First package was delayed. Then on day to be delivered, never delivered. Two days later says delivered and NEVER RECEIVED!

I don't know how they still in business everyone in the company lies they say they come for delivery and they never show I have cameras and I can prove that. They stole my package that is theft. You call the 800 phone number and the employee hang up the phone...

I was supposed to receive my package on Monday 07-24-23. I received a text message from OnTrac, stating attempted delivery but package was not delivered because the driver needs an access code to complete delivery. Received another text from OnTrac on Tuesday 07-25-23, stating that the driver did not leave the package due to a security concern and that a signature is needed to complete the delivery. I live in a single residence. No need for an access code for the driver to leave the package on the porch. We were home on Tuesday to received and signed for the package. This is NOT the first time this company has delivered packages to my residence. Message OnTrac customer service twice, and up to writing this review, still no response. There telephone number is useless.

This is by far the worst company for delivery and the whole world. They must hire everybody that the post office FedEx UPS and Amazon won't hire. Always dropping packages on the totally different streets that don't even have the right house number on it. It just amazes me how bad this company, drivers or maybe the dispatcher is Someone doesn't know what the they're doing and I think it's the whole place Jacked

WORST DELIVERY SERVICE EVER! WHY DOES HOME DEPOT USE THIS COMPANY? SHOP VAC WAS LEFT IN FRONT OF MY GARAGE DOOR AND VISIBLE FROM THE STREET WHERE ANYONE CAN SEE. WHY NOT JUST PUT A SIGN ON IT THAT SAYS "STEAL ME"!

My items were supposed to be delivered within 3-7 days. On the 8th day I received a notification that my package was delivered. Nothing at my door or mailbox. The picture shows they delivered it to someone's house. I live in an apartment with an apartment number. I have contacted customer service via email and have yet to receive a response.

I had a package that was shipped with OnTrac delivery services
The Wearhouse that the package was to be delivered closed at 5pm daily, on track has may package being delivered at 6:42pm
The Package was never delivered and when I contacted OnTrac i chatted with Ashwini V.
I was told that there is nothing they could do for me because the system is saying it was delivered, and they also told me I need to contact the company I got the items from.

How the hell I could contact the company if they received my package and lie about it being delivered and told me there was nothing they could do

It not fair for a shipping company to steal your packages and have no accountability
Is there somewhere to report this matter?

This delivery service is horrible, 2 packages marked delivered but nowhere to be found. I will never order again.

I had two packages through them and never got them. There customer service is terrible. You can't get in touch with no one. My packages status was mark as "undeliverable" "Damage"
I want answers! Something needs to be done. I see there been so many complaints and no resolutions.

I don't normally leave reviews but I just think everyone should no NOT to trust this company. They have completely ruined my trip I ordered a bunch of things (including a birthday present) there has been NO UPDATE IN 4 days! And I leave tomorrow so I get to go on my friends birthday trip with no $#*!ing present! I'm so so disappointed thanks OnTrac for ruining my vacation, y'all suck!

These people will say your package is out fir delivery, unfortunately that means days. I have never dealt with such a slow carrier. Other companies need to use UPS,etc. But not this carrier. Anytime, I see that they are delivering, I get mad. If the package is out for delivery, state that on the day it will be delivered, not days before. Not to mention that don't follow delivery instructions either. They will place your package in an unsafe place, so don't bother with asking them to leave it where you want it to go in order to be safe. You guys need to go out of business.

My latest order being delivered by Offtrack arrived at a facility yesterday morning which is an hour from my house. It was supposed to be delivered that day and now they're saying two more days. Way to go Offtrack.

Apparently the company I ordered from switched to this delivery service because hadn't heard of them before. Package was "out for delivery" Weds 7/19. Received a text that evening that they'd attempted to deliver, but my address was incomplete. I replied through the website, giving specific directions because my address was complete AND correct. Received an automated reply that someone would reply within 48 hrs. Didn't get a reply. Got another message that my package was out for delivery AGAIN on Friday 7/21. Once again the driver "attempted" and failed because address was incomplete, all the while informing me that my package will be sent back to the shipper if they can't deliver. How is it that USPS, FedEx, UPS and Amazon are ALL able to locate my address, but your drivers can't!?! If you are aware that a company you're ordering from is using this company for delivery, think twice about placing that order. (I'd like to not give any stars, but that's not an option)

I placed my order at the beginning of July it in now July 21 2023 and I just received it they said it wouldn't take longer than 2 weeks but it's been 3. The guy that delivered my package threw it to my front door like a football. I had candles in my package and the pack came damaged. This is by far the worst delivery experience I've ever had. I have the video of it being delivered but it won't let me add it to the page.

The drivers is too lazy. Customer service doesn't care. Department stores please don't use this company for shipping.

They delivered my package in another place, my address is perfectly specific, they put it in another building, and never game me an explanation, very disappointing because I was waiting for my productos more than one week ago.

OnTrac lost my package but instead of saying so, they continued to send updates that my package would be delivered the next business day. It wasn't until the vendor called after 10 business days of no delivery did they admit to losing my package
