I purchased a sweater over a month ago and after 2 weeks of my order not being fulfilled I emailed and asked when my order would be shipped I received an email shortly after saying it "should be shipped this week". This week came and went still no shipping update. The website says processing takes 3-5 business days not 3 weeks that it took and then shipping. Even after I got the shipping notice it still took 2 days to take it to the post office for shipping. No where on the order did it say pre-order either. The sweater is okay, I got it on sale so for the sale price it was okay but definitely not full price. I won't be back as a customer.
DO NOT BUY from this company!
I placed an order a few months ago for 3 items and when I finally recieved it after several emails one of the sweaters I purchased was not even the correct item. Another item was completely different then the picture. When I emailed the company they said they don't guarantee the colour. They did give me free shipping on my next purchase as a apology.
I decided to give them one more chance when I ordered items from the BOGO event when I went to go put in my free shipping code it was refused. I emailed the owners and of course no response. I ordered these items over 5 weeks ago and still have not received them.
This is ridiculous

We're so sorry you had trouble with the shipping code! The site prompts you to enter any discount codes into the cart, before the checkout, which is why it didn't work for you. Please email our customer service, who would love to help you with anything like that in the future.
What the hell? I've ordered sweaters from their bogo event in August... it's October 5th and I still haven't received my sweaters. Went through the same thing with the blanket scarves, took over 6 weeks to get those... Why does shipping take so long? And you can't ask anything via social media as they delete it, I'm glad I found this so I could at least share my poor experience with everyone else. I won't order from them again and I am a regular on-line shopper!

Sometimes, our pre-orders get delayed, because of various factors out of our control or to be honest sometimes they are in our control (as a worker is sick and needs to spend time with her child or they have worked way too many hours this week). I ordered 6 blanket scarves from their BOGO deal on August 23,2017. I had ordered them as bridesmaid gifts for my wedding September 23,2017. Thinking to myself this is a Canadian company they should definitely be here on time. Boy, was I ever wrong! After multiple emails to customer service, zero customer service, and basically all my concerns being blatantly ignored; September 16,2017 I received a tracking number that my items has been shipped. Well it is now September 29,2017. My wedding has happened, the scarves never arrived. And the tracking has not been updated since I received the initial tracking number. My last email to the company I stated that I wanted a honest answer of when they might arrive and yet again I was told the same thing. "Tracking info would be updated shortly."
I am a regular online shopper, and never, NEVER, has it EVER taken this long to receive an item... especially one that is apparently coming from a warehouse that is located 45 minutes away from where I reside.
This company is a joke. And I have zero beliefs that it is Canadian. At this point in ready to file a complaint with someone that might actually get my somewhere or just get me my money back.
I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company. There are far too many strange things when reading the fine print on their website now to make me believe their story.
Customer service was awful. I placed my order for 4 items on April 23,2017. I still hadn't received anything by the first week of June so I contacted their customer service. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It was like they forgot I had placed the order even though I had an order number, etc. She responded to my email on a Tuesday (within the 48 hours she promised), stating that I would have confirmation of my pkg sent BY THAT WEEKEND. Surprise, surprise I still hadn't heard anything TEN DAYS LATER! I emailed her again. Her snotty response was along the lines of "well, it takes a few days to get the package to Canada Post." Honestly, I believe this woman is running a scam and banking on people not following up on their orders as that is how I feel I was treated. Lo and behold I got my package nearly 2 months later, with one item missing. Still waiting on the credit for the missing item...

It's been a month. I have had to contact the company 3 times to ask abut my order, I still have been responded to on the latest inquiry. My comments about not hearing back from them were deleted by the company on their Facebook page - this was after another customer replied to my comment about not receiving her order either they deleted her post too. When I was responded to on Facebook I was told that one item was a pre order which it did not state on the item when I ordered it and that it was my fault for not looking at the notes on the product page. I have filed a dispute with PayPal and am hoping the company will right their wrongs after a month of not shipping my order and being very rude when responding to me. Do not buy from this company.

This company is disorganized, unprofessional, rude, and manipulative. The owner responded to my emails. Everything that was written was followed by a hey Girlfriend or a xoxo, which seemed silly for a grown woman running a business. My issue was not addressed, in fact it was turned around on me, like it was my fault. She basically said that I wasn't being positive or that I didn't really "LOVE OBV". Ummmmmmmm ok, fix my issue please, I don't want to hear your sob story.
Basically, I will never purchase again from this company.

First off they charge $10 for shipping for any order under $100. Which is fine... but when you pay for shipping you expect the service received to reflect that. I placed an order for their boxing day sale on Dec 26. I noted on their Facebook page that they were responding to others about it arriving (within Canada) before new years. They were even promoting their sale as "new years outfit." The shipping label wasn't printed until two days later on Dec 28th. The kicker is that it wasn't even shipped until January 3rd!
When I received the product it was cheaply made. It no way reflected the professional photos on the website. The fabric is practically see through on one of the sweaters and the other is just odd - its super baggy in the arms and the sleve comes to just above my wrists... not 3/4 or full length. Just an odd design.
The kicker is that they remove all their reviews from their facebook page and will block you. I sent them a message about my order and haven't gotten a reply at all. Crappy customer service. Also if you return anything you must pay the shipping for them to receive plus a ten dollar restocking fee. So its hardly worth it anyway.
Bottom line is I would not recommend this company. Their photos are deceiving, their customer service and general attitude sucks. Crappy quality of clothing where the sizing doesn't even make sense.
Made in China. Does not fit true to size. Customer service representatives are quite rude. They delete anything they view as "negative" thus there is no way for the buyer to know about the poor quality

This website will take your money and then not ship anything to you. They do not respond to emails, they do not have a phone number to call. The only way they respond is via Facebook messages. And when they do respond, they lie. I was told my package was shipped via Purolator. Nothing arrived and they would not provide a tracking number. They also told me they put a credit back on my card, lie, they did not. I would highly advise against shopping here, it is a SCAM

Answer: They seemed legit but never gave me a refund on a tank top I ordered. It's been a year I'm still trying to get my money back! Do not buy anything from this company!
Answer: Don't buy from this company if you try to get a refund you won't get it! I've tried for over a year trying to get a refund on a tank top I never received and there is no actual person you can talk too only email which is convenient for them to just give stock answers and not provide services. Don't buy with them!
