The tires I paid for were out of stock. I was contacted by email to which I immediately replied asking for a comparable product for the price I paid. I'm waiting for a response. I haven't heard after about 36 hours and no refund issued as of yet
This is the third time I've gotten tires through online tires I've always been happy with my purchases.

They always have a great selection and the tires always seem to be always in stock. (at least the 3 times I purchased tires from here)
If you call, their techs are very knowledgeable and they have best prices in town. PERIOD!
For literally half the price of 2 comparable tires from a brick and mortar store, I got 4 tires from this site. And they were delivered the very next day for $49 (I'm in CA). Based on the other reviews I called first to make sure the tires were in stock, and the sales person was polite and knowledgeable. Only bad thing is their site, which is a little kludgy, especially when you select Pick up at Warehouse option (causes error message with credit card address). Definitely would buy from them again!
Even though the tires I originally ordered were back ordered, Michael reached out to me to offer a replacement and processed the change right away. The prices on all products were considerably less than other sites and with top notch customer service, I will be a a long time cistomer

If tires are not available why take someone's money? Or even show them as available... Huuuuuhhhggg... My 4th weekend ruined

Went on eBay to get a rim son how receive the wrong bolt size work with a guy name Nikko best customer service ever help get a new rim order the rim and allow me to drive and pick my rim came out and got the old rim and put the new in the car and wrote me later to make sure it fit and on that Monday wrote me to make sure that it was ok best customer service ever need more people like I offered him lunch his respond was no thank you I'm here to help customers
Ordered tires twice in 7 days. First time I was notified they are out of stock. Second time I was notified they are out of stock. They don't have real time inventory so good luck getting tires. Now I have money tied up while I wait for a refund. Don't waste your time.
Online tires is the first place I check for tires usually but the last couple of times I needed new tires for my cars they are always out of stock of anything I want and they only have crap economy tires left. When I could get my tires from them it was great but now they NEVER have stock. My last experience with online tires has sadly turned me away from wanting to shop with them again.
They offer a wide range of tires and have really good prices will be using them from now on for my tire needs
I ordered a set of tires that came up as unavailable. The service rep helped me find an alternate solution and was very generous in getting my total lower with a higher value tire. Great communication all the way.

I've ordered tires thru this company multiple times in the past. I like their option to pick up at their location to save on shipping costs. Quick service and have recommended them to friends.
The rep that worked with me to do nothing but refund my money was terrible I'll probably never shop from them because of the outstanding service that Edgar did not provide
Had problem with an online order. Tires were not in stock. Leo took care of the problem offered a full refund and would let me know when the tires are in stock. He even offered upgrade tires to make the sale right. Stand up guy and great customer service. Explained everything to me. Will buy tires from these guys again. Thanks Online Tires.
I purchase two tires to find out a week later they didn't have them. When i called to check the guy said they sent me a email to inform me they wouldn't be getting the tire back in for a few months, keep in mind i check spam and didn't find that email anywhere. The guy told me he give me a hook up for an extra $4.38... after wasting a week of my time then to penny pinch me i ask for a refund. I saved money going getting two name brand tires from sears, "Don't forget you buy them from the store free mounting and balancing. Buy them from an outsider and take them to get put on and you better add another $35 per tire. Online tires i uses for the last few years they cheap china tires that don't last long. Trust me get yourself some good name brands unless it doesn't rain where you live
