I've had 4 packages in the past week end up on someone else's doorstep. No fun scouring the neighborhood to engage in Search and Rescue operations, and the anxiety that goes along with a lost package. Are drivers not trained to get a visual on house numbers before plopping down the packages? Train your drivers!

Terrible Service

If I could give zero stars I would! This is the worst shipping company on the planet! Two separate vendors have used their service to ship packages to me. I've had to make several complaints to both companies in order to get my items shipped using a different company. The most recent incident involved perishable items that the vendor had to reship TWICE because OnTrac left them sitting in their warehouse or because of driver incompetence. I placed the order on May 31 and on June 6 the company reached out to me to say they were shipping a completely new order because they felt the original items would not be safe to consume given OnTrac had not delivered. Today (June 10), they reached out again to say the second shipment is not safe to consume due to OnTrac's lack of delivery. They will be shipping a third package out via FedEx on Monday! Both vendors that used OnTrac have lost money (unless they were able to file claims against OnTrac to recoup their losses due to their inferior performance). From now on, if I know ahead of time a company uses OnTrac, I will request they use UPS or FedEx instead.

Crappy company

I received an email that my package was left "behind the gate". I don't even have a gate! I looked up and down the road No luck. Ontrac is also not doing anything about it. I finally called Staples and they are sending me a replacement. Thank you, Staples! Do not use Ontrac. Their reviews are full of dissatisfied customers. Definitely not a company to do business with!

Ontrac claims they delivered a package on 5/30/22. They claim it was dropped off at my front door. B. S. Now I have to go back to my vendor to complain. Seems the vendor likely will have to eat the cost of their failure. Why not do the Amazon thing and snap a picture? I guess that's asking you much.

OnTrac is the worst shipping service I have ever encountered. I have never had more missing packages, package delays, "delivered" packages that are not there -than any other delivery service out there. Their shipping estimates are so off they cannot be used for any reliable source of information. I have had numerous packages say delivered, and I will check within 10 minutes of delivery and there's no package to be found. When you call customer service they only say they will reach out to the delivery driver, and then nothing else happens. I am constantly having to get refunded from suppliers. Zero stars

I bought some stuff from REI and they deliver the package through this company. I stayed at home the whole day and didn't see my package coming. Then I got one email and said they delivered my stuff at front of my door. My door is at second floor and a little hard to find. They don't have any evidence to show they delivered to right place. When I contact them, they just ask me to contact the store. You delivered stuff without any evidence, how come I contact the shipper.

I have never had a good experience with OnTrac. I always give specific instructions to deliver my package to my door. It never fails, that the package ends up being dumped outside my apartment on the street or in a community mail room that has a sign posted to not leave packages there. I have had several missing packages that OnTrac claims they delivered. They can provide me no proof that they did. I work from home so I would know if someone left a package. I always reach out to customer service but they just say they will pass the information along for future reference. Well it has been 2 years since my first complaint to them and nothing has ever changed. There needs to be serious investigation into this company because it seems criminal.

Vendors please stay away if you want to stay inbusiness! Zero stars or even negative! I dread every time I see the package is being delivered by OnTrac. They claim to have delivered the package but it is never the case. This is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened with me. It is nowhere around and no one else has picked it up for me. The delivery address is correct and there as absolutely no issues with that. The delivery drivers straight out lie showing that the package is delivered when it is clearly not. Every time I get the same response asking me to verify the address or contact the vendor. And then they just throw their hands in the air saying their records show that it is accurately delivered. OnTrac does not want to take any responsibility for their own deficiencies. My experience is nothing short of horrendous. The service cares the least about the inconvenience and the frustration the customer has to go through because of them. Either improve your services or shut down the whole fraudulent service. Pathetic and unreliable. I don't know why the vendors still use this service.

Two different deliveries, two different days, never received either. This is the absolute WORST delivery company ever! They say they left one of the deliveries at the front door, and the other on the front porch. We are in a business park, in a business neighborhood, because we are a business. There is no front porch! I think the drivers steal everything and keep it for themselves and just claim to have made a delivery. I will not purchase from a company that uses OnTrac for their deliveries - that's one of the first questions I ask: Who is your delivery company? If they say OnTrac, I will cancel the order.

Delivered to the wrong address and signed by a random person. OnTrac insisted it was delivered to the right address by their incompetent delivery driver. Frustrating to deal with a company that takes no responsibility. Absolute incompetence and a "too bad" attitude. Hope for the worst if the merchant uses this service for deliveries.

Worst delivery service I have delt with. Do not buy from merchants that use them. Delivery service is questionable at best. State packages have been delivered and show up late if at all.

Order item from national retailer, tracked item all the way to the state. Site said out for deliver, by end of day was the time. I got a text that it was at my Front Door at 626pm, funny thing is I was 7 feet from the front door and no knock, no doorbell, no picture of item at the door. Opened the door when I got the text... NADA, Nothing, ZIP, Zilch... Responded to Ontrac via email and they said "We apologize that you are unable to locate your package. Our records indicate that the driver was at the appropriate location at the time of delivery. If you are still unable to locate your package, please contact your Vendor for further assistance with this issue." Fortunately the national retailer is replacing the item but this time I'm picking it up from the store...

Hmm where to start. Iv had five packages "delivered" by OnTrac, only received two. Zero help locating the three that went missing. I have a ring doorbell and all three times the package was marked delivered but nobody ever came by. All my packages required a signature, not one time was I asked to do so. Absolute trash company. Customer service is a complete joke as well. Avoid at all costs.

OnTrac is a terrible delivery service. They delivered the item on the estimated date, but they certainly didn't take much care with it. The driver threw the package on the driveway and drove off. Luckily it was an item of clothing, so it wasn't damaged. But I have a security gate at my front door. The package could have easily been placed through the bars so that it was safe from being stolen. But the driver didn't even bring it to the door. From the front of my driveway to the front door is approx. 50 feet. If you look at the photo you can see that the package was thrown about 10 feet up the driveway and left in plain site for anyone to see it and potentially steal it. Just wanted to make it clear that this is some really poor, reckless delivery service. I would, personally, never use Ontrac.

I had a package set to be delivered on Friday. The lazy driver pulled up to my complex gate. And after waiting for a moment and not doing anything just left and put delivery attempted, unable to access building. Didn't call or text or even try the apartment manager. After contacting their nice but useless customer service and talking to a supervisor they said they contacted the driver and the driver said it would be delivered the next day (Saturday). We'll on Saturday they had limited buisness hours and that driver doesn't work Saturdays. So I was lied to. They don't deliver Sunday and now it's Monday. Was told by a supervisor it would be before 12 p.m. on Monday. Here we are over an hour later I contacted their customer service for the mpteenth time and they are now saying the frame for residential deliveries is until 9 p.m. I hope I get it today but I don't think I will ever order ship to home from Best Buy again. They need to contract a better company eith better ratings for their high dollar items

DONT EVER USE THIS PLACE

Ontrac is one of the worst places I have ever had try and deliver to my house. Notice how I said try, they never made it. I ordered a ps5 off Walmart and of course i get offtrac lol, and it said it would ship out in 2 days max and here I am a week later with little to no update. It stayed stuck in Commerce, CA the whole entire time and then when I call customer service the bot tells me to call my retailer. So in other words get your refund. I honestly can't stress this enough if your package has to get shipped to this place you should really reconsider cause this place ain't gonna get you your package.

Had a delivery of a 32 inch TV. Tracking said that it was delivered. Checked outside of my door nothing to be found. Contacted ontrac about issue. All they could tell me was that their GPS system showed their driver was in our area. Asked to speak to a supervisor, and got Dillon. Dillon was about as helpful as the representative I was speaking to before hand. Offered no further help. Just repeated what the previous person said. Asked if there was anyway to contact driver for any help. (Where item was placed? If he could give any info on where he dropped it off, or if he even had a gate code to get on to property.) Their investigation was pointless and unhelpful. They just checked the GPS pin point, which again, just showed the driver in my area. Worst company to get any item delivered from.

AWEFUL!

I received an email stating my package was delivered... NOT! I kept looking for it and never saw a delivery. The next day my neighbor 10 houses down came to my door with my package... the addresses were worlds apart. The driver was just plain LAZY!. I'm thankful that my neighbor was honest enough to return my package to me. When I complained to Ontrac all I got was "... sorry for the inconvenience", short and not sweet or sorry... I wrote back they need to retrain their delivery people and IMPROVE their service. I also let the company I purchased from that they need to use a different service in the near future. Ontrac SUCKS! I will NOT purchase from a company that uses them.

I placed an order with Walmart and wanted second day delivery. The order was shipped by OnTrac. After waiting at home for 5 days and many calls to Walmart customer service, the order was never delivered by OnTrac. OnTrac claims it was delivered on M 8 at 11:57 PM. I was home, my son was at home, my neighbor were at home and there was no delivery. If you place an order with a store and OnTrac is the delivery company do not expect to get your package.
