This Company SUCKS from every standpoint! DON'T LET THIS COMPANY GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP YOUR MONEY HOSTAGE! They falsely promoted a price for a $700.00 ''PRINCESS DOLL HOUSE BUNK BED" bedroom set that I purchased for my daughter, OJ Commerce Purposely Sent me the WRONG tracking number, then delivered my bed somewhere in California when I live in Texas, Their Representative Swore Up & Down that My bedroom set was still coming & gave me a different tracking number... When I finally got my bedroom set it was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what I ordered, (It was a boys "RANCH" standard wood bunk bed)" I tried to call immediately but apparently the store was Closed until Monday & it was Friday. The Damn workers that answer the phones won't give me straight answers & Refuse to provide me with a direct number or Voicemail to speak to a manager. I've sent emails & left messages but a Manager Refuses to contact me back! I've asked for return labels & apparently they keep saying, "We Can't Send You Return Labels Because it's a 24 to 48 hour process to submit those kind of requests". NOW these Freakin False Advitisers are saying that the listing I bought my Little Girls bed from was "LISTED IN ERROR" & if I still want that bedroom set I have to pay an extra $435.00 dollars! This Vompany Sucks! Run now while u can Because no matter how bad you wanna speak to someone in charge It won't happen!

Worst company ever! I have been with Amazon for 15 years. OJ Commerce sold us a cabinet via Amazon. First they stiffed us not canceling an order hours after placed (even though it took weeks to arrive thereafter) telling us we would have to pay to ship back and pay restocking fee. It then arrived damaged and we again were told to send it back by ourselves and pay stocking fee. Who the hell are these crooks? Are they just pawning off damaged items to get rid of them and flipping clients the bird? Amazon should NEVER have allowed such a company to be on their site. I have NEVER had such terrible experience through Amazon and the fact that they allowed this co on there only means they knew nothing of the terrible BBB rating and bad reviews everywhere online showing similar experiences. We should have known. The cost for the cabinet was a fraction of the cost elsewhere prob because it was damaged and they are just pawning off damaged goods. NEVER EVER EVER TRUST THIS COMPANY. To add, they never address your issue but keep sending generic emails hoping you will just go away!

I bought a TV Stand from OJCommerce through Amazon and it came damaged at delivery, and that´s when the nightmare started. I sent pictures and proof about it. They kept sending messages to make a replacement even though I had requested for a return/refund. They claim it´s a buyer´s remorse case because I am rejecting their replacement parts so they are forcing me a 30% restocking fee (83 usd) plus return shipping for 2 boxes. I filed a claim with Amazon A-Z guarantee too see if I can avoid that huge restocking fee. Worst company to buy from unless you agree to keep the items even if they are damaged and receive their replacment parts. WORST RETURN POLICY YOU CAN FIND ONLINE BY FAR.

We ordered a desk online from Walmart on January 3, and OJ Commerce was the "partner" who would be fulfilling the order. First of all, they said the delivery window was between January 19 and January 25, which is ridiculous, but ok. By January 23, the order status on their website still said "processing" and not "shipped," which was alarming, so I emailed them to see what was going on. When they emailed me back the next day, they said I wasn't going to be getting the desk, and did I want to wait until late February for it? Um, no. I asked for my money back. They sent me an email saying they would do that. Then this morning, they sent me an email saying they were not going to do that. If I wanted my money, I could get it from Walmart. Luckily, Walmart did refund my money, but had I read all of these reviews about this company prior to ordering the desk from them, I would have never done it. Walmart is doing themselves no favors by partnering with scam artists. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Company is a SCAM!

I recently ordered a TV stand from them and as I was putting it together I realized what a piece of junk this was then I cam to the main shelf and it had a large crack all the way through it. At this point I decided that I no longer wanted this product. I took it all apart and repackaged it exactly how I received it. I requested a return authorization at least 12X and each time I received a form letter stating they don't accept returns and that they would send out replacement parts. I told them I was unsatisfied with this product and all I kept getting was a form letter stating to tell them the parts that need to be replaced. One letter stated that there was a 30% restocking fee and I had to pay to ship it back. BEWARE as they have no customer service!

I ordered a dresser that got lost before Christmas, I told them I did not want a replacement I wanted a refund. Yesterday a dresser turned up on my doorstep and they tell me to ship it back at my expense and they will also deduct a 30% restocking fee. I agree these are scammers, why Amazon and Walmart keep them on there website is beyond me.

I ordered a baby gate from OJCommerece through walmart.com. We were very disappointed in the design, and wished to return it. The company informs you after the fact that there is a 30% restocking fee for any return for any reason, the customer must pay all shipping costs, and they do not guarantee they will even accept the return when received. Difficult or impossible to discuss a problem with anyone at the company. I am disappointed to be out $60 on this scam company, but wonder how the owners and managers of the company can sleep at night knowing their business practices are so dishonest and deceiving.

Same problem as others. Purchased a T. V on black friday only to have it rejected later and they had the nerve to put down the reason was customer request. Added liar to there mess. Very disappointed, first order last order. Customer service terrible.
Walmart need not to carry there products. I will complain to consumer Affairs!

Exact same experience with this company as others have stated. Ordered a TV that was advertised for $99 on Walmart.com on Black Friday and then a few hours later I received an email a few hours later saying they canceled the order. No reason given. WalMart doesn't stand behind the sale either. EBay does a better job of vetting their vendors than WalMart. I will never buy from a third party vendor through WalMart again.

Horrible experience. I ordered an item for $99 from Walmart online and it went through and everything I was so excited. Two days later I get an email saying my order was cancelled because OJ Commerce Maine a mistake on their pricing. When I called them their attitude was like they didn't even care. No compensation or even an offer of a significant discount on the item. I am so angry this company is a scam and they need to be stopped! They should honor their prices! If anyone has experienced this please review them, put it on Twitter, Facebook, call and email them and file a complaint with the BBB something needs to be done. Walmart and OJ Commerce can't treat people like this

BEWARE... Scam artists!

I also fell victim to this company's scam on Black Friday. I purchased a tv off of Walmart's website, with OJ Commerce being the seller. Two days later I received an email from Walmart saying that my order has been cancelled due to a pricing error. After reviewing other people's reviews, it wasn't just a tv... it was a ton of other types of merchandise too that all had "pricing errors"... yeah right. That's what you call a scam in order to get people's credit card numbers.

Yes, I was another one who fell victim to the OJ COMMERCE/WALMART Black Friday scam. I purchased 4 of the many tvs listed for the sale price of $99.99, sold by the OJ COMMERCE company, listed on the Walmart.com site, on Black Friday. I received my emails this morning, stating the orders were cancelled due to a pricing error. Very sad that Walmart allows this company to conduct business like this, and on Walmart& amp; amp;#039; s own site! I& amp; amp;#039; m shocked and disappointed.

All victims of this BLACK FRIDAY SCAM should put our opinions of OJ Commerce on other review sites too, not only this site. We can help publicize their poor business practices and maybe negatively affect their actual sales. A company involved in such poor practices, especially with such obvious intent to deceive consumers, should not be permitted to conduct business, much less profit from sales.

Bent over on Black Friday

I was another of the suckers that thought they have found a good price on a TV. Got the email on Sunday telling me of their pricing error. Now I get the opportunity of buying a similar TV without the benefit of Black Friday pricing.

Walmart clean up your vendor vetting process. OJ Commerce LLC shame on you thanks for sucking some of the joy from our families Christmas :(

I ordered several items from OJ Commerce through the Wal-Mart market place on Black Friday and 2 days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled due to a pricing error. How convenient that their Black Friday prices were errors. I believe this is an excuse due to not having enough inventory to fulfill the orders. I will never order anything com this company again and review than on all available sites. BUYER BEWARE OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES!

We ordered a television from Walmart.com services by OJ Commerce for Black Friday. We thought we had a great deal. That evening, OJ Commerce sent us an email that they couldn't ship. They then sent an email to Walmart that the TV was canceled, let customer request. We had no contact with them about our order. They aren't responding to our questioning. It was too late to get another TV on sale. Walmart is just telling us to contact OJ Commerce. Shame on both companies.

Scam

This is a scam company. I ordered four chairs from Walmart.com (OJ COMMERCE shipped this product for them.

The listing was for a set of two. I ordered two sets for a total of four chairs. I received two chairs but the second set never came. I called and told them I needed the other two. I was told the listing was actually just for one (despite my card being charged for four chairs, the listing still mentioned set of two and my receipt listing set of two). I was told I would get a call back by end of day. Never happened. I called first thing Monday morning. A foreign employee refused to let me talk to anyone else and then hung up on me. I called back and was told I need to return the items for a return.

This is one of many reviews. I will also be filing a Better Business report.
