Do yourself a favor and do not purchase anything from this business. If the item you ordered is not in stock you will not be informed at checkout. They will take your money and send you notification that your order is being processed and all is good, even though the item is out of stock and may take weeks or longer to ship. Should you ask to cancel your order and request a refund, they will procrastinate even further by stating they will have to verify with the warehouse if your order has shipped or not, even when they well know it hasn't. They will give you the run around. Oh and check out the BBB complaints filed against this business.

On the website it says it sold and shipped by OJCommerce. It was a huge mistake!

The hardware box is a complete mess. During assembly the hardware would crack the boards and chunk off pieces the "wood". It's made from very cheap material. Many of this item holes are in the wrong place or there are no holes at all.
It was very hard to get in contact with customer service but when I did, their rep said I can send it back but would have to pay for shipping. I don't believe I have to pay for something of that quality. They mislead the consumers with the pics and description they put on websites where they sell their products.
It's a complete waste of money! NEVER BUY FROM OJCOMMERCE!
I bought a headboard through walmart.com from these people. I realized I needed a king not a queen. They refused to except return unless I paid $250 shipping to get it back to them. I only paid $250 for the headboard. Buyer beware. I definitely would not recommend
This company takes your money even though they know they did not ship product, They print a label and send tracking info that never gets picked up because there is no product for FedEx to actually pick up. Reached out to customer service and they keep saying wait a few day, wait a few day, wait a few days in each response
Item was two weeks late on delivery, FedEx lost the package because OJCommerce shipped the couch which came in two pieces separately. Customer service was rude and putting the blame on the shipping company, however, FedEx was more than willing to help me figure out what was going on with the package. My family has been sitting on the floor for more than two weeks now, still no couch. No discount for my inconvenience was provided, Do Not, I Repeat Do Not Order Furniture Via This Company!
Poor packaging lead to two of the main parts coming broken in half. I contacted the number on the manual as soon as I received it and was informed that I would received the replacement parts by February. Since Feb 20 I've been calling them and getting sent to voice mail. It's now March and I still haven't received the replacement parts or heard back from the seller. When I asked for a refund, they told me they had no records of my issue and that since it's been more than 30 days since delivery, I couldn't get a refund.
So I Ordered a mirror on OJ Commerce., First time and last time I will ever order from them. It took almost 2 months to receive the mirror and by that time I had placed something else in the space and almost forgotten that I ordered the item. My assumption was that it had been lost in shipping or I just did not press complete order. After I received it, I asked them to Send me a return slip paid. They stated that that is not a policy and it was going to be at my cost to return it. The mirror was very heavy so the expense would be great. I explained to them how long it took to ship the item and receive it. On their website it stated normally things ship within 3 to 5 days. It also says satisfaction guaranteed and I assure you that is not their policy. I went through several different avenues to try to get a return label and was refused Every time. I suggest you not buy from them as this would probably happen to anyone and although I understand shipping is delayed because of Covid 2 months is ridiculous. I was Not even sent an email about the item being shipped or tracking, no return label, no effort at all to make things right.
Just because they have an item on their site does NOT mean it's available.
I even emailed them prior to purchase to double check that it was actually in stock, ready to ship. They replied yes, they had it, so I ordered immediately.
A week later, I got the standard form email..."the item you ordered is unavailable".
Just bad customer service and a waste of time and energy.
There's a reason they have so many bad reviews. Lesson learned.
Will follow up with post re: how long it takes to get my refund.
In the meantime, recommend you look elsewhere.
Update: They did issue a refund within about 3 days.
It was very poor quality. The customer service was very poor and the material was very cheap. The computer desk we bought smelled like mud and dust as soon as we got it and the manual was super complicated to read. It was just a bunch of boards with letters. The drawers looked like they were made of poor quality cloth. Tried calling customer service and they didn't seem to do much help at all. The shipping cost is higher than the product price itself. Please save your time and money and do not buy from OJ commerce.
I ordered my mirror on 1/18/2021, the listing said that it will be shipped out 2 to 3 business days after purchase, so days go by no mirror i finally called customer service today and they told me the mirror was on back order and now i have to wait another 2 weeks for the item to get to me, i told her why wasn't i informed of that, she said that you never got a email i said no only email i received is when i purchased my item. No apologies or nothing she said that i will send you the email now 10 days later, i will never do business with them again,
I bought a product for them. They would not deliver it, and would also not refund my money. Complete scammers.
Unfortunately the item we purchased was not what we expected. We wanted to return the item but were told we would have to pay for the return shipping. That cost is 111.00 per box(one hundred and eleven dollars) for three boxes for a total of three hundred and thirty three dollars. We spent almost 350.00 for the product. So we are stuck with their product that we can't use. Be careful doing business with this company. Very Unhappy at the moment.
Ordered product they claimed to have in stock. Three weeks later after multiple emails they cancel the order
The timing of the order processing was incorrectly communicated. When I called customer service to help with re-routing the delivery they were very unhelpful and rude. I will not be purchasing anything from OJCommerce again.
This is my 1st negative review ever written but I felt compelled to share this info in the hopes that folks don't make the same mistake I did.
I purchased a large wall mirror and it unfortunately it arrived damaged beyond reparation. My husband and I moved the box a few feet and we could hear all the shattered glass moving around inside the box. I emailed the company right away to let them know, and also asking to arrange an exchange. They replied back saying we would have to dispose of the mirror. Mind you this is a large, heavy box filled with glass. It will easily cost over $100 to dispose. I asked them to send a UPS label to send it back explaining it is their responsibility to take away their damaged product. They wouldn't help with the cost of disposing.It appears this issue must happen regularly reading reviews... they are well aware of the cost to dispose or send back a heavy box and simply say they don't offer this kind of help. It's disappointing. They should do the right thing and hold themselves responsible with the burden of disposing. I'll continue to shop at Amazon instead where I know if anything goes wrong they will resolve it immediately. Amazon understands that you can't be the cause for a customer to pay for a product they haven't received.
I ordered a tv stand from OJ Commerce on late Sunday ( 12-6-20) and cancelled Monday morning ( 12-7-20) once their customer service opened up.
The company refused to refund my card.
Even in a pandemic crooks will be crooks.

Purchased a loft bed on nov20 it's now dec22 and no updates they changed the shipping date twice, take your money somewhere else, fraudulent business with fake reviews on their website.
Ordered a Christmas gift online in late November and in late December they canceled order because item was no longer in stock. Was supposedly in stock when I ordered. Checked the website after cancelation and item was still being sold, no mention of it being out of stock.
Ordered a bathroom mirror two weeks ago. They wrote last week and told me my order has shipped and provided a tracking number. Was supposed to be here on 12/18/2020 Now it says delivery is pending. I wrote OJCOMMERCE to ask about my item in question. They told me that the shipping service they have are understaffed and slow due to Covid 19. This is the excuse companies like this tell you it's really being shipped from China. I should have read all the negative reviews before purchasing, But didn't. Beware of this seller.
I purchased a coverlet through Walmart that was shipped third party from OJ Commerce. I tried various attempts through Walmart to try to return it then finally found out that I needed to ship it directly back to OJ Commerce. Multiple emails later I finally got the information I needed from OJ Commerce in order to do the shipment. When I took it to UPS, the only carrier that I could use that could get it there on time as so much time had elapsed with the runaround with Walmart, I found that it was going to cost me nearly $50 to send a $100 product back. You do the math. I'm keeping it and/or trying to sell it on a social media outlet. As I said to OJ Commerce I will not knowingly purchase from them again, nor will I ever purchase from Walmart again.
Answer: I received my item promptly. There was an issue and customer service addressed it immediately to my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend this company.
