The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

Seems to me that there was a misunderstanding of above refund after i completed my order please explain
I was great to be able to find tickets after show is sold out, but the service fees are ridiculous. I also wonder if this is a sight that goes in and buys up a bunch of tickets when they go on sale and then hikes the price up.
Face value of the tickets are $45 yet I was charged $90. I understand a service fee but that's a huge difference.
Was very easy to use the website to purchase tickets for a concert. The only thing is that the service charge are too high and to purchase just one ticket costed almost double the price of the ticket.
I do not like the service charge added on for mobile tickets. Plus you do not get them emailed until the day of the concert. I will not be using this service again.
I paid more than $55 in service and delivery charges for 2 tickets. It's enough that it makes their low prices seem deceptive. I should have shopped around a little more... other sites had higher ticket prices, but maybe the total transaction would have been similar or even cheaper if they didn't have such ridiculous "hidden" fees.
It was very easy to get tickets. I would do it again. This was a very easy process. I would definitely be a repeat customer.
I was informed in an e-mail that I would get $20 off if I continued my purchase at time of check out. It didn't happen.
I have not had enough experience to write a review. We received the tickets as a gift but am concerned with the others commenting that the tickets with all the fees cost much more than anticipated. Not a good way to operate a business. I hope the ticket retrieval is not a problem after all the added expense. Not a good first experience. Will think twice before ordering additional tickets for other events. Now we also have to be concerned with a possible change in start time that becomes our responsibility. Now I hope the rest of the experience is better.
It was really easy to access. The delivery was fast and easy. 10/10 recommend. It came within 24 hours
Buying tickets on this website was simple and easy, but they really should tell you up front that the tickets need to be printed. Thank God I was home because the event Im going too is in 4 hours! And like other online ticket purchasing websites, the service charges are high, but no higher than others. Just have to bend over and say please sir, can I have some more...
With the service charge, the tickets ended up being $40 more than the actual price. Pretty dumb of you ask me
Absolutely the worst customer service ever, never stated in the buying process that their policy is no exchange or no return. Even airlines gives you a 24 hour led way to cancel. I as any other human being made the mistake of clicking the wrong date for the event and asked if it could be changed to the correct following week. Spoke to a lady that showed ABSOLUTELY no compassion. Will never purchase a ticket here even if someone handed them to be free. Do not want to EVER be in business with this company.
I thought I would be able to download my tickets. Like most other websites but then read in the email that they need to be printed and I dont own a printer. Now that its 7pm and the tickets are for tomorrow morning this will be very inconvenient. Wish it was said before completing my order that I would have to actually print

Service charge was out of line... two tickets almost $80 dollars... Not fair... Crazy... Thanks Tim Cossick... *******014 They are just concert tickets... Not fair to customers... Please be reasonable...
Retrieving tickets is a little complicated. It could be a lot easier if you are purchasing and electronic copy. It should not be as tricky and going through a process that is not necessary.
My tickets ended up being waaaay more than i thought they would be. All service fees should be listed up front. After reading about people not getting their tickets, i really hope i get mine..
I'm sixty and it was still relatively easy to navigate, and the speed of the transaction and follow up was refreshing. Will use again
For certain.
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
