The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

This is so convenient, how could you not use this service! Sorry I didn't wait before ordering so I could have benefited from the 20.00 discount.:-(
I ordered my tickets and in less than 5 minutes I got an email which confirmed my order. Right after that I got the tickets! No complaints. Thank you for the pleasant experience!
I really wanted to go to their concert, to proce them that I love those guys. I am very proud of them reaching their dreams.
Why do I pay extra and work extra when the sites aren't even properly linked, properly store my information, or convenient? As soon as an alternative presents itself, I look forward to taking my business anywhere but here.
I was emailed to purchase these tickets I would have a $20 credit when purchased. I didnt receive it not happy
Successfully recieved my order and easy shopping experience. Definitely will buy again using the same process. Highly recommended
Cannot find my tickets that I just purchased 22 hours ago. This is plum damn ridiculous. Cannot find an email or any support or anything to resolve this situation
I purchased two tickets to the Eagles concert in Portland, OR for May 5,2018. The concert was cancelled and rescheduled for May 22. However, I cannot attend the concert on the 22nd.
I talked to Online City Tickets about a refund as all the local radio stations said you can get a full refund if you can't make the concert. However, Online City Tickets would NOT refund my tickets.
I paid $686.10 for these tickets, $158 in fees to Online City Tickets. I was completely shocked at the fees that they charged me and these fees apparently covered nothing.
I feel ripped off by this company and would never use them again for any online ticket purchases.
I compared your offering of seats to another website that I normally use - and they only offered floor seating. I wanted to be in the upper level to be able to actually see the stage from the middle of the auditorium. I am pleased that I got the front row in the middle and at a good price! Thank you - and I also purchased the ticket insurance that was not available from the other website. So I feel very comfortable with my purchase.
Thanks to Caesar in customer service, finally got tickets on order via phone call, Thanks.
The gist of the problem is after jumping through all the hoops to supply the require information, I constantly received an error of in correct number of digits (10) in my phone number. Let me assure you that the full 10 digits were entered.
This caused me to give up ordering on line, and made it necessary to call in the order. Also, running against the clock in order to purchase tickets on line is not a very friendly attitude.
At this point, I think whoever wrote the code for your program should be held accountable. At the very least they should be informed that more than a beta test of the system should be performed. Even the very best of systems need to be tested against real world events that can cause errors such as this one to be addressed quickly.
I hope you will take this as constructive criticism as it is meant to be so.
Thanks,
Fred in Grass Valley, CA
Things went fairly well but you need to be able to change shipping address from billing address. I'm in the process of moving & my billing address is different from actual at least until Monday.
Excellent tickets at a good priceana a good service as well. Plus you can have the tickets sent right away
Giving a 5 rating because it was a great transaction, smooth - fees are crazy. However, I found two good seats that cost less than buying on ticketmaster, and helped out someone who could not go to the show and not lose out on a lot of money.
Abby on the phone was extremely helpful and friendly. Gave me a discount. Better experience than I have had with ticket master.
So far everything is good and I am happy with the purchase. I had s question because seats were not numbered together but it was answered on the recording when I called in.
Ticket prices rose exponentially! In a matter of 4-5 hours the prices escalated. I do not understand this policy.
Think that is it completely ridiculous that i pay for tickets than i have to pay a service fee than another fee to get my tickets electronic to me. You are out to get every dime from people that just want to go out amd enjoy an evening with kids.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
