I HAVE USED ON THE BEACH TWICE. I WILL USE THEM AGAIN.THE ORGANISATION OF THE FLIGHT, TRANSFERS AND HOTEL/APTS WENT VERY WELL. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR AND ON BOTH OCCAAISIONS IT WAS FINE.

Answer: Terrible avoid booking at all costs. Also a premium rate number and no one in customer services accepts responsibility. Complaints are email only and a 56 day response time.
Answer: Onthebeach give you an email reference with your booking. It's not your personal email, so airlines can't contact you directly. It's worth contacting your airline to see if they can do anything. Ryanair now have a workaround for this issue. Go to their website and watch.
