Using this site to book my travel was easy and the updates have been great.
I can't find my flights details I have my booking number is ******* I didn't get a receipt email

Very good and easy to book, good price compared to other airlines...except now i find out you have to pay for carry on 60.00 each way, a 35.00 processing fee and your boarding pass: which null and voids the very inexpensive fare you are quoted' it's at the least over 150.00 of the price they showed when I booked it
6 extra charges from my debt card & 3 emails which dont answer my question they also told me to check with the air nz to checky baggage allowance poor service never again
