King's Lane... Arrived damaged. The packaging is a joke. A waste of time to think this mirror could arrive I damaged.
I ordered two faux flower arrangements from One King's Lane. They were supposedly "half-price" marked down from $90 to $45 each. I expected a much more realistic and better quality product than the typical artificial flowers you can buy at Wal-Mart or craft stores. Unfortunately, the quality is no better than flowers you can buy anywhere for $5. Additionally, one bouquet started to fall apart when I began moving the stems to fluff up the arrangement a little. I would be returning these items, but they are "final sale". What a scam!

After seeing much advertising for One King's Lane I finally decided to order a pillow as a gift. I have now rec'd two emails from them telling me the shipment will be delayed. I ordered the one $70 pillow over 6 weeks ago. IF I ever receive my pillow I doubt I will be ordering from them again. Not impressed.

I had ordered several small things with little trouble and then ordered an expensive dresser. The wrong dresser was finally delivered about 2 weeks after the expected delivery date, with them having charged my credit card as soon as the order supposedly "shipped", including a $200 "white glove" delivery fee. After several calls and emails over the course of several days, a customer service representative advised me that the fastest way to get the problem corrected would be to order the same dresser again from OneKingsLane and they would then schedule a pick up of the incorrect dresser and credit my card when the pickup was made. In this same email they told me that it might add 7 - 10 days to the process if they had to contact the vendor to see about a replacement. I wrote back to inquire if I could be assured of getting the correct item if I reordered, and they replied that they "presumed" I would get the correct item but that the same wrong item might indeed be delivered again, assuring me, though, that if I waited another month and then got the wrong item yet AGAIN, I would be given another refund. In the meantime they would have the money from both orders, pending their pickup of the incorrect dressers. I declined to float them another loan and so am waiting the 10 to 20 BUSINESS days (4 weeks?!) they told me it might take to be contacted by the shipper to schedule the pickup, after which pickup ONEKINGSLANE tells me they will "move forward" with my refund. In the meantime of course they will have had my money for a number of weeks if not months. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RETURN POLICY--IN FACT SOME OF THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED in many years of online purchasing. DO NOT COUNT ON GETTING WHAT YOU EXPECT OR PAY FOR.

I have ordered a few small items like glassware and dishware and had good luck with the quality and delivery time. But, just ordered a Moroccan style punched tin candle lantern new from a vendor on EBay. I paid $26. The item is new from a retail vendor, not a reseller. The same item showed up on One Kings Lane today for $145. That's ridiculous markup!

As at least one other reviewers said, their prices are not discounted. They can be purchased other places for much cheaper than this supposed flash sale site. For example, I found a dog collar on the site marked down to $59.00 from $70.00. The collar is listed at $49.00 (NOT on sale) from the original retailer's website. They straight up lie about the original pricing on things. What a scam.

I purchased a number of items over several months. Recently purchased some faux flowers and two of the flowers received did not resemble what i had ordered. But as it was a final sale - no recourse. BEWARE of the final sale - many items are classified as final sale - and I believe this is a way to push less than par items to unsuspecting customers. I have decided not to shop there any more.
Although i was happy to have a site where so many tasteful things can be viewed, upon other searching i found the same products for sometimes less than half the money! On a few occasions i saw items that i had seen in nice boutiques here in L. A. that were almost tripple the cost! For example... i saw a fun "french" wire vase that was sold at one of our most beloved garden shops for 90$... pricy but still ok if u really loved it. But one kings lane had it for over 200$! We're talking about chinese twisted junk wire here, folks! I still shop with them but laugh at most of the prices...
Ordered a hall table. Looked great on the website and wasn't inexpensive (I think around $400) so I thought it would be decent quality. Well, the table was made in China and is sooo cheaply made. Paint is flaking off in certain areas and drawers are hard to open and close, and they feel so cheap. Wasn't anywhere near worth what I paid. The kicker is that I noticed they raised the price of the table substantially over the next few months after I ordered it (by at least $100)! Major rip off. Will never order from them again.

Purchased 2 metal chairs at a decent price from OKL and then purchased a matching table from another site. The chairs didn't arrive on time so I called. They said they needed 5-7 days to contact the vendor. 7 business days later I called again. I was told the vendor was unable to ship the chairs because of quality issues. OKL took no responsibility for this vendor and they take no responsibility for ensuring their orders ship on time. In fact, they don't even know if their orders ship on time because they don't track that information unless a vendor tells them something is late. One of their supervisors told me this and then she told me they would have to hire another thousand people to ensure orders shipped in a timely manner. Seriously? How about one computer programmer who isn't an imbecile.
Bottom line... 3 of 10 orders I placed in the past 2 months have had delay, quality and/or cancellation issues. I also now own a table I can't return and thanks to OKL I have no chairs. On top of that, as of today they are selling the same chairs in a different color and didn't offer them to me to resolve this issue. Customer service… NOT.
I was looking at two live olive trees offered by the site, one I found and almost purchased, input card info, just didn't click the place order, because I wanted to look around and see if I could find a better deal. While I was searching, I came across another tree offered by onekingslane, and tried to add it to the cart as well. As soon as I clicked the add to cart on the second one, it completed the order for both. I tried to check into cancelling the order, and I got the statement that orders must be cancelled within 15 minutes. By the time the call went through, it was over 15 minutes. Well, ok, I did really want the trees, and they were reasonably priced, so no harm no foul, just a little concern about their business practices. I ordered a 3" tree and a 16" tree, added to the cart in that order. The 3" tree arrived in good condition, on time, and is doing well now. The 16" tree did not ship out for almost 3 weeks, and definitely wasn't 16", try 54". It was in good condition. I'm happy with the larger tree, and more valuable than the 16", but it makes me wonder, what if I was counting on a smaller tree... So I got two great products at a good price, one much better than I expected, but there's a bit of strange practices going on there.
I saw a coffee table/side table on this site and the brand name "society social" was visible in the photo. I googled the table and it costs more on one kings lane than it does when you buy it from the retailer. The retail price it listed was not a real retail price.
I have been ordering from them for several years and I can't say enough about them or their customer service. All are impeccable! Today I had an issue with a fairly minor purchase... there was a chip in this Mexican lava stone mortar and pestle that you serve Guacamole in. I called them up to tell them, thinking maybe this is a 'rustic' type of item manufactured in Mexico and that is what to, expect. Without one moment of hesitation, they said they were returning my money to my account. I asked where should I send the return and they said keep it... now I understand for a 44 dollar item it is probably more hassle for them to return it, but really... that was amazing! Everything I have purchased from them in the past is TOP quality in every way. I have never had a bad experience. LOVE OKL... keep up the great work!

I ordered recently a sofa and it was delivered on time but the color of the fabric was so faded that it seems like the sofa was standing in the sun for some time. There were also stripes within the fabric and the color was different from the color which this company advertised on their website's photo. Also the fabric itself which is linen must be the cheapest one available, very rough. I'm very disappointed. That was my first purchase and most likely the last one. Before delivery, I got automated phone calls from the company four days in a row telling me about delivery on each of those days, which never happened. The first call informed me of delivery on the date of call in a window between 1PM-6PM. The automated call was made at 5:50PM. Another call gave a window of 1PM- ******* (No Joke). The final call gave a military time between 1800 and 1 which would equate to 6PM in the evening and 1 o'clock in the morning.
I normally don't post reviews good or bad, but I must just say my customer service experience with this company has been incredible. They really have stood behind their products and quickly refunded when an item was damaged. Sometimes a replacement is not available - but they make the process of returning and getting a credit very simple -even paid for the return shipping.
I have been shopping with them for about a year, and have placed several orders in that short time, But I have always received the items packaged very well and I am exceptionally pleased with their service.
I like OKL but it can be a bit pricey but I know that when I visit. I have ordered from them a good amount of times and have not had too many problems. When I have, they have issued credits, not just store credits but they will issue the actual credit to my credit card. A lot of these types of retailers won't do that. You can find unique things here and if you are good at searching the site, and get there in time, you can get some neat things.
Very happy with this site! I ordered 135.00 worth of glasses and two came broken. Because they could not replace them (they were no longer available), they gave me a complete refund and let me keep the other glasses. I did not even have to mail the broken ones in. With all the bad reviews it makes me wonder if it's even the same company! The customer service was very polite and very expeditious. I will definitely do more business with them until I find differently.

Ordered a 800$ glass top dining table. First it takes a few weeks longer than anticipated, then the shipping people put off delivery because they "lost one of the pieces." Once they found said piece, the table came and the glass top was broken in half. It's unclear who is to blame for the broken glass, but OKL says that we cannot get a new one (apparently it was a "one of a kind" table) but, and here is the best part, they will let us keep the broken table for 20% off. How kind.
I bought 4 leather dining chairs, (paid for) I recieved different chairs. Initially they sounded helpful, but then "Oh it will take 3-5 weeks to contact the vender and we can't do anything until then." We can take it back and you will get your money back then, In the mean time I don't have the chairs I paid for but they have my money. They asked me to send pictures to confirm the problem which I did. It is false advertising. It's not my fault that they or thier venders sent cheaper chairs.
