Zero starts for fraudulent reviews on amazon

I wish I could give OJcommerce 0 stars. I bought a futon on Amazon that had 90+ 5 star reviews. After r searching the kodiak futon and frame - it seemed like a good choice. I paid $557 and then another $150 for a professional carpenter to put it together because some buyers said it took them 4 hours to assemble. First night sleeping on it I woke up in crying pain. I was stunned. I couldn't believe the pain. I'm a young woman who doesn't have any back pain. I gave it another shot and woke up again with the same excruciating back pain. I then invested another $200 dollars in a mattress topper. That did nothing. The coils in this mattress dig into your body and the frame is only supported in the middle and then sides of the mattress sag. There's multiple things wrong with the design. After 5 days of pain, I reached out to amazon to start a return. However; I get an email from the seller, OJCOMMERCE and they said they do not accept returns for assembled pieces. How am I supposed to know the quality of this futon without assembling it? Not to mention the extra 350 dollars I've invested in this hunk of garbage. I do not recommend buying anything from this company and I'm so sorry I didn't research the company first. I trusted Amazon and their reviews. Now it seems like I'll be the one at a complete loss. Not only am I in pain but I have to figure out a way to get rid of this crap and buy another mattress.

No stars. This company is a fraud

After placing order I contacted customer service for an estimated ship date. After a few days - nothing. After a week - nothing. Then they encourage me to cancel. When I insisted on getting a ship date they said there's been a pricing mistake over many days and I need to cancel! What kind of bs company is this?

Don't ever buy from this company

I ordered a headboard from this company. It was on sale and was a graduation present. The first month I was told it was on back order then out of nowhere the order was cancelled. I emailed and they responded it was out of stock and would have to reorder I asked if they would stand behind the price they said NO. No integrity or customer service. Who would order from a company that does not stand behind their orders or service their customers?

I ordered a bathroom vanity and never received shipment confirmation. I followed up with this company three time sand each time I was told they would "escalate" my status inquiry and follow up with me within 12-24 hours to let me know details about shipment. A total of 16 days went by after I placed my order and it was never shipped and they NEVER followed up with me to advise re: status. When I finally requested a refund, and to cancel my order, they said it would take 24-48 hours to even confirm my cancellation and that if I challenged the charge they would not be able to give me a refund. I challenged the charge immediately and received a full refund the same day I filed the claim - Paypal found in my favor within an HOUR. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. This company is deceitful and a SHAM.

I'd love to write great review about the awesome deal I found but instead the company took me through multiple emails back and forth to try and verify my identity before I was allowed to purchase this couch. And even then they still canceled my order! I immediately called customer service who was completely unhelpful and only told me to try and buy it again with a different form of ID. Be prepared for various emails before you get your product and completely incompetent and unhelpful staff if you have any issues with your order.

Folks you'll regret ordering from this company! Worst CS and if you have to return anything you'll have to pay for shipping back to Florida and then they'll say they can't refund you for the item cause it was opened ours was defective! Total shady company!

Do not trust this company!

First, they deliver the product three weeks late. Finally got all boxes and then one of the boxes is missing the hardware and instruction. So reached out to their customer service team, and the reply I got is they going to look into this matter and will give me an update in 48 hours. So unprofessional service. I would never ever buy from this company and I would recommend to everyone NOT TO BUY from this company.

Hello everyone, Please, please, please do not work for this company; they will fire you for no reason, and it is the worst place to work in the world. You must dance to everyone's music. Specially The new so-called Manager Daniel Vinod will say lies and manipulate and talk and make a hell of a lot of mistakes, he will say its my mistake and he will never listen to the calls attentively, he does not have a clear picture of what is exactly happening, but simply for no he will fire people this way they treat the agent, they do not give proper training and they do not give you time to learn as well as the worst company to work for. Every day they will come up with new rules There is only one good soul in the world, Pravin Daniel, who was extremely helpful.

We sold to OJ Commerce for 1 year. During the course of our relationship every single check they sent required our accountant to email them and argue over the amount paid. Not one check was correct. After a year of this nonsense we parted ways with them. They refused to get off our Amazon listings, threatened legal action against us for "defamation of character" of their business when we reported the listings to Amazon to have them removed. This company are a bunch of crooks, plain and simple. The "customer service" group was the department of scams, trying to get us to pay for the most ridiculous things and then ignoring us when we presented facts to the contrary or reiterated policy to them.

WORD OF CAUTION to all suppliers: do not expect OJ Commerce to pay you fairly or to act with professionalism. They are internet retail thugs in every sense of the word.

Wrong color - not great customer service

I ordered a brown nightstand to match the current bedroom suit I have. In the picture, it was brown. I saw no other color options or anything else on the site, so I ordered the brown. On my email, it shows the brown. The product is delivered, and it's white… I called, but they wouldn't do anything because it was past 30 days. What I could do was contact the manufacturer directly, and they would "exchange it no problem." WRONG. They told me I was OJ's customer, so it was their responsibility, and they couldn't help me save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else because if something goes wrong, you're up the creek.

I ordered a wicker outdoor table. It arrived w/ the 44" box slashed in multiple places, ripped open, and the table was crumbling inside. I emailed the company that day w/ pics and twice more with no response. I called 3 times and no one picked up. I submitted a complain and heard back 10 days later. I requested a replacement or refund since the table is un-usable with damage. They have refused for days. Finally stated I'd have to pay to have it shipped back and also pay for a replacement to be shipped. The damage was not my fault-it arrived in that condition. At this point, they've said they're not going to do anything and close the ticket. Awful shipping, customer service, and no resolution. I'm now going to ask my credit card company to dispute it. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Dissatisfied customer

Purchased suitcases from I thought JCPenney,
0JC was the third-party payment and suitcases were the wrong size.
Very poor customer service and I had to pay shipping costs for the price of the suitcases period very bad experience total loss situation and very bad customer service do not recommend at all!

I ordered a piece of art from this company. Three weeks later, when it still hadn't arrived, I called them and they said it had been shipped to california... meanwhile, I live in Texas! Someone would call me back, they said. No call back, just an email with Fed Ex tracking that said it had been delivered to a location in California. I called back again, and they told me my address was incomplete, however, I paid via paypal, who has my address, and it didn't transfer over correctly, an error via their system, not mine! I pay via paypal ALL THE TIME, and things always get delivered correctly to my house. Again, rather than a call back, I received an automated emailing, saying my account would be credited... and of course, this was in the amount minus the $15 for shipping. Just awful, will never use again.

Bought a furniture piece from this company on walmart and it arrived damaged. Once i requested to send it back, they said i had to pay for shipping it back. Are you kidding me? How is this company selling on walmart? I have never seen such radical return policy. Never again. 0 Stars

Stay away from OJ!

Do not buy this product (Savannah Curbside Mailbox); if you still do, then try another seller! I tried to wipe dirt off the mailbox with wet paper towel and the outer coating came right off leaving black marks. Upon calling them, OJ Commerce passed the buck to the manufacturer saying that they cant do anything about it since its past the 30 days from purchase. Absolutely unexpected paint quality and poor customer service by OJ.

OJCommerce was a company I purchased a Defective Sofa from and it's been a nightmare ever since
My BadI should've dod my homework not every company is going to be committed to their customers sent sofa back and yet haven't received my refund
Contact bbb they have not responded
Call federal trade commissioner today hoping that I get my 408. Dollars soon Almost a month waiting SMH
I don't like the customer Service they lie for gain!

RUN this so called company is fraud first they sent a tracking number with a delivery date, then I stayed at my company all day to find out it was never sent to FedEx. I canceled the order since it was still in the warehouse, they sent it anyway, it was a used couch. I've called over 20 times to be hung up on, told that they will have a manger create a return label... nothing. I have this big box in the middle of my office for over a week. It's a reason the prices is discounted please go to a major company

Horrible

The worst customer service I've ever experienced. They sold me a table with a top that was completely split. I needed it for something special and ordered it way in advance. It got here late for one. Then arrived broken and they won't refund. Just want to replace and can't give me a time line. I told them I want to return it (they are such a shady company they make you pay for the return shipping when the send you useless junk) and now they won't respond to my messages. Contacting my credit card company and BBB when I have time. So sick of unprofessional companies that are an embarrassment to anyone else who sells online. They should be ashamed of themselves.
