The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Thank you! I love Yanni international concerts. I'm glad to have this chance to buy so fast and accessible online purchases
I could have gotten 2 VIP passes included with the price I paid. On every other website seats are the same price and VIP is included
Overall a great experience. This cite was so easy to navigate and we got what we wanted. The tickets are great seats and we are really looking forward to the show, Also having the ticket insurance is a great idea when the concert is so far in advance,
Got within 5 mins of buying 2 hours before show and was able to attend I will so be doing this again thank u so much for having honest good running company
OnlineCityTickets was a quick and easy way to get great seata for anupcoming concert. I would definitely use this site again.
Should be included in advertised price. My service fees were 46.66, which is ridiculous. My ticket was $152, excluding the fees
Awesome and Super Easy. Love me Some Foo Fighter's! OnlineCity Ticket's Thank you for your services!
Thank you for the easy steps but I didn't get my $20 off my purchase like it said it would but I am still satisfied with the online purchase.
Very easy to purchase tickets and very reasonable pricing! Received my e-tickets within 3 minutes after ordering. Definitely would purchase tickets again on this site.
I did not read fine print and while the process was easy, I will never go through site again. Oops on my part.
I did not realize this was a 3rd party ticket source, then realized why my $30 ticket ended up costing $72. I will never use them again. Plus, orders weeks ago and still have not received the ticket.
This is my first time using online city tickets. If my tickets arrive on time this site will be awesome. So far i like it. It was simple and easy to get tickets.
Purchasing the tickets was very easy. I purchase box suite tickets for very cheap compare to the actual venues price. The additional fees were kind of high.
The concert is in one day. Still waiting for my tickets
I've only used this once but it seems great, hope I get to use it for more concerts this year. I hope I can just download my tickets properly.
Can't wait for the concet. The representative that helped me on the phone was great. First he found me tickets center stage but up. Then he looked some more and found me tickets lower level as row. I am so excited. This is my first concert and I am mid 50s
So thank you to your syafffor a job well done
Wahoo
Our agent's name was
Brownie. He was excellent! He was kind, professional, easy to work with, and worked hard to find us great tickets at the best price possible. I would be happy to work with him again. Kathy
Even though Online City Tickets markets itself as a ticket reseller, its not clear on their website until the transaction is over and you reach out customer service requesting a confirmation regarding your tickets, that you are not actually buying tickets at all. You are just handing your money over to this company for a promise to deliver any type of tickets at a later date; and this is a TOTAL SCAM!
Also Online City Tickets is using false information to persuade people to buy tickets; How? First, by using similar domains that trick customer to believe they are actually buying tickets from the venue. In my situation I had access through your company by clicking www.paviliondallas.com and not from onlinecitytickets.com. (this bring to the confusion of customer who think that are buying tickets directly from the venue and not from a third parties website). Is not after you click tickets that it redirected me to your companys website (once again, using misleading information to trick consumers). The screen showed me a seat chart from the venue, which I used to select my tickets. By allowing me to go forward with this action, it is your responsibility as a seller to deliver the selected tickets, most important; why do you hold a money from tickets that are not even available? I believe a transaction should be processed only at the time of confirming a delivery of the tickets selected.
Your tricky policies may believe you can go forward with your illegal practices, including that if I dont get the selected tickets I will get better seats? How as a company can you possible know what is best for me? It may be good for you and for your illegal practices, but not for customers like me, that acted in goodwill to purchase tickets for a concert. Most important, how can you claim that your inventory establishes a 100% Buyer Guarantee when you cant even deliver the tickets that I chose?
All of this should be illegal! You can't even get a person on the phone when you call. Terrible experience, will never get dooped by this again.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
