The overall reputation of the company is marred by significant customer dissatisfaction, primarily due to issues with ticket delivery, refund policies, and customer service responsiveness. Many customers report being charged exorbitant fees, receiving invalid tickets, and facing unresponsive support channels, leading to frustrations and claims of being scammed. While some customers appreciate the variety of events offered, the overwhelming sentiment reflects a lack of trust and reliability. The company's rigid policies regarding refunds, particularly for postponed events, further exacerbate negative perceptions, suggesting a need for improved customer service and clearer communication.

So I received my tickets as promised... no issues there. My only complaint is that I paid too much. I don't frequent the Red Rocks venue to often and accidentally bought my tickets from OcT. All in all I purchased 6 tickets and paid roughly $42 dollars more per ticket than I would have had I bought them straight from the Red Rocks website. Therein lies the problem. When you Google Red Rocks Amphitheater OcT pops up as a paid website ad at the top of the search results. I was distracted and not paying attention and unfamiliar with how the Red Rocks site looked in comparison to OcT's site. It's not OcT fault I overpaid for my tickets, it's entirely mine. That said, be aware of what your buying and from who you're buying it. I'm sure OcT would be a great resource for sold-out shows, and I probably would have been fine with paying over face value had that been the case with my tickets. End all be all the experience was good and I received my tickets in the mail within a week of purchase.
This review is not about service fees. Those are gonna happen so deal with it. I am writing just to warn you that buying online only shows section and row - it DOES NOT SHOW SEAT NUMBERS! So you and your friends may be sitting apart. I called them to ask about this and they said I should buy from him instead to insure seats are together. I decided not to take that chance and went back to Ticketmaster.
Service fees are a rip-off, service fees are a rip-off, service fees are a rip-off, service fees are a rip-off,
When I sent things overnight even if it was a weekend the person got the package the next day. I didn't charge a service fee.
This isn't the future of ticket sales. Charge what you advertise. Led Zeppelin will never die because Greta Van Fleet is a force of Rock and Roll. $#*! the system.
Simple and pain free process. I would recommend a better seating chart so easier to see where u are exactly going to be.
Very displeased with the customer service and how the guy handled the situation. Regardless of the rules, somethings come up and should be taken into consideration. I will never use this company again
When I got the tickets and realized I paid double the face value I was appalled. I can understand making a profit but it this site is just ridiculous. I will never order from them again. Check Ticketmaster availability before ever using this rip-off site.
I was very happy with how quickly and easily it was to buy the tickets, but after all the fees, the total cost was way more than I thought it would be. Expecting a total of around $400, it was closer to $500 after the fees. Very misleading!
If the price is listed a certain amount each + tax is one thing but then when checking out getting charged 30$ for some bogus service fee for each ticket that is just nonsense. Im not that happy with the service to pay that much!
George made my purchasing tickets very easy. He understood me and I understood him. That is very important to me. He not once tried to talk over me and was patient with all the spelling of my name and address.
I had a really good experience with the purchase of my tickets for the Monster Jam show thank uand i hope to hav a really good time like i hav for the past 2 years
I received my tickets quickly but the fees charged were ridiculous and way too expensive! I'm not sure if I will use this website again.
The website was easy to use, but when I printed the tickets, I realized I paid $44 per ticket for a $16 ticket. That's disgusting and I won't be buying tickets online again. The ticket was twice the face value, then add $10.50 service fee per ticket and then the download fee, plus I'm using my own paper and ink (minor, but adds to the irritation factor).
I received my tickets in a timely manner. Thank you for your fast service. I will continue to use your services
The fees per ticket are ridiculous and egregious (30%) and then $7.50 to download the tickets so that my printer is used to print them! Will never use them again. Avoid.
I ordered these tix before they are officially on sale, so I am hoping that I am set up for success, as this is also a birthday prez. So when I get a confirmed order and my money is doing what i hope it does, then I will give a glowing review
I have purchased tickets off this website before. But never Metallica tickets. I am nervous because the tickets are $654.00 and it says the tickets will be emailed to you on December 6th when the concert is December 7th... I just would like to seen electronic version of my tickets ASAP...
Answer: In my case, they sent e-mail that the tickets would be forthcoming. When I failed to receive them the week before the concert, per e-mail download as promised, I called their #, the person on the other end told me that it was will-call at the box-office with the copy of the e-mail I needed to bring. The box office told me that as a 2nd line seller, they did not keep them there. When I called to ask why they did this to me and demanded re-imbursal, they sent the tickets per e-mail download THE DAY AFTER THE CONCERT. They tried to cover their tracks with the credit card company, the problem for them was that the time stamp of their sending the tickets reflected the day after the concert. So essentially, they are not even competent as rip-off artists.
Answer: So sorry to hear you have been conned by this outfit. Apparently sometimes they DO send valid tickets, so I hope you are one of the lucky ones. I suggest you tell your credit card company (by phone and IN WRITING) that you are disputing this charge. Also tell everyone you know to avoid this rip-off company. I know this doesnt help you now, but in the future buy tickets only from Ticketmaster (I've never had a problem with them). Good luck.
Answer: I couldn't even open the download so I called the number and all I got was an answering system to send email and I did but no reply from them so the next day a call about 50 times until I got someone. After getting transferred to 3 different people and waiting about an hour for the supervisor the guy told me no refunds are allowed but money is 100% guarantee if it doesn't work at the time of the event. So I'm praying to God they are good the event isn't until the end of November
Answer: They are scoundrels. I know where their office is and went by there recently. I am laying out a plan.
Answer: If you have already purchased your tickets from this outfit, good luck. They sent me tickets for a concert in Tennessee and I asked for and live in Florida. They said it was MY mistake and that I asked for TN. They supposedly tried to resell the tickets and couldn't so I was out $300.00 for two tickets. They have something like 130 complaints and are a scam outfit. Next time order elsewhere and good luck with these tickets.
Answer: I just cancelled my order because they never sent the tickets. At least you got yours so maybe they will be okay. I would call the arena where the event will be and ask them how many issues they have had with this company. I emailed five times and they always sent an automated response back. Then, when I was in a meeting at work they finally called and the number just read, "33333" when they called me. No return phone number... very strange. They left a message to call them so I did immediately after my meeting (15 minutes)... the automated system was up and did not allow me to speak with a person. Thus far, I have never spoken to a real person when I call their number. I disputed the purchase, got my money back and bought tickets for much less at StubHub. I was surprised because my last tickets at Stubhub were kind of expensive... but these tickets (McCartney) were not too crazy expensive. Anyway, best of luck, and I would make a back up plan.
Answer: You will get your tickets, but they will likely have someone else's name printed on them. Worst of all, they will most likely not be honored at the gate/box office. My advice is to get a refund NOW and buy tickets from a reputable outlet like Ticketmaster. City Online are thieves and scammers. See my review about James Taylor concert in Norfolk, Virginia.
Answer: Contact the venue, give them all the details on the tickets received and verify if U will be able to legitimately use the tickets, considering the issues with this company that are so overwhelming. My experience reviewing all the people who describe their issues with them is that even if the tickets are usable, the overpayment is so excessive that it would have been better dealing with the regular ticket outlet for the venue.
Answer: Yes Ann, you will get your tickets. You just over paid by a HUGE amount... but other then that, the company is legit. They are just robbers the way they do it... thats all. Have a good time and yes, at least now you learned a lesson (like all of us on this site);-)
