Waited 5 weeks for my item which I was told up front, then the last 10 days every day said arriving today so I had someone be at home finely when I called they said oh that's out of stock. Ridiculous never did get the chair.
I was looking for a small sofa that I could put in my studio that will not take up too much space. So I got this sofa and well I like it, though I would not say its most comfortable but I don't sit on it long, just a place in my studio for those short sits between photography work.
I ordered a bed August 8th on prime through this company. When the bed did not come within the delivery time designated, I called 5 times. No one answered. When I inquired about my bed, the order was cancelled on September 10th. First I was told because it was unavailable, then when I complained I was told it was lost. Do NOT buy from this company!
I ordered a entertainment set from this company through Walmart and when you look at the picture and it shows the entertainment it looks really nice but when you get the entertaining home and assemble it it's only maybe a foot and a half tall and when you sit your TV on it it looks like your TV is sitting on the floor any children walking by can easily knock your TV over on the floor period when I asked to return it I was told I had to pay for the return and deliver it have it delivered to back to them myself I wasn't even offered to be sent a label to send this return back and to have this shift it's going to cost more than I paid for the entertainment. I'll never ever buy anything from this company again. First time last time

The product arrived as advertised within the time frame mentioned. The procedure for assembly was fairly straight forward. The bed is well made and sturdy there were no inferior parts. The electronics work well. The bed is heavy and needs a strong hand to put together. I have slept well with the adjustments for the head and feet. The legs for the bed are large and sturdy. I am well pleased with this purchase.
Items are not as described and over priced. Merchandise does not have all the finishing pieces. They are not great to deal with. They send the same messages over and over without really resolving the issues. I would not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Last week we received two full sets of bone china dishes - place settings for a total of 16 people, plus serving pieces - from OJCommerce. The dishes arrived on time; they were well packaged and not a single piece was damaged; they look far more expensive than what we paid for them; and we are perfectly happy with our purchase.

4 days later i got an email saying my order was cancelled and i should wait 3 days to get my money back.
Whats the point?

When I received the product, a captain mates bed- 3 pieces were broken and we were missing hardware to put it together. I messaged company and they replaced 2 of the 3 broken pieces and no hardware. We assembled the bed any way & used screws to hold together.
The drawers completely fell apart - every time I pull a drawer out- the front of drawer pops right off. All three do this. Also- the cheap bottom of drawer falls thru the bottom. The flat piece of wood, lays on bottom of bed- came to broken and they did not replace this- the wood is so brittle that even tho we attempted to use it anyway, its now broken in 2 more places. The bed is unusable and I paid almost $400 in JUNK WOOD that will end up in my fireplace this winter. Cheaper for me to buy a cord of wood - locally & I get more PINE that this crap bed. I will never buy from this company again. I have had the bed 6 montgs and its fallen apart & unsafe, ro say the least.
I recently moved to Florida and needed a couple bookshelves for my office. Finding what I wanted at OJCommerce, I ordered two 3-shelf bookshelves from their website. From submitting ordering to the time I got my bookshelves, everything went very quickly. Quicker than expected. While putting together one of the two bookshelves, I noticed an imperfection on two of the face plates that connected to the shelves. Being small, I didn't give it much though. But after I started putting the books on these shelves, I could see where I would only make matters worse as the books slid across the cracked finish. I contacted OJCommerce, they asked for a description of the problem and a few pictures which I sent them. Not a day later, I was notified that a replacement was on the way. What I thought were the two pieces turned out to be a whole new bookshelf, at no cost to me. Boy was I surprised. This company in my opinion goes out of it's way to make things right, something you don't see everyday out there in the world. Nicely done OJCommerce. I am extremely satisfied with the high quality valance and it is so beautiful in my cottage. After receiving two for my bedroom, I went back and purchased for the living room in my cottage. Love these valance. I purchased others and they did not compare as the design work was not visible. Thank you. I highly recommend. OJComeerce is great to work with.
So, I tried to talk my son into getting a better quality dresser to put his clothes in, but this is the one he liked the design of the best.
I think if we keep it in it's one spot, it will be fine. HOWEVER, we put it together in our game room and then went to lift it to take it to his room and it was already falling apart. We tried sliding it across the floor and same thing. It started coming apart. We placed it in the room and told our son... WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT MOVE IT. We think it MAY last if it is just not moved. TERRIBLE piece of furniture.
I ordered the 1200 mag drive pump because that is what I use in my fish pond. I ordered it as a back up to parts I had already ordered. The new pump came in before the parts. They shipped my order very quickly. Faster than what I was originally told. Good thing because my fish might have died. I am very thankful for the fast service I received. I will use them again.
Purchased bed frame on 8/14 based upon their claim to ship in 2 days.
On 8/16, received email stating bed had been shipped and would arrive on 8/20.
On 8/20, bed did not arrive.
On 8/24, checked with FedEx and they stated bed and not been shipped.
Called OJCommerce which refused to cancel order as they claimed bed had already been shipped. Blamed delay on FedEx even though their records show OJCommerce had not turned the bed over to them for shipment on 8/16 has they claimed.
Will lie to stop you from cancelling order.
I purchased an arch for my garden. When it arrived there were parts missing. I sent them an email and after numerous back and forth and promises to send a replacement there's been no resolution. They make a promise and don't follow through. I have to follow back up with them to which I get another promise with no follow-through. They consistently lie. Don't waste your money and time.
I purchased a Queen Bed Frame. Very good shopping experience with them. Timely delivery and good follow up service. I recommend them. Thank you.
I ordered this rug from Wal-Mart, my granddaughter purchsed one and was very satisfied, and so am I. The rug is very well made (handwoven) and looks stunning, a little bit our of the ordinary, but thats what I like. We use it on our new concrete terrace and it works with the colors and our furniture.
I was so impressed with the low price yet quality umbrella stand! I highly recommend! Yay thank you for not overcharging!
