I ordered a 12'x9' outdoor carpet. As soon as I completed the transaction I received an email stating it was out of stock, two weeks later it was still out of stock but another carpet 2' X 8' arrives. After dozens of emails back and fourth, they inform me that they don't have the carpet I ordered in stock and I would have to pay them a $30.00 restocking fee and return postage on the TOTALLY WRONG CARPET THEY SENT ME. I contacted the fraud unit at my bank and filed a complaint. Terrible company policies.

UNSATISFACTORY

I bought a changing diaper topper and had so many holes in it and was suppose to come with a dresser. Poorly made. Not all the parts were there. I paid 71 dollars and they charge a 30 percent restock fee, and it costed me 31 dollars to send it back. So only getting 20 dollars back out of the hardworking 71 dollars. This could actually go to my baby that is coming soon. Now I have to try to find a quality dresser.

Ripped off

Ordered a Black Weave Glass Top Patio Dining Table for the deck $272. Received it in May 19th but did not put together until July 1. Some of the weave on the table frame and leg looked like it had been cut. I liked the look of the table and was able to hide them uner the glass so was not going to complain. The glass did not fit good-had a little gap in one end and a little tight in the other end. Had it set up for 3 days. Went to put the unbrella in the hole and when the pole tilted a little to adjust in the bottom stand the glass exploded everywhere. They will not let me return it saying it was over 30 days even though it was defective.

Searched for furniture with OJ Commerce, never expected to see such a great collection. Overwhelming collection. The prices were the lowest that I could find anywhere. I would definitely continue to shop with OJ Commerce and recommend.

Buyer Beware
June 29, 2017

Was missing a box of parts from our $600 order. OJ Commerce promised Amazon they would expedite shipping of parts - they did not, gave me a complete runaround, were rude and dishonest. Meanwhile my daughter's birthday party (tomorrow) is ruined, as the item we purchased (a trampoline) was supposed to be the main entertainment.

Amazing prices

I bought few items from Amazon and I found that OJ Commerce shipped it. Then I found OJ Commerce having it's own website. I was really surprised to see the whole lot of products available at OJ Commerce at the best price you can ever get. I now have OJ Commerce as my first option that I check when I shop.

STAY AWAY!

I ordered an $80 item. It was the wrong thing. I did not open it. After numerous phone contacts, transfers and holds, I received an email explaining that I would be charged a restocking fee and would have to pay for my now return postage. This totaled in at $14.36. THEN, they deducted the postage I ORIGINALLY paid for and only reimbursed me $55.00! Including the added return postage I paid I LOST a total of $49.00 for ordering the wrong thing! This does not include all the TIME I wasted on phone calls and emails! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY EVEN IF WALMART's NAME IS ATTACHED!

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY - Ordered an "in stock" treadmill that was never delivered to my home. I cancelled the order and am being charged $400.00 for return & restock fees!
I placed an order for an "in stock" treadmill on 5/29/17 to arrive on 6/12/17. When the product did not arrive, I sent an email saying where is my product as no true shipping information was available. I received and email back stating it was on backorder. I received another email the next morning saying it would ship that same day, to arrive on 6/16/17. Still no shipping info was provided, it just said it was on its way. On 6/16, no delivery, 6/17 no delivery. Finally I cancelled my order. Shortly after the cancellation, I received a call saying the treadmill can be delivered the following week - I declined. Now I am being charged $400.00 for return delivery - for a product that never arrived at my home, and a restock fee. This is half of what the original price was the treadmill was. I was shocked at the shipping and restock fee for a product that I never received in the first place. The item was not in stock as advertised, nor was the shipping information true.

I recently bought a book rack for my daughter. It is called Naomi Kids Bookrack. While assembling it I had some difficulty & called their customer service. The rep arranged a call from a guy called Jason who was very helpful. My daughter loves the book rack. Thank you for your great service.

I ordered a wrong item, tried canceling within 45 min. They ignored my email. Then when I got a person on the phone they hung up "by accident" yet wouldn't answer my calls again. Deducted funds before they shipped item I never wanted! Then had to wait for it to return to them to get my credit back another 3 days. I would call all that bull. Would never order from them again or Walmart.

BUYER BEWARE

This company is IMPOSSIBLE TO get ahold of for returns, but surprise surprise, I got right through when I pressed the purchase option.
Run far away. I have $1,600 worth of damaged tables & chairs which they refuse to return or refund. Amazon was zero help stating the seller said I had exceeded the 30 day return period. Currently disputing with my credit card company.

I recently purchased a baby changing topper from this company. All of the pictures on Amazon feature the topper with a dresser. The price of the topper is also $73. So if you're not paying close attention, it looks like you are buying a dresser withi changing top for a baby. No one in their right mind would buy 4 pieces of wood for $73! They purposely put all the photos with the dresser so you get excited and order it thinking your getting a good deal on a baby dresser! This company is no better then normal thieves that hack your bank accounts!

The item I received was out of spec and
The item I received was out of spec and not finished per the sales picture.
They want to accuse me of being remorseful when the product was not as described. Then by the time you fulfill all their refund requirements, you won't realize much if any refund. Their product is poor quality. Their qc dept
Lacking. Their customer service serves their interest only. Buyer beware.

Terrible policies!

I ordered a baby gate on Amazon, fulfilled and shipped by this company. It was much too tall and I never even opened the package. When I contacted them about the return, I was informed that there would be a 30% restocking fee. I called customer service and explained my problem and pleaded with them to waive the 30% restocking fee as a one time courtesy. I was already spending a lot to ship it back to them and having 3 young children, I am on a limited budget. They refused to even consider helping me out. Very disappointed and would NEVER shop at this company again. There are so many reputable companies out there that treat customers respectfully and don't have this ridiculous policy.

I ordered a $600 crib, they sent me 2 right legs, they were labeled left and right, but they were both right, I had to wait 2 weeks for them to send the part, When I FINALLY received the part, it was the WRONG leg AGAIN. So now i have a total of 3 right legs, and going on a month with a crib that cannot be put together. I dont know what kind of people are working in this warehouse, but it's an absolute disgrace.

I ordered a lamp from Ojcommerce. They sent me a huge wooden bench.
I wrote and told them and they had me take pictures of this huge box, asking, "Are you sure it's not a lamp?"
I was then required to repackage this 6 foot by 2 foot box and place it in front of my entry way for pick up.
I informed Ojcommerce the box was ready.
Four days later I emailed them and asked for help getting it picked up.
No reply.
6 Days later and I have to call FedEx to have this fire hazard removed from my entry way.
I file a claim with Amazon for help with a refund.
Amazon replies that once Ojcommerce receives the return, I will receive a refund.
Ojcommerce receives the return.
Ojcommerce then says I need to return the item they shipped me, even though I have delivery confirmation they received the item.
Some of the worst customer service I've ever had.
Avoid buying from them at all costs.

Shipped fast

I placed the order so it would arrive after my move in date. Then i noticed it was being delivered early. I called a neighbor to put it inside for me. When it arrived i opened the package that was tightly rolled. Not folded and rolled like others. I haven't slept on it yet as the frame hasn't arrived. It looks con fee.
