I have been waiting on my Christmas tree since 11/19/20, in which I was informed that it would take approx a week to receive. On 12/9, I received an email that it was processing after contacting them x 2. I have been waiting and am very upset. I was planning to have my tree up in my new home. Here it is 12/14 and still no tree. The order status still says processing!

I bought a metal plane from them as a gift. It came to me covered in dirt and dust. The planes welding was very poorly done and the metal was bent out of shape and paint was chipped. I returned the product back to the address ojcommerce gave me and they still haven't refunded me or replied back after months of messages. $100 down the drain because of this company.

We got the Donco Kids Twin Low Loft Bed for our 9 year old daughter and it's perfect!. It shipped very quickly. I think we had the entire set within 7-9 days after ordering it. I'm about 5'6" and the mattress is about level with my hip. My daughter's bedroom is pretty small. This bed set provided her with a ton more storage. She loves it! There's still lots of space available under the bed so she set up a lounge/reading area.

Ordered a full length mirror. It is amazing! I thought it would be nice but I was amazed! I love it! It is for my grandmother for Christmas. She is going to loose her mind! Fast shipping and very securely packaged.

Purchased two Leick Home ironcraft wood and iron tables (sofa and hall tables). They are exceptional. Very high quality. OJcommerce was the best price (I spent a lot of time researching many online sites, including the biggest). The free shipping saved a lot as well. Everything about the purchase was really good. Worst customer service and products do not look like picture on website!
Note- They make you pay to return their merchandise if your not happy with it! It costs more to return a mirror than what I paid for it! Highly discourage buying from them!

I had not ordered from OJCommerce before but they had very quick shipping and the product I received was the "Amy 5-Drawer Office Storage Cabinet with Shelves by Naomi Home" it had good directions I assembled it in a few hours and it's good to go!

I've been searching and searching for a desk for a number of weeks. Big box stores with sale brochures but when I went to purchase they did not have them in stock. I have been searching for a month for my products. Not only did they have it in stock, they were accurately described not like all the other websites I visited. Plus it was deliver in a couple days when other vendors said 3-4 weeks.
