If i could give 0 stars I would. This company is the WORST. If you can avoid them do yourself a favor and dont use them. They are liars. They are flakes. They say something is delivered but in fact never has been. They wont provide proof. They just send one automated email after another. They just tell you to talk to the vendor. My leasing office has said they've seen their drivers just leave packages on top of lockers in a highly populated area. And their tracking info says "in locker" its laughable. STAY AWAY AND DONT USE THEM,

Wourth a ZERO

I Can not believe antrhopologie.com uses ontrac! I have had several packages to my
"front door" yeah right, not so. Anthropologie.com is loosing money as they have had to refund my purchases and then I've lost interest and trust as anthro does not change from ontrac delivery. UPS and USPS far more reputable and trustworthy. I refuse to purchase from any company that uses ontrac, it is an incapable, dishonest company that lies about their deliveries. I see many consumers are at odds against ontrac and I am too. Doterra uses ontrac as well, and yes I have had packages lost or not delivered by ontrac, so disappointing and angering...

This company apparently hires anyone who knows how to drive, but have zero interest in giving proper service of ANY KIND! They THROW your pkgs over a 'short UNLOCKED' fence (within easy reach of theft if you're not home), instead of opening it and walking the 2 ft to leave it at your door (out of street view), and I've even had them just TOSSED the pkg over fence... bouncing off the ground!... and even dropped in a puddle once on a raining day... again, instead of leaving at 'covered' front door, as well as today, I'm AT THE DOOR ready to receive pkg, and again just throws it over the fence. SO SICK OF THESE A-HOLES who only care about making their money! Whenever I find a co. That uses these idiots (ie: walmart!) I shop elsewhere! WORST OF THE WORST!

This has never happened to me before

I ordered two purses from Nordstrom rack and they shipped them with OnTrac. I never received the package. I received the notification that my package has been delivered, and 10 min later I came out to get it, but it wasn't there. I think that the driver even drove up to my house but never left the package in my mail box. It's unbelievable. If you ask me, I think the whole company is in on it. It's the first time this happens to me and I'm really scared because it looks like it's no longer safe to order things online except for amazon.

This company is hands down the most incompetent organization I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Where do they find these clowns? I bet I've had 10 deliveries from them over the years and every single one has been a fiasco! Packages thrown over my gate into the mud when it's raining, boxes ripped open and dumped upside down on my sidewalk, packages returned for God knows why, and last time a crazy driver who charged at me like a rabid dog screaming at me because I asked her to close the gate behind her. Unfortunately I forgot Nordstrom uses them occasionally, placed an order, and as soon as I saw it was Ontrac I KNEW something would happen! Sure enough, was "out for delivery" on 4/26 and then "held". I called yesterday and they said it was because I didn't give them the gate code. LAUGHABLE! There is no gate code! It's just a gate you open with your hands - too much for their delivery drivers I guess - it's easier to either just send it back or throw it over into the yard. There is no code, no lock, no nothing - it's just a gate on a fence. So I was told she'd send them a message to attempt delivery again and there was no gate code and today I look and it's in Arizona. At this point it's just laughable. I called Nordstrom, they offered to send the items express for delivery tomorrow, but since they couldn't guarantee it wouldn't be through OnTrac again I told them - then cancel it entirely! I won't do business with any company who uses them. Eventually if people dig in their heels enough and stop using companies because of OnTrac, the companies will sever ties with them. IDIOTS!

One time, my package showed as delivered, but never arrived.
Another time my package was half open. I guess the deliver guy looked inside the package and realized it seemed sth he can not resell/use so he put in my front door.
I had to contact both the merchant and the credit company to resolve the issue, and huge waste of time.

The worst shipping company out there. I ordered a laptop 4/17 and the date it should have arrived was 4/20 now it's 4/23 and had no updates. I sent multiple emails and only got automated responses, horrible customer service. Turns out my laptop went "missing" but it was probably stolen based on the track record of this horrendous company. They also take no responsibility for their actions making you call the vendor you bought from. Thank you to Best Buy for offering me a replacement but never use OnTrac if you can. I hope this company goes out of business or receives a lawsuit. 0/5 stars

Good luck getting your shipment on time, if at all. Oh, good luck even getting ahold of anyone from customer service. This delivery service is horrible, I always have problems. This company literally could care less and I wish retailers would stop using them for lack of consistency and reliability alone.

We have a gate that goes to our front door & you 'drop' it at the gate, leaving it in the rain. Can't it be walked up to the front door, which is covered?

Horrible service

I ordered a package on the 12th got a delivery date of the 14th. I waited and assumed it was pandemic issue like most places. Today on the 20th I got a notice that my package was returned to shipper because I left the wrong address but I verified with the company I ordered from and it was correct. I ever once had th try to deliver I'm home all day and they didn't even try. I wouldnot recomend ontrac.

Horrible Service

We buy a lot of our supplies online. One supplier uses Ontrac and we are now going to be paying for our supplies to be shipped via FedEx. The driver flat refused to leave our package on our porch out of sight as he was leaving them on in plain view by the garage. When we asked him to leave them on the porch out of site, he replied we have a vicious dog. The dog is inside the house with a security storm door with bars & tempered glass. He does bark and look "mean" but he is a 3 year old GSD puppy and only wants to lick you to death. After that incident, he made another delivery and my husband went out and asked him again to please leave the packages out of site and he started yelling at my husband. My husband then told him he needed to get another job as he obviously does not like his job and he told my husband "I love my job but I HATE you". OMG who says that to another person! We then contacted our supplier and told them what happened as they are the only ones that can contract this so called company. They took everything down and forwarded it to their supply "people" to be reported to OnTrac. We then had one more package being delivered by this person and my husband went out to get the package and the man proceeded to tell my husband that everyone at OnTrac agreed with him that he did not have to put our packages out of site because we have a vicious dog in the house. WHAT A JOKE! We will not buy from a company that uses OnTrac as a carrier. They are rude and downright mean. The man made me feel very uncomforable & threatened.

This is no my first package that has been stolen because of Ontrac. I bought an expensive item form Home Depot. Had I known Home Depot used Ontrac as their shipper I would not have done so. I contacted Home Depot and told them exactly what was going to happen. Ontrac delivered my package at 11:28 pm (almost midnight) AND PUT IT AT MY RURAL mail box 1/2 mile from my house on an open road. The package was again stolen. The driver lied and said he delivered it to my front door. He did not. Ontrac overworks there drivers. I would give them a "0" if I could. Do not order from Home Depot until they used UPS, Fedex, or USPS.

Nothing but bad experiences with OnTrac. They're totally unreliable and don't care about your packages. They'll throw them down the driveway or just leave them at the street to be stolen. I've complained many times with out any change and now it's pretty interesting that my packages have been "delayed due to bad weather" when it's sunny and 80 degrees outside AFTER I've made several complaints. I wish businesses would not use this shipper, they're the worst out there!

Very Satisfied

I have had On Trac deliver many of my packages and never had a problem. In fact, when I see they are the delivery company I am very pleased. I have 2 packages coming from them today from 2 different companies, I feel assured there will be no problem.

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE- stay away
The worst there are 6 signs in my lobby that say do not leave packages here they are in gigantic letters
All the other delivery services know not to leave it there they can read

Our packages continually got stolen in the unattended lobby it's 325 units & visitors & solicitors

My package was stolen I called OnTrac I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me they spoke to the driver and the driver said he left it in the right place in the lobby I told him that they should have the supervisor go to my lobby and look for himself and then he would know that he should've left it at my door not in the lobby they said the case is closed and if I want my money back I need to go to the company that shipped the item they really had no care whatsoever now I'm wondering was it actually even delivered?
