Rip off

Rip Off and false advertising. Seller claims this is "lightweight fine bone china" but in reality it weighs almost the same as heavy Ikea ceramic with only a 5% difference. And customer service is against its customers. They argued and argued for weeks to try to avoid any fees for returns and finally force the customer to not only pay all the return shipping but then add a penalty of 20% "restocking fee" to really screw the customer. They have been a rip off from the ad to the correspondence to the return policy. Steer clear! There are much better suppliers and products out there.

Bad business
October 30, 2017

I placed an order from walmart and tried to return the item to a local Walmart. I was then told by the customer service rep that I could not return the item to the store because it was purchased through a third part seller and would have to pay for shipping and a 20% restocking fee.

Bought a $61 rug through amazon marketplace from this company. The color was not as described. For over a week I dealt with this company for return with. Took 7 emails. Had to pay return shipping ($45) and 20% restocking fee. Ended up NOT returning the rug due to the costs doing so. BEWARE! Shame on Amazon for allowing their customers to be exposed to this vendor.

Scam Operation
September 13, 2017

Bought a "new" desk from OJ Commerce through Amazon. The desk arrived in a beat up box that had huge white labels on it to cover up previous shipping destinations. Needless to say the desk was crushed on one corner which rendered it useless as furniture in our home. In addition a packing receipt inside the box showed that it had been sent to a lady in Chicago previously who obviously returned it (for which she probably paid a restocking fee). OJ Commerce would not refund our money when our complaints were submitted to them via Amazon's website. They even ignored the customer service agents from Amazon and demanded pictures of the product they knew good and well was not new. Amazon started an A to Z claim and they also demanded pictures which we sent to them. Amazon then dropped our claim because they said they did not receive the pictures and we subsequently proved to them that we had. Next thing you know we get an email from OJ Commerce stating that they were sending a replacement even though throughout the communication we (and Amazon) told them we wanted our money back. I met the UPS driver when he pulled up in front of my office and told him to leave it on the truck but he did allow me to take pictures of the 2nd shipment which also had holes in the box. It took several months but we finally got a partial refund from OJ Commerce who deducted a restocking fee because we denied the 2nd shipment which we never agreed to. Amazon finally covered the balance of our initial purchase from this scam artist. The worst shopping experience by far and Amazon is much to blame as they knowingly allow these scam artists to sell on their website. Like others have said, most of the positive reviews on Amazon's website for this vendor are totally bogus.

We purchased a chair from OJ Commerce through Amazon. The chair arrived defective. OJ Commerce wanted to give us a 10% credit for the inconvenience. We said no, we don't want a defective chair. Next they told us to donate the chair to a charity in their name and send them the receipt. After they receive the receipt they will finalize the order process. We said no that's not acceptable. We then contacted Amazon to complain about OJ Commerce purchase. They tried contacting the company on our behalf. We got the same "donation" reply. We finally got satisfaction by Amazon's A TO Z Guarantee. If it wasn't for Amazon, OJ COMMERCE would have taken us. DO NOT BUY FROM OJ COMMERCE.

I would give this company 0 stars if I could. They are not a legitimate business and dont practice good customer service nor honesty. I ordered furniture from OJCommerce on Amazons website and they cancelled my order without reason every time, blaming me for cancelling the order. This is false and Ive tried contacting them via email and phone with no response. I left negative feedback on Amazon but they buried the negative review which means they have fake reviewers to help them accomplish this. Be warned that OJCommerce is a scam business that succeeds by publishing fake positive reviews.

TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY

Spent 140.00 dollars on some rugs through Amazon, wanted to return because the rugs picture/colors did not match what I wanted. Returned item, had to pay freight charges and the restocking fee... Basically out of my initial cost of 140.00 ended with a refund of 28.00 bucks...

Recently I have bad experience with this company. I ordered two floor mattresses and I wasn't satisfied with the product. So I called them and found out that threre is no free return and they charge 20% restocking fee. I made purchase for 100 dollars. So basically I have to loose almost 40 dollars without any purchase. So this is rip off policy. Horrible Company. Never ever buy from this OJ COMMERCE company through WALMART.

Poor return policy

Do NOT purchase this gate from OJ Commerce if there is a question as to whether or not it will fit in your space. Upon arrival of our box, we knew it would not work with our end stair post. I looked in to returning the item and was thoroughly disappointed to learn that OJ Commerce was going to withhold 30% for restocking and not cover my shipping costs! I've just had such good experiences with other amazon companies and returns that this took me by surprise. Using FedEx... the cheapest option I found... was still $50 to ship back. I ended up losing $65 through the whole deal. So... wanted to save others the grief before they order from this company.

Unless you are *******% sure that you are going to LOVE the item you are purchasing, don't buy from this seller. I purchased a headboard from this company to match a bed frame I also purchased, when I received the bed there was cracked and torn pieces of chip wood that came off the pieces so I returned the bed frame. However, when I went to the post office to return the headboard, I was shocked to find out that the cost was the same amount I had paid for the headboard. And worst of all, there is a 30% fee that is taken out of the amount you receive back from a return once they receive the returned item. So basically if you purchase anything from this seller, make sure you are going to love it or you will be stuck with it like I am now. Terrible policy!

If I could give a negative number, I would, I recently purchased a bar stool from Walmart.com who uses this vendor as part of their "marketplace" After assembling the stool, which was not easy, sadly, the stool was not the right height and had to be returned. The cost of the stool was $81.40, after paying return shipping and a 30% restocking fee, my refund netted out to be $30.29 or 37% of the original cost. When I attempted to discuss this with the vendor, they were rude stating that was their policy and if I had read that return policy, I would have know that. I then asked to speak to a supervisor, was put on hold and ignored. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I paid $51.11 to look at a bar stool!

I ordered a dresser drawer, and bed from Amazon which was apparently sold by OJ Commerce. Instead of shipping these very large boxes to the shipping address they were shipped to the billing address. Interestingly, the mattress was somehow sent to the correct shipping address, but the heavy large boxes were shipped to the incorrect address. Two of the very large boxes were picked up and reshipped to the correct box, but the third and last large/heavy box was left and OJ Commerce refused to pick the last box up saying they don't change the shipping address after the order is placed. This is a crazy situation for a customer! This is a bad company! I recommend not using them! The only problem is, I placed the order with Amazon and when the problem occurred they turn you over to these incompetent idiots!

I purchased some blinds from Walmart and when I went to Walmart to return them because they were the wrong size, I was told that because they were shipped from a "Marketplace" partner of Walmart's, I needed to deal with the vendor directly. I called OJCommerce and received an email telling me I could return the item to OJCommerce; however, they would deduct a 30% restocking fee AND I had to pay the return shipping. I assumed that because I ordered from the Walmart website, I could return to Walmart and be subjected to the return policy that I was used to when dealing with Walmart. Had I been notified before ordering the product of the disclaimer that there would be a 30% restocking fee and that I had to deal directly with the third party vendor, I never would have placed the order. I currently have escalated this matter to Walmart management and sincerely hope they do the right thing and refund me my full amount or I will boycott Walmart as well as OJ Commerce in the future.

After purchasing a $175 piece of furniture through WalMart, from this company, I realized it wasn't what I wanted and tried to return. This was a 42lb piece of furniture. I would have had to pay return shipping (upwards of $80) PLUS a 30% restocking fee (over $50). In order to return this product I'd have to LOSE over 130 DOLLARS and MAYBE receive $40 after all was said and done. Plus I would have to get the box to the post office or shipping center myself. I found this unacceptable to get back less than ONE QUARTER of my money so now I'm stuck with a pricey item I no longer want. I will never order from them again. Terrible customer service and policy.

I ordered a deadbolt and handle on Amazon not realizing I was ordering from a 3rd party. Only received the deadbolt. Way too many emails they wanted me to uninstall it and send it back, $30 restocking fee. They refused to send the handle. Amazon gave me a $15 credit on a $30 doorknob, unacceptable. Rip off, waste of time.

Do not buy from them. I bought through them on Amazon and it was a nightmare. Got a damaged headboard sent, and I just wanted a refund because I was moving. I told
Them this. Kept getting letters tling me to send the item back which weighed over 100 pounds back to them at my cost.
Long story short they evidently sent another headboard to my old address and the office tried to get fed ex to return it with no luck. I was charged a 250.00 fee for the item to be removed and disposed of by the management. I am planning on suing them for damages.
