I bought an ottoman coffee table through Walmart from this company. It arrived broken, one of the legs was cracked. This company sent me "we are working on it" emails for a month and guess what? 3 months later I still have not heard from them. The leg is completely broken off and this company doesn't want to keep their customers happy. Very sad because I actually loved this table, I thought it was beautiful. Too bad the company is awful and left a bad taste in mouth. If you buy from them, I hope nothing is wrong with your product because they obviously do not value their customers or stand by their products otherwise I would have a replacement. Truly the worst customer service I have ever Received. I guess they're just hoping I forget about my broken table.

This company doesn't even deserve a 1! I ordered a recliner off walmart.com the measurements were 41Hx37W. The one I got was 39Hx35W, I sent videos and pictures the day I received it to show it was not the size it was claimed to be! They keep telling me it's correct. HOW IS THAT?!? Last I checked 39 is not the same as 41. They said I could return it with a 30% restocking fee and I pay shipping. Yeah thats not happening, still in the fight for my full refund called a dozen times and management never anwsers or calls back... If need be will get a lawyer for false advertising and file a claim with the better business bureau!

Awful customer service. I placed a large order and confirmed with them that it would arrive on time for an event. The first day of my arrival range the order was canceled. When I contacted customer service I was told it could not be fulfilled, but that I could place the order again and maybe they could fulfill it the next time. This is not how this should work. I'm now out the furniture I needed for my event and it is now too late to order it from a different seller.

I should have done my homework but I trusted Amazon since I was purchasing on Amazon I thought it was coming through them. I just found out the hard way about this seller. Save yourself the trouble this seller is truly the WORST. I chose to purchase from them because their prices were reasonable but the headache I have gotten since then has not been worth it. The order never arrived and customer service was so rude and horrible. They shipped the order to the wrong address, this was several hundreds of pounds and told me to go and pick it up. They never replied to emails and when Amazon finally got on the phone with them, it was rudeness extraordinaire. All I wanted to do was to cancel the order but they wanted to charge me a 30 percent restocking fee plus shipping to cancel an order I never saw or even touched. At this time no one know where the order is and I have to get it by a certain date. OMG don't give them your money it's not worth it! Not at all! Stay away from this seller.

I recently ordered a nightstand from them and it came damaged! I contacted them and at first they said they would send me a replacement then days later they emailed me saying that they would give me partial credit of $26.40 to keep the item as is AND THATS NOT EVEN HALF OF WHAT I PAID FOR THE NIGHTSTAND! I don't care what it takes, I will get my money back from these folks and they will NEVER get my business again! WHEREVER YOU ORDER FROM AND YOU SEE OJCOMMERCE AS THE SELLER, DO NOT BUY IT! They are full of $#*!, literally!

They list out of stock items on Amazon. After waiting a week for them to ship my order; they canceled on me. I could have ordered from another seller and now the other seller is out of stock! I even contacted this company and was told that it would be shipped. This was a gift! I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!

Not to mention I left a negative feedback for them under their sellers account and they asked Amazon to remove it. I also read other comments stating that their negative reviews were deleted. So, be leary of this company and their feedback. There is no telling how many negatives they actually received that was removed by Amazon.

I PURCHASED 10- 5 FOOT ANTENNA POLES FOR $63 DOLLARS AND WHEN ORDER CAME I RECEIVED 1. I CALLED TO ASK WHERE THE OTHER 9 WERE,. FIRST I WAS TOLD THE REST IS ON THE WAY AND WILL GET A UPDATED TRACKING NUMBER. NEVER GOT RESPONSE! CALLED BACK AND WAS TOLD THE WEB SITE SAID QUANITY OF 1. SO! THEY CHANGED THE AMAZON SALE SITE AND SAID I ORDERED 1 BUT GOT CHARGED FOR THE 10 PRICE THAT USED TO BE THERE. THEY WOULD NOT HONOR MY PURCHASE AND SEND THE OTHER 9 PEICES BUT WOULD REFUND ME AND SEND A SHIP TAG. WHOOPIE! 9 DAY SET BACK.WE WILL SEE ON REFUND. AMAZON INVESTIGATION STARTED AND VISA WILL BE NEXT CALL, NOT COUNTING ON NOBODY THERE. VERY POOR ENGLISH SKILLS TOO. NO NEGATIVE STARS TO SELECT. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I bought a bunk bed from them on Amazon. They sent it and when the freight company called they said they would not take it off the truck because the company did not pay for a lift gate truck. I was able to get the bed delivered after complaining. This was a Christmas present and it finally arrived on late and broken. I was told by the freight company that it could not be refused. I contacted OJ Commerce and they wanted to know what was broken. I told them it was the rails. They asked for the part numbers. They said they would provide the parts. They never sent the parts and now since it has gone past 30 days, they refuse to honor the request at all. AMAZON HAS BEEN NO HELP! Rip off!
