Can never get hold of them my booking was cancelled and I tried to re book but can not get thorough ask for a call bk on my booking page and got given the number that don't get answered now I've lost 1500 and I'm so angry

No email received I'm a disabled traveler ans and I picked Santa Susa to stay in purposely the royal sun but my booking was suddenly changed to summer sun a total shambles I've been sent to Callea Olympic but lovely hotel but I'm stuck unless I pay taxis all hilly uneven paths etc

They changed our flight times without telling us and gave us a part refund. DISGRACE, No customer service team to talk to either.
DO NOT BOOK WITH On The Beach Holidays the customer service is horrible me and my boyfriend are meant to be flying to turkey next week and they have just cancelled the holiday no reasons given us only £300 back all the customer service numbers are hanging up and blocking are numbers not helpful at all! Never booking again we just want our money back we booked this holiday back in January
İt is a great company with best rates. BUT their supplier in Turkey called libero tours sells you personel data to the third parties and someone visit you in your 1st day pretend like your resort rep and screw you with high excursion rates. On the beach does not know it but be careful when you arrive.
Cowboys. Absolute cowboys. We booked a holiday for our friend's wedding through them with a total cost of £1,400 for both of us. We then had to change dates to two days later and they tried to charge an additional £600 totalling £2,000.
When we checked the very same holiday it was £1,400 in total. My brother tried to add a bag to his flight and they wanted £500!
There is no direct line to contact them, instead, you have to 'send a message' and wait for over 31 days for a reply because 'they're busy.'
DO NOT BOOK THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS.
DO NOT BOOK WITH ON THE BEACH they are a Disgrace of a company, if you runn in to a problem you have no chance of contact them and you will only give yourself stress.we are still waiting since last November to get our problem solved so please book elsewhere.
Booked transport from airport to hotel via on the beach. So far so good. The return also booked but did not get me to airport before the 2 hour deadline for on line check-in with Ryanair. As my flight had no pre booked seats I had to submit on line check-in within 24 hours of flight departure. Ryanair would do this free but only if I got there 2 hours before flight time. Not possible to do online check-in via Ryanair app due to boarding card issues due to Coronavirus rules. Transport got me to airport after 2 hour deadline so had to pay 110 euro for me and wife to check-in. On the beach should have known this and arranged for transport to ensure i got to airport in time to meet Ryanair deadline.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. I arrived in Turkey in September 2021 at 3.00 am in the morning and the hotel that they had confirmed only days before the trip hadn't even reopened. The whole holiday, which we paid almost £2000 for, was an absolute shambles and was ruined. We were accommodated in a hotel at the opposite end of town from where we booked, the food at the hotel was inedible, no cleaning service in the hotel. On my return I complained to them, they are trying to pin the blame on everyone else but themselves, the offered an gesture of £150 off a future holiday. We do have another holiday booked with them, however after that I would never, ever book with this company again, all they're interested in is taking your money and then not taking any responsibility when things go wrong.
Hidden charges within the cooling off period on my credit card. Free cancellation is a lie. I will ensure I publicise this fact. We booked provisionally as it was free cancellation and we couldn't confirm the availability of all passengers. This was quickly confirmed and so I needed to cancel... Free became £150! £25 pp for a free cancellation. Within 5 days (7 day cooling off on the credit card). Over an hour to wait on the customer service line (really tough to find *******000 for those that want the pain! Would be a zero if that was an option.
Absolutely shocking paid 3000 no baggage or seats on plane had to pay separately for seats and also baggage balcony un safe for 2 children aged 1 and 6 the balcony isnt even up to me knees plug sockets hanging off wall absolutely shocking never will I book wi one the beach
I booked a holiday to Lanzarote in August 2020, Due to the pandemic the flights were cancelled. I found out by chance, checking the flight info elsewhere, the holiday on the On the beach beach site was, still for sale remained available for some 10 days, no cancellation of flight, was shown on the booking confirmation.
I wanted to book another holiday elsewhere, so was pleased to receive the holiday accommodation refund 21 days later.
However the flight (Ryan air) cancelled, refund took nearly 3 months to appear. Although Ryan air made a statement that all refunds had been paid to travel operators.
I booked an alternative holiday to Tenerife.
They never told us, the accommodation was closed, we had to email the closed hotel to find we were staying elsewhere!
A total lack of communication, in difficult times granted, with disregard for customers. I would advise anyone to book their holiday themselves via the hotel direct. Cheaper generally and so much easier.
They dont like refunding money promptly.
Beware of ‘On The Beach' - scam holiday company with terrible reputation if you just dig a bit. Look on Trip advisor for details over eight years.
I booked a holiday with onthebeach and bought insurance from them too. THEY cancelled my insurance. I contacted them about my refund numerous times, first response after nearly four months telling me the insurance THEY cancelled for a trip that NEVER happened because THEY cancelled it is non-refundable and they keep the money. This is all in the light of the T&Cs of the insurance contract clearly telling there is a refund. It may be that many customers don't read what they sign but unlucky onthebeach, I actually do.
Fraud and breach of conduct reported, financial claim initiated. I am sure I will get my money back at the end but neither appreciate the waste of my time, nor the sneaky attempt to make me a victim of a fraud. Stay away for this company if you want a peaceful holiday instead of wasting your time and money.

Such a rip off, never again, ever. Once you've booked they charge for everything they even charge for taking your payments! Trying to talk to someone is impossible and they never answer emails. The sooner this company goes bust the better for everyone!

Booked hotel only thru OTB. Flights cancelled due to covid. No facility to change hotel dates on OTB website; no response to email. Hotel were accommodating but said I needed to go through broker. Had to cancel at cost of £60. You've lost a customer OTB.

Stay away from these thieves, will take ya money for no goods in return. Tell them you want to cancel your holiday and they will not just take your deposit but the whole holiday price, con merchants

Still waiting for refund from a holiday cancelled in April. Just keep saying TUI are withholding my flight refund. No one answers the phone/messages/twitter. Shocking customer services. Avoid at all costs!

No customer service whatsoever. Take cancellation fees even when the hotel is shut and Portugal is not on the UK Travel list. Ignore all messages. ABTA need to shut them down.

Beware, this company are thieves, they have stolen my money! They cancelled my holiday but did not refund me my full money I had paid, never will I use them again, I warn others to steer clear!

Answer: Terrible avoid booking at all costs. Also a premium rate number and no one in customer services accepts responsibility. Complaints are email only and a 56 day response time.
Answer: Onthebeach give you an email reference with your booking. It's not your personal email, so airlines can't contact you directly. It's worth contacting your airline to see if they can do anything. Ryanair now have a workaround for this issue. Go to their website and watch.
