Very good in price! This my 2nd set of tires from here. But the out of stock situation could be a little annoying.
Ordered 2 wheels and tires and had them mount and balance for free. They arrived flawless and ready to mount up in no time and look great!
So, this is kind of my fault, I saw a couple reviews about this company on a couple of car forums telling people how onlinetires.com would tell them that the tire they ordered are "out of stock & on national back order", & they offer you a more expensive tire as a Replacement. Then when you ask for your refund, it takes them 2-4 business days to give you your Money Back...
The service reps of onlinetires.com are very interactive with you and provide immediate feedback. Even though they informed me the tires I wanted were out of stock, we had come to a solution.
Always have great prices and good process. They have a ton of variety available as well. Nice easy website to navigate.
They sent me a email telling me that the tires I wanted were not available so I called them and talked to Michael and he took care of my order and finished it

I love this place I've bought at least 4 sets for myself and my family through this site. Sometimes the wait for delivery is about 3 days. But these guys said my tires will be here next day! This place gets better and better. The customer service and sales dept. Rock!
Lots of fake reviews here. Be careful there are no warranties. Their inventory is not "live". When they called me to inform me that the tires I ordered were not in stock, I swithced to off-brand chinese tires, which weren't cheap: bait and switch. The tires I purchased were defective. When I called it sounded like a call center in Asia. When they answered I thought I called the wrong number. But they have other websites. Americaswheel.com and onlinewheelsdirect.com. My credit card was compromised after I purchased from onlinetires.com. I picked my tires up from their warehouse in La Mirada. They gave me a coupon to have my tires installed at their store American Tire Depot. Poor customer service... all-in-all a TOTAL NIGHTMARE.

Ordered a set of 4 tires. Very nice and helpful entire process. I even arrived a few minutes after closing and they still helped me pickup my order. With all honesty this is my family's new tire place with having 5 cars total.
Ordered every single set of tires for my cars off of online tires. Always have the cheapest tires and fastest shipping. If a tire is on back order im contaced very quickly and am always helped in the best way possible. Can't thank the dudes over at online tires enough!
