There customer service phone number is designed to ring busy 24/7 I tested this for every hour (with some help) for 21 hours...and to make it more difficult the photo has to be a certain "size" how ridiculous...why not just print FU your not getting any refund!
Absolutely the worst! No company should use them! I will ask now before I order from them. They may actually be worse than USPS and that's hard to do!
I ordered a Barbie for my daughter through Walmart, I never heard of this company so I was optimistic. They claim they tried to deliver my package which was a lie bc I have a ring camera and also cameras all around my home. I questioned them about how they never came and they lied and said I could pick up the package at a sorting center that was 45 minutes from my home. I never received my package, and I'm pretty sure there never was a package. Scam!
I broke my ankle on my steep driveway, on crutches. 2 deliveries halfway up driveway. Unacceptable!
Honestly they are the worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. I have decided to stop shopping at two of my favorite online stores because I can NEVER get my package smoothly delivered (if it's delivered at all) because they use Lasership. It's a hassle, and there has been multiple occurrences where they don't deliver my package on time and I have to throw something together for an event I have last minute. They're a garbage company and a waste of your money and time.
Terrible company. So basically i've ordered form shein plenty of times never having any problems with shipping. But i now know the reason why is because the delivery service are always well know such as, fedex, usps, ups, etc. But this time i got ontrac. My order was placed and shipped on july 17th. And the estimated delivery date was july 26th - july 30th, and as soon as the 26th hit i got a notification saying it was out for delivery, yet never came, then the same thing happens the next day and the next and the next, till today august 2nd. I got a notification saying that it was originally sent to the wrong facility and is now in my city and out for delivery. So around 3:45 i got a notification about a attempted delivery, and it was asking for a gate code to my house, when i don't have a gate code. HONESTLY OVERALL ONTRAC IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY!
You stole my package you good for nothing mafioso scammers. I have no idea how you're in business and I hope your company falls apart for the worst customer service in the entire world.
They will say they attempted to deliver your package and lie. They make no effort to deliver and lie saying address is wrong. I hate that Amazon still allows vendors to use them. They will also steal your packages l
I am really stunned to see so many negative reviews. My order from Nike arrived 3 days earlier than the delivery date. Also, the instructions I added 2 days after my purchase were fortunately received.

Not sure if dolce Vita switched to them due to the ups strike but they're horrible. I had to search the internet to find a way to contact them cause the website text number does nothing. Look up the 800 number and when you call it will tell you they got a new number starting with 804, then get to the live person/texting option on the call and they will confirm your number and text you. Only way to get somewhat of a response from a real person. My order was in NJ the last few days and supposed to be delivered yesterday but instead it was scanned in RENO, NV. HOW? Now today it says it's in NJ again. This can't be a legit company
I support to get my package 7/26/2023, and they took forever to delivery. How come there system always show: " We need additional information to complete your delivery and avoid a return. Please use the form below to confirm the delivery address and instructions within three business days." even I filled the form and update my address several time, I don't understand how they work for delivery to people when they don't research address or anything else. The last time I chatted with customer care they told me " The package was accidentally sorted into the incorrect facility. It will be corrected, and we expect delivery in 1-2 business days. If you do not receive the package in 2 business days, please contact the vendor. We apologize for this delay." How the big company do like that. Today, I still get the note need to update information for delivery. Such a failure company.
I refuse to shop with companies using OnTrac. These independent contract drivers do not care, and have no consequences for their inability to deliver to the correct address, much less undamaged, or if they simply choose to keep the item for themselves. Some of these items are time sensitive, some are expensive. If as a seller you are working with or considering OnTrac, YOU will suffer the consequences, not OnTrac or their drivers.
Just a back and forth game of "tried to deliver", they are dog. Also the "call support center" is actually a "text and maybe get help center" it's a joke.
The tracking said pending delivery delay on July 27th. However, when I inquired with OnTrack about where my package was, they then changed it to say it was delivered July 26th to my front door which it was not because I have a recording doorbell and no one showed up at my door. I tried to file something with them. They said they get back to me in 48 hours. Still haven't heard from them. Apparently they don't deliver packages but say they do
It came 2 days late and arrived at 9:00 pm but other than that it was really good. Dont be worried after seeing these reviews it's honestly not that bad.

My package was delayed for the first time because they needed 'more information from me'.
My package was delayed for a second time because the driver attempted delivery but no one was home or a dangerous situation was noted. I was home and I have cameras and no driver was ever anywhere at our home.
Days later my package was delayed AGAIN because they needed me to confirm my address. What?!?!
My package was split and delivered by multiple delivery services and this was the ONLY one delayed like this.

Avoid this company AT ALL COSTS! They not only lost a package that contained medical supplies, they gave me the run around for 3 days before admitting they lost it. This was the 2nd time I've had a shipper use this company and the 2nd time I've had issues. I can now see what they have such a a low rating as well as numerous BBB complaints.
My package was delayed by 2 weeks then marked as lost, then marked as "delivered". To a random address in a city 20 miles away. Refuse to refund because they "delivered". Interestingly, a service rep verbally states that the package was not actually delivered. Have never had a single positive experience with this company. They outright lie regularly about packages being delivered. Often they are delivered two days later than the marked "delivered" day. Ask your shipper to avoid. Anything that can go wrong with their deliveries will go wrong.
I've never had worse customer service. I've called, emailed, tried their chat, submitted inquiries through their website and nothing. My package was sent across the country then mysteriously disappeared. Of course it took 5 weeks to find anything out. What a waste of my Tim. You guys suck.

Answer: Their employees are stealing packages. I've had zero issues with Amazon, FedEx and ups but Ontrac can't get anything right. They are thieves. File a police report. I'm doing it tomorrow ummm absolutely sick of this company getting away with stealing with no repercussions.
Answer: Any Shipping company is cheaper and better than OnTrac. USPS, FedEx, UPS are all leaps and bounds better and cheaper than OnTrac. You will regret using them. Stay away from them if possible.

Answer: Agree / we already have the top 3 shipping companies in the city for local ( USA) shipping. Which throwing stealing packages is federal time by law opening someone else's mail. Or maybe that's only for USPS mail. But they should make it for packages as well. If it's not yours or not authorized by the person you cannot open it. Or if you steal it. It's a 250k fine. Or jail time And then say is that worth opening the package?
