I have missed the first leg of a long flight trip because I was TWO MINUTES late for check-in, even though plane would depart in 1h:30min time. Like an obedient traveler, I followed every single instruction provided to me by code share airline personnel, call center, emails, 0800 numbers, etc... while still in the airport and... ALL in VAIN - NOTHING worked! A COUPLE of HOURS later, the only ACTION that worked in literarily 5 minutes was to open my notebook, access ONETRAVEL site / booking and CHANGE it with a few clicks MYSELF! The fee arrangement / adjustments summary at the end of the process was a BONUS too. Only if I knew... I would not have wasted my time with airlines and its personnel... THANK YOU!
