff at all. They suck with giving you updates on your orders and never update it or give you any helpful information, try to reach out and get some more help or a resolution and they respond with the same exact email over and over again no matter what you are saying. I've been getting the run around with them and cannot figure out where my packages are for the life of me and they don't care at all and won't help. I've never ever heard of ontrac until now they should really be shut down or never be used again so $#*!ing awful I've never had such a worse experience before in my life with a company, awful company.

OnTrac keeps loosing my purchases that are shipped by OnTrac. The employees do not care, nor do they help some disabled, handicapped and customers of color. This has happened to me twice and this is more than a coincidence.

They do not care about the employees, they work you like a slave. Start at 5 break at 7 for 10 minutes lunch at 1050 for 30 minutes than work til 2. It is like slave shop except we not picking cotton. Sweat shop. They are vicious and cruel. They don't want to do they job but expect you to do yours. The worst company I ever worked for. They have a high turn over rate. Because they don't know how to treat they employees. Started off as fulltime. Then they didn't tell us they changed us to part-time. No communication. I say $#*! ontrac. They can suck a $#*! and hr. They don't even deserve one star. Vanessa hr is a b**** fr. Racist AF.

Ordered from WalMart on March 8th, with delivery scheduled for March 9th.
Package picked up in California on March 9th, didn't show any movement until March 10, when it arrived in Tucson early morning. Sat at the distribution center until 4PM when it finally made the delivery vehicle.
Keep in mind, the shipping address CLEARLY shows a business address so little chance of making it before 5 when we close.
Today: March 11: it STILL does not show being on the truck for delivery. Called WalMart to let them know what kind of company they are dealing with, they did file a complaint with OnTrac. Called OnTrac customer service and got a complete run-around as to the location of the package, when it MIGHT actually be delivered, or any other explanation as to the delay.

Sure do hope that WalMart listens and stops using OnTrac, we've never in ten years had a problem like this with either FedEx or UPS, even the USPS provides better service that OnTrac!

Stay Away from OnTrac

OnTrac said my package was delivered on March 3rd at 5:36pm. It was not delivered. The neighbor across from me has a security camera that monitors my front door. He reviewed the security tapes and verified that no package was delivered. I emailed OnTrac customer service on March 5th and heard back from them on March 7th. Ontrac said they would look into it. Fortunately, my package was finally delivered on May 8th. The customer service agent at JCPenney told me that sometimes the package shows up when it's shipped by Ontrac and sometimes it never shows up. I've concluded that shipping with Ontrac is like rolling the dice and hoping the dice roll in your favor. I'm not a gambling person, so I'm now going to ask everyone I buy from if they use Ontrac, and if they do, they won't have my business.

This shipping company is RIDICULOUS! They have no clue about ANYTHING when they are the ones that are delivering the packages, it's crazy! They need to be PUT OUT OF BUSINESS ASAP! They have careless delivery people that drop off packages at the WRONG addresses and then expect you to be okay with waiting as long as possible before they have any updates.

PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS!

Stay away from using this company for deliveries. They have delivered my packages every time to the wrong address. I have notified them and they do nothing about it. Bed Bath & Beyond uses this service. I have notified them as well and they continue to use them. I am amazed by the lack of customer service.

If you are getting anything delivered from this company, you can count it as a gift to their delivery team. I have never had any problems with anything being delivered until I had to deal with OnTrac. The do not have any type of proof that they delivery was made besides word of mouth. No pictures... nothing. So if they are delivering expect it to never show up. They do not even deserve one star but I had to put one
