I ordered a Carson fireplace tv counsel through Walmart.com and didnt know it would be coming from OJ Commerce.
They are not allowed to charge my card until the item has shipped. It was marked shipped two days after placing the order (Sept 20) and the money was removed from my account.
It was marked to be delivered in three days (Sept 23). After those the 23rd came and the tracking number still showed that it was not picked up from OJ Commerce.
After calling OJ Commerce I was told they created a shipping label but marked it as hold and it should be shipped that day.
The following Monday (Sept 26) it still had not been shipped. I called OJ Commerce again. They said FedEx picked it up on the 23rd. After spending most of the day calling FedEx and OJ Commerce I finally told them to refund the money. 15 minuets after telling them that they ship it.
I had already started looking for a tv counsel so I called them back and told them I already told them to refund the money, they are a week late shipping, and I spent all day on the phone trying to get them to do this in the first place and I no longer want any items from them if this is how they conduct business. I was told that I keep changing my mind and they are not going to do anything about it now.

Ordered 4 chairs and only received 1. When I contacted customer service, I was told description was wrong and it should have read 1 chair. They wouldn't stand by what was described and offered a $10 refund (spent over $37) or could return chair, which I couldn't do as my son had it at college. Even called CEO, Jacob Weiss, and left 2 messages. He didn't bother to return call. Would recommend not doing business with this company as they are dishonest.

I bought some stereo equipment from OJ Commerce, through Amazon, thinking that would protect me. How wrong I was!
Before I bought the product I asked OJ Commerce a couple of questions (through Amazon) about specs, etc. They didn't respond but I found the information elsewhere, so went ahead and ordered.
The product arrived - the box looked like it had been thrown off the truck a couple of times! I saw no point in wasting time setting up electronic equipment that had been treated like that, since at some point something was not going to work right. (It's rattling inside.) I requested a refund.
1. OJ Commerce refused to give a refund; they said they would only give an exchange. IF I provided photos of damage.
2. I sent photos of the damaged box, but OJ commerce demanded photos of visible damage! How can I photograph internal damage to an electronic item?
OJ Commerce said I would have to pay a 30% "restocking" fee to get a refund. I asked for clarification of other fees and charges. Since I have notified them that the product appears to be damaged, I also asked that I get my full refund (less their 30%) if damage was found or claimed by them. (I don't want to be blamed for preexisting damage.) At this point OJ Commerce simply stopped responding.
Bottom line: con artists. STAY AWAY.

Do not buy from this company! They are truly a nightmare to deal with. Through Amazon I bought a sofa from them. I thought Amazons return policies would be in affect. The sofa I received was damaged. The Fed Ex Freight driver advised me not to accept it, and further he told me they should not deliver upholstered sofas because they usually damage them. I asked for a replacement to be sent to me immediately as I was leaving this home for a while. OJ Commerce said they had to investigate. A new sofa was not timely sent. I tried and tried to cancel the order as I would not be home to accept it. Every cancellation attempt I made went ignored. I asked Amazon for help and their inquiries went ignored. Then I received a form email saying my delivery would take place on the 16th, when my guaranteed delivery was the 1st. I could not accept delivery. I was told I would be charged a 30% restocking fee plus had to pay for all the shipping. Why Amazon, such a great company, would chose to have a relationship with this company is beyond my understanding! Stay away... I am out $400 all because the sofa I ordered was damaged.
