STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! FROM THOSE PEOPLE --- YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
1/ all tires are always in stock on their web site! (IT IS A LIE!)
2/ even if you call before placing order they will tell you "yes go ahead we have them in stock " - THEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER!
3/ Within 24 hours you receive a message asking you to call them back because your product is in back order 6 weeks or more
4/ and here is where "Crooks" come into play... once you call they will try to sell you "Cheaper" Brand at higher PRICES!
5/ and you will have to fight! I mean seriously fight to get Money back - full refund
This site did great despite the bad reviews. I called an ordered over the phone because I a had read bad reviews about ordering online. I saved 50 dollars compared to tirerack.com. I ordered Monday afternoon and I didnt receive the tracking number till Wendsday which kinda worried me but all was well. I received them that same week on Saturday.
I bought 4 Bridgestone tires and supposed to get rebate $70 but I never got it.
NEVER EVER use Onlinetires.com for ANY of your purchased.
Worst experience ever and terrible customer service.
How can a company if you can call this a company be in business.
Just save a lot of people some trouble AND CLOSE PERMANENTELY
I ordered tires on feb 9,2011 no body will call me can't find the web site now sat on the phone for 1 hour and gives me the run around BBB gave them a F I wish I would have done more research on this so called company I have contacted a lawyer on this and now Iam warning everybody on this place STAY AWAY AND BEWARE THE COMPANY NAME IS AMERICAN TIRE DEPOT!
I was going to buy from this company (onlinetires.com) for a set of Riken Raptor ZR tires, but after reading a lot of bad reviews on this company I decided against it and got summit racing to price match and they did without any problem and I know summit racing is a good company do deal with and I got my tires in 2-3 days. I would stay away from this company as there are a lot of bad reviews. I tried to call them a couple of times but got a machine instead. If you can get other company with the same tire to price match I would. This is just not a company I would trust.
BUYER BEWARE, I'M OUT $220. I oredered tires, they emailed to say they were 6-8 weeks backordered, THEY WON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK, AND PAYPAL WON'T HELP! Paypal said I don't have enough info such as order # or tracking #. How could I have these if there's not an order because they don't have the tires? They stated in their own email that they don't answer the phone or return emails, so now what?!?!? I guess lesson learned. I don't know who wrote the other post, but it turned my stomach. Please don't make the mistake I made.
These guys rock! Plenty of bad reviews online but I had the best experience with them. They have really improved. Ordered and received my tires in 4 days door to door for about $40 cheaper each tire from any other online site (including tirerack, etc.). Try them and youw ill not regret it!
