Good god, this site is awful. I swear its better to pay like 100 dollars more than book trough onetravel. Please stay as far away as possible from this vague, asia-based, malficious bullcrap that will rip you off.

I always book the flight with reputed travel websites but my wife found this onetravel site offering lowest cost tickets. I was happy that I was able to get the best possible price for the ticket to India. My itinerary was as given below:

Chicago - Vienna (Austria) - New Delhi (India) - Austrian Airline
New Delhi - Frankfurt (Germany) - Dusseldorf (Germany) - New Delhi(India) - Lufthansa

While everything went fine and my travel from US to India was uneventful.
The problem came when I went to airport for catching my return flight. At the checkin counter I got a shock as airline was not allowing me to fly as they informed me that I need an intransit visa. As I live in Indianapolis I had made further travel plan from Chicago to Indianapolis like booking the hotel and car based on this return date.

Now I contacted onetravel and they were not ready to take any responsibility for not informing about this visa requirement at the time I was booking my flight. First I would not expect to see any itinerary that involves a visa when my intention is not visit that country. If at all that was shown, I expect them to show clearly on the details of the flight that it would need a visa. Apart from the mental trauma that I went through I suffered financially - I had to pay full cost of return ticket ranging in $800 and also I lost money in my hotel/taxi bookings.
I am sad to see the irresponsibleness of the company.

This is worst service I ever seen. I have tried to change my ticket for 4 days they couldn't charge my card therefore I missed my flight and then I had to pay fee for no show however it was their fault. Nobody reply to a feedback and customer service email. Eventually, I have paid to time price. This service is unacceptable and I'll tell to everybody that one travel is sucks.

I was super excited that I found a good deal
Saving about $100 compare to orbitz

When I got the conformation I was trying to reserve a seat

I'm travelling to two cities I didn't find the flight for the second city. It's not a domestic but international flight plus I paid for the insurance that is useless

I contacted them through the chat they promised me that there is a flight when I contacted the airlines they said contact your travel agency because there is no such a flight:(

One Travel is the biggest scam ever I'm going to pay over $700 now to book the flight individually. BTW the website is owned and operated by Cheapoair. I'm going to avoid both of them

My son called me and referred me to the site for a recent flight to San Jose. He said the price was the best he'd seen and I should book it right away. I immediately got on the site and within a few minutes I was booked. Easy, simple, everything went smoothly from there until we got home.

This place deserves no stars! I went on the website to book a hotel room that is advertised at $79.99 and the taxes for the room for one night was almost $25! The actual hotel, Expedia, Travelocity, Priceline has the taxes at $8. Seems like this place is a ripoff and after reading the reviews, ripoff sounds about right! I will spread the word to anyone looking to travel to skip over this company.

We used onetravel for the first time last summer to book an international trip. The prices were great, and the service was accommodating, especially when the rental car company tried to charge us in euros. Onetravel refunded the difference. Thought we'd try them again this summer. When we booked, thinking we'd found a good price, after filling out all the information, just before our credit card was to be charged, we got the following "alert": The price for this ticket has changed.

What? And, the new price was $1200 PER TICKET higher. We called, and the operators were rude and not accommodating. So, we waited a couple of weeks, same tickets appeared, and we tried again. We called again - same result. We booked with a REAL company. Don't use this "bait and switch" online ripoff.

NEVER NEVER NEVER BOOK AT ONETRAVEL.COM

I booked a flight through onetravel.com thinking that I had found a better deal. It was by no means a great deal, but I was pressed for time, so I made the reservation (haste makes waste). On my travel day, I am boarded on a connecting flight, only to find out that it was CANCELLED due to an engineering problem. Since this was the flight that I would need to take to make it to my OneTravel.com reservation, I was out of luck. I attempted to call OneTravel.com immediately to resolve this issue. I continuously called (about 15 times to be exact), and the phone either 1) hang up on me, 2) transferred me to a nonexiting number, or 3) transferred me to Customer Service who was "out of office" at 9:15 am. I have yet to resolve this issue, and time is passing by. ONE TRAVEL PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND MY RESERVATION THAT I WAS UNABLE TO MAKE DUE TO A CANCELLED FLIGHT.

In case you are facing the same issues, let me ease your research pains.

There are two main numbers where you can reach OneTravel:

To cancel, press 2, then enter your booking number plus the pound key, enter 1 to confirm, then choose option 3 to cancel. When you finally reach a person they will ask you for 1) your booking number (again) and 2) a phone number to reach in case of hang up. They usually hang up somewhere around here. If you are able to make it past this, and explain your situation, they then "transfer you" to customer service (generally closed). If they transfer you to the 24 hour one then you will go directly to the second number.

The customer service department provides the alternate emergency number in their message recording:

When you call that, it hangs up directly. When the first line transfers you to this line, you stay on hold "waiting for the 24/7 line".

Sometimes you get what you pay for. In this case, I over paid and received zero customer service.

OneTravel attempted to help this customer through the SmartCustomer Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Esse site é um grande desrespeito com o consumidor. Atendimento muito ruim, você paga um valor e eles descontam outro valor fazendo você ter que ficar ligando e perdendo tempo para eles corrigirem um erro deles.

I have purchased my ticket 8 moths ago and they keep sending me notices that my flight was changed.
I am going to travel with a 4 month old and they put me on a 10 hour layover (the original ticket I purchased had 2 hours).
Can't talk to them on the phone, waited 40 minutes, guy pretended he couldn't hear me and hung up.
