OneTravel.com was suggested to me by a friend and I couldn't be happier with their service and great fares. I have secured fares for far less than any other site including the airlines. I will continue to use OneTravel.com because right now it's simply the best.

I have used One Travel for the last few months to purchase flights and to rent a vehicle. Unfortunately my experience has not been the best because I was not able to receive a full refund for a vehicle that I could not get. After canceling that reservation ahead of time, I was informed that I would not get a refund because of the insurance that was on the car. I was very disappointed to hear that seeing the fact that I was not able to get the vehicle for the event I needed it for. As of today, which is 3 months later, and after speaking with several managers about the situation, I was told I would receive full credit. However, I am still waiting and have not received any follow up calls or communication regarding it. I have decided to give up kn it because obviously, it's a lack of integrity on One Travels part of which I am exhausted from calling and playing the waiting game.

I was charged 500$ extra fees from them; for seat request a charge of 14$, which wasn't even made according to the actual airline... I got charged booking charges of nearly 200$ for two tickets. I was assured free cancellation by the agent and when I tried to cancel one of the tickets I got charged 300$. Their customer service was absolutely terrible, and rude... I will never, ever book a ticket from them again! The biggest scam artists! I will make sure that everyone I know knows about this scam of a website, it should be taken down.

Generally I do not post reviews but people should be aware of this site. I booked a flight and 10 hours later I received an email that the tickets could not be confirmed -- and there would be no charge. I was on hold for half an hour waiting to speak to someone who then explained I could take a later flight (same airline) and it would be slightly more. While on the phone I got on the site of the actual airline and was able to book an earlier flight for less money that the second flight they were offering. I told her to cancel it and she said she would and there would be no charge. I just got the email canceling the booking that indicates that any charges to my card will be release in 7-14 business days. I believe this is probably a scam. They now have control of my money for a week or two for tickets that they could not confirm for 10 hours. Beware!

OneTravel easily had the lowest cost for my trip! Instead of having to search multiple sites to compare, they brought up the most affordable option very quickly. If you find a flight even cheaper on other sites, they will match the price. They even called me afterwards, with a very short phone call asking if everything went fine. It was over in about two minutes and I had a discount coupon emailed to me! I was very pleased with my experience and look forward to booking again. (No, they didn't pay me to say any of this!)

Do NOT use this site. Terrible customer service after they take your money. Had a hotel reserved and paid for. When I showed up, the hotel had sold to another chain... I had no reservation even though One travel already charged my credit card 90 days prior, I ended up spending 3 times the amount to get a new hotel room on short notice. After 3 calls and holding for more than 15 minutes on each call to talk with their customer service reps, they can't do anyting other than give the message to management. Now still waiting for MANAGEMENT to call me... and waiting... and waiting... and waiting...
