VERY PLEASED!

I bought an 8 foot Ficus Tree and I must say it is beautiful. It is exactly as described in the advertisement. I received it promptly... I have no complaints whatsoever. I am 100% satisfied. I purchased this item via Walmart stores online.

This company is awful, I wish I could give negative stars. I ordered a cat litter box that would support a tv on top. When it arrived, I had to build it as expected. But what wasnt expected was that the only adhesive was 3m tape. No Wood Glue. Furthermore, the recycling item only had one section that was made from recyclable parts. After 1 day it fell apart. (And it was supposed to support a TV with cat underneath!) When I contacted them for a refund, they told me I must have put it together wrong, and that they needed proof. They wanted pictures of all the pieces and with a measuring tape illustrating the sizes of each piece. I called my CC company to investigate and recommend you do the same. Meanwhile they gave me 10 days from delivery in order to give them the information they wanted. Needless to say, we live busy lives and they can kiss it! Keep pouring in the bad reviews until they go under!

Do not buy in this company

They send incomplete products and then they delay in the claim process and finally you have to pay a 20% of restocking charge and the return freight costs when it was not your fault that the merchandise sent incomplete.

Deceiving Company!

If i could give 0 stars I would! This company posted a very deceiving picture online of a changing table. Then when it came in and was not what was expected I reached out to start the return process. Come to find out, DESPITE being mislead by the photo, I would still have to pay a 20% restocking fee AND return shipping. I have just decided to keep the product because by the time I pay shipping and restocking I will be out over $150 and the product was $250. Not to mention their customer service is rude, uncaring and disrespectful... if they even answer the phone. Completely disgusted!

Reprehensible
July 24, 2018

Purchased item on eBay at priced listed. Next day received an email from eBay stating that the item had been cancelled at my request and that I would receive a refund. I contacted OJ Commerce stating that I had not cancelled the order. Their response was that the listing was wrong and the price would be adjusted - higher. I contacted eBay and informed them of the situation. They said that this is against their sellers agreement policy as a purchase is a contract. Also because OJ Commerce said that I cancelled the order, I am unable to leave seller feedback on eBay. Ebay is looking into removing "buyer initiated cancellation" so that I can leave feedback on their site. They also are reporting this violation through their escalation channels.

Their customer service is one of the most horrible services I ever dealt with in my life. John, the supervisor I spoke with should be demoted and not in a supervisory position. The customer service agent began to get impatient with me on the phone. She proceeded to tell me I was "talking in circles." Well, when someone does not try and understand what you are telling them, you will continue repeating what you have to say. You just do no treat your customers like that. You are the one providing me with the service, not the other way around. And if it was the other way around, I would have a lot more respect! While speaking to the customer service agent and John the supervisor, they could not come to a resolution to the issue I presented him with and had no interest in making right what was wrong. I will NEVER buy from this company again and I highly suggest no one else EVER buys from this company again, unless you want to deal with HORRIBLE customer service. Considering how this company treats their customers---they will probably be out of business in 5 years. No customer wants to deal with employees with an attitude.

Horrible company

Received damaged items told them I DID NOT want the items. Asked for a cancellation on the items but the items were shipped anyways. With there return policy the shipping is at customer expense. The items I requested are over 1,500 dollars in shipping cost and the company does not want to send a return label even though I cancelled. So now I'm stuck qith items i dont want. I would lose money if I return the items myself.
I recommend to never purchase anything from the blood sucking company.

Very nice product.

My 5 year old boy who has Autism really love this trampoline.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy and safe for him. Just the tool to pull the spring is the problem-it break easy and almost damage my TV. But overall I am very pleased. The product and the promptness.

Run! They are running a scam they charged my account almost $200 more than it was being sold for and the female was RUDE and sounded like she was overseas. Don't order these people will rip you off of your hard earned money.

I bought a lamp from them on Amazon. About 4 days later I get a message that my order was cancelled because of customer exchange. WHAT? In the meantime I had the chance to buy the lamp from a local company but I didn't because I felt it would be unethical to send the one I ordered back to OJCommerce even though the one int he store was less expensive. Now the store is out of them and they can't be found for love or money. Thanks a lot OJCommerce. Never will I buy from them again.

Don't do business with these folks. They do not stand by their products.
In my case, their online pictures and descriptions were not accurate. They wouldn't take responsibility for either. If Amazon hadn't stepped in and offered to pay return shipping, I would have only recovered. 25 on the dollar for the lampshades I bought from OJ. It is my opinion that they have no business ethics at all.

Terrible customer service. My husband accidentally bought 2 of an item and upon trying to return the extra (in unopened boxes) - I found out that they keep a 20% restocking fee and I had to ship the boxes back paying out of pocket. I also had to call them for over a month in order to ensure they issued the return...

Never got my refund

Bought a ice maker. They marked the price wrong so cancelled my order and kept saying they credited my account then told me to take it up with Walmart. Walmart said it was a 3rd party and the OJCOMMERCE was responsible.

Ordered a dining room table to match my dining chairs. The discription was very misleading because they had the exact chairs I have with the picture of the table that comes with it. Now in returning the table because of the different color variation, they want to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Their customer service people are extremely rude and could care less when you call to explain the reason you are returning.
Do NOT waste your money with this company!

DO NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY! SERIOUSLY!
My husband and I ordered the Naomi Home Brisbane Glider, $140, for our baby on the way. I put it together and my husband who is 6'0,185lbs does NOT fit in the chair. His head is about 5 inches too tall and the chair is too narrow for him to sit in. We laughed about the size and decided to return it. This is where the NIGHTMARE began. We contacted the company, heard back a week later that we could return it, but would have to pay for the return shipping that ultimately cost us $117.00 PLUS a 20% restocking fee and would not be reimbursed for previous shipping or taxes. So basically to return this it would cost us an ADDITIONAL $117.00 and we wouldn't be reimbursed the full amount.
I did a little research and this company is NOT Naomi Home Products, but a 3rd party called OJ Commerce and is a company that scams people out of there money.
After many emails and a day on the phone, Amazon came to the rescue and helped reimburse us for the return shipping costs. I order a lot from Amazon Prime and I have to say this is the WORST experience I have ever had with a 3rd party company and PLEASE same yourself time and money and DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!

I purchased 4 brown stools and they sent me 4 blacks. Now they want me to pay return shipping cost. Liar, stay away from this scam!... STAY AWAY... STAY AWAY...
