This site is horrible. Advertised price was 57 a ticket. Ended up being charged 80 bucks. Wont ever use the site again or reccomend it
Monique walked me through online images of the theatre. She was soooo patient with me as I asked the same questions about the theatre for at least 10 minutes... I see 5 levels. Which one is the loge? I don't see the upper orchestra level. Why are there 5 levels of lights if there's only... Why are there 5 levels above the main floor... And on and on until I realized I was looking at the wrong theatre. She persevered and we laughed and I liked her temperament and business sense and personality...! She took even more time to go through ALL tickets in my price range for the shows duration and helped me find the best tickets availble and offered me a discount to boot. Because of my pleasant and positive experience with Monique I decided to treat myself to a better seat set for a little more $$. I went for loge seats in the center section instead of mezzanine off to the side just to save $60 bucks. However, I don't think it's fair to your customers to tack on an extra 50+ bucks to cover your theatre business expenses. The tickets are high enough without that added cost. Not everyone is clorox rich ya know. I'll be pinching some quarters to pay for this Tyler Perry treat. Doesn't that man already have enough money? A nice way to say goodbye to Madea would be to slash the ticket prices so MORE people could enjoy that crazy old lady at least once before she departs. Don't you think?
It was good. I'm old school would rather of went through the mail. I'm not a computer person and texting doesn't make me happy.

She helped me with my credit voucher and got me EXCELLENT TICKETS TO MY FAVORITE SHOW Earth Wind and Fire and assisted me with another ticket order for Steve Miller. I will order tickets and ask for her in the future, I do go to ALOT of concerts. You should be very happy to have her in your employment! Thank you again for the credit voucher, it really says alot about your company.

Once u bc a certified flash seats customer it is more easy to order online than stand in a line would rather sit at home go online for flash seats pick my own seats availabilty
I had a hard time purchasing the tickets online due to some information not going through. Then the representative on the phone was so hard to understand and communicate with. I was very close to hanging up and purchasing my tickets with another site.
If you purchase tickets through this outfit and get your dates wrong you are screwed. No refunds, no ifs ands or buts. Their customer service is hideous it's basically non-existence and the only way you can contact them is through email. They hide behind their computer screens because they don't want to deal with you. Do not I repeat do not do business with these people you will be very disappointed! They overcharge for tickets and add-on an exorbitant service fee.
I got vamboozled, writing this review so hopefully You won't. Paid over 3x the ticket value, have been waiting 5 months for tickets to a show next week, still do not have them. I contacted customer service received some lame excuses that included "The tickets weren't printed yet LOL, the seller may not have received them yet?. Please do yourself justice shop elsewhere for your tickets. Don't be a fool like I was. I suspect all the great reviews are bogus, based on my experience there is no way they could be genuine... Shop somewhere else please.

4 Dave Matthews tickets in Des Moines at wells fargo arena, Ticket price, $95 each, total, $1,522! 400% Mark up. When you see the $380 total- make sure you get a magnifying glass to see the tiny little EA under that price, as in EACH! Contacting CC company tomorrow to report it as scam- have attorney on retainer through work- will NOT be paying this price.

Service fees attached to the tickets are not clear and are intentionally not directly displayed in a visible spot. The final ticket price I ended up buying was double what the face value of the ticket shares - this company is a scam. Do not purchase tickets through this company!

So I ordered tix yesterday evening and the only option was delivery, which was weird knowing that this place even has "online" in their name.
Doorbell rang ONCE at 9:30 this AM... when I got to door, UPS was pulling away. Went and jumped in my car and couldn't find him.
Called UPS... said nothing they could do and they'd be resent on Monday cause they REQ A SIGNATURE (so yes, purchased the night before, and they are set up to deliver with no delivery window the next day and gave no option to "uncheck" a signature requirement or anything else...)
Called Online City Tickets... 1st, "we'll contact seller to see if they can email them to you", later followed by, "they can't reissue... sorry, nothing we can do... we don't take responsibility once a delivery attempt is made."
$500+ thrown into the wind... kids crying for missing their event... etc etc. HORRIBLE model
I purchased 2 tickets for the night before the performance at a price very affordable & reasonable to us; received the tickets within 2 minutes of completing the order and were very satsfied with every aspect of the transaction. The Agent Hersan was superb
I purchased 4 tickets at $143 each ($572 total) but got charged almost $766! To have $194 in service fees on 4 tickets is just ridiculous. There was no where on the online form that stated this would be the fee. If there had been a notification I would have purchased our tickets somewhere else. Buyer BEWARE! I will never buy from them again!

35% markup on tickets AFTER they had already upcharged the ticket price. Tickets were $85. I bought 4 tickets and expected a charge of $340. When I got my bill it was $458.86. There is NO fine print that talks about hidden charges or additional fees other than that they're a reseller of ticket and will resell the tickets at a higher price. When I called about the HUGE price difference they explained that they have fees to help pay for their client support of $110.36

I purchased 4 tickets that said they were row A, after I paid it said they were now row P. I tried to talk to their customer service department and they just said that I was out of luck. If I wanted to resell these tickets on their site and then try to buy more I could. They changed the seats on me after I purchased them. These were bought for a person that has Macular Degeneration so the only tickets that are any good are the close up tickets. I never would have bought tickets in the back for him.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November

Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
