Products in the website has wrong measurments and poor quality, we order last week and proof of purchase attached and its very small and not correct size, requesting for refund or credit to buy any items from the site but still not responding.
Nykaa Fashion worst customer service. Nykaa is a Customers worst nightmare. I have purchased a pair of US Polo shoes against order No. NYK-************** on 28 May 2022. Order was delivered on 03 Jun 2022 two days late as promised. The size is not fit to me. So I raised a return request on the same day. The return request was approved on 04 Jun 2022. As per their policy return item is to be picked in 3 days. Once the item not picked on 3rd days I raised a ticket *******776, in return I did not received any response for the ticked. Once I called the customer care to know the status, customer support person replied that the item will be picked up in next 48 hours. Again item was not picked in next 48 hours again I called the customer care, again I received the same reply, once I asked to customer supports person let me talk to your senior person. He replied me that we don't have any upper level, give a email on support. I have given an email on 7 Jun 2022. In response I only received the same reply that item will be picked up in next 48 hours. But they didn't picked item. On 10th Jun 2022 again I gave email to support but the same 48 hours reply I received. 11 Jun 2022 I called to customer care to find the ticket status. He replied the same answer as they were trained to reply the same answer and also told me that he will raised a request and you will received a call from the support team. Till today 12 Jun 2022 I didn't received a call not the item picked.
If there is a possibility of giving negative star I would do that right away. I have never seen an e-commerce website which is so rubbish, inept, deceiving. I am not sure how this website is gaining so much prominence in this country. Please don't use Naykaa Fashion for shopping.
Due to such type of rubbish e-commerce service by Indian companies. Other country e-commerce companies are growing in India. And some people are thinking for Make in India.
I had ordered neutrogena combo which included serum and hydro gel which costed me Rs. 840, however i only received serum and not the gel so i initiated return request for the same stating that there is a missing product. My return was on hold for few days stating that i had not put enough description. So after multiple follow ups mu return request got through but i only received Rs. 749 for which i again did follow ups and i was told that i had applied coupon code which is not refundable. So i did email and call follow ups with customer care and they kept repeating that coupon code value can not be refunded. But i told them i am at loss here, i did not receive whole product because of your mistake of not sending whole product and despite returning whole product nykaa isn't refunding whole amount.
Wish I could give 0 star! I wrote a had review for an item and their service. The page hung when I clicked on Submit button. Later when I again went to tbe app page to give the same review, I see that they had already submitted "10 star" review! I cannot change that too! I've been shopping from Myntra, Ajio n Amazon & NEVER faced such issue. I tried Nyka fashion for the very first time and it gave me a horrible experience!
Bought a pair of Aldo mule shoes. My usual size is 8 still ordered for 9 n that too is found to be short. Requested for replacement. Out of order. Requested for return. It's over a month n inspite of more than 10 return request created by Customer care no body has turned to pick up. No body listens our grievance on customer care. If you are not able to pick up the return please allow refund immediately since why customer is being penalized for internal logistics of Nykaa
If there is a possibility of giving negative star I would do that right away. I have never seen an e-commerce website which is so rubbish, inept, deceiving. I ordered 2 swim suits for my kid size 7-8 and 5-6 which costed me 4000 rps and they sent a smaller sized clothes when we wanted to return they are saying these products are not eligible for return. I clearly took pictures and showed them there is no size mentioned on clothes now the customer service disconnects the call. I am not sure how this website is gaining so much prominence in this country. But please don't use it going forward.

Sends me faulty products, not once but twice. And now has the audacity to not respond to my emails.
My advice to customers is, if you get a faulty product, don't exchange it. Just return and then place a new order.
NEVER EXCHANGE. Because if that turns out to be faulty, and there won't be a return option, well sad luck lol. No amount of emails to *******@nykaafashion will get you anywhere.
Fricking frauds
Horrible horrible. Nykaa is simply trash! Avoid at any cost. Fake items recived and when reported so automated mail keeps saying allow us 24 to 48 hours…its been 40 days now AVOID! Its GARBAGE!
Don't buy products on Nakaa... service is very pathetic... Delivery is very slow. They didn't refund your money. It's been 15 days I didn't receive my order. Useless people. Close the company. Layki nahi hai inki NSE me registered hone ki.
I received a wrong product. NyKaa employees are saying we deliver correct product. Even they are not refunding. The company don't want to do refund.

I ordered a product that was delivered on 12th of February 2022 and immediately requested for return because 1. The product did not come with an MRP tag 2. I did not like the quality of the product.
The delivery partners rejected pickup because it did not have a tag. I went through a troublesome process of reaching out to customer service and requesting for special pick up. Every day I received a message from shadowfax saying the product will be picked up today and 2 hours later a pickup unsuccessful message without even in fact attempting a pickup.
I would then everyday chat on the Nykaa fashion app to get an attempt and was promised the same thing "we apologise for the inconvenience caused. We have escalated the matter and it shall be resolved within 48 hours"
The above was in fact utter bull$#*!. Moreover the chat would not be retained on the app. So I had to explain the same thing to a new customer service representative EVERYDAY. At a minimum I would have taken 30 minutes to explain this for 15 days. I have spent a minimum of 7 hours on this. And today it is still unsuccessful. This entire process has been mentally draining and such a waste of my time. The product is still not pickup up abs my money is stuck

Worst customer service. Nykaa is a Customers worst nightmare. You never get the service for the product you pay. I paid ₹8631 which is a total waste of my money. As I can't wear the sunglasses as they are defective. They are very lose from the lest side. Nykaa is providing me with useless reasons saying that all the weights were measured and they were correct. I said I have received a defective product and how can weights be different then they are disconnecting calls and chats as they have no proper reasons. Total fraud.
That dress soo bad... Very poor quality and it's some what tight too and I didn't even like it. So I created the return request the day I received it and after 3 days they rejected the request. Currently I am feeling so guilty for wasting my money over this. It was my first purchase from this app and it disappointed me to the worst.
Horrible! Nykaa is selling fake and couterfit products. Once you complain all they do is give you a run around! Fraudulent app and site. Avoid at all cost!
I had ordered a return. The pick up guy rejected the return because heels did not ha ve a price tag. I dont kno which heels have a price tag. Then it has been so many days i have been contacting them to do the return. Everyday they ask for 24 hours. It is harassment

But bar bar problem aaa rhi hai... connectivity proper ni hoti... bich bich me sound drop ho jati hai... very big issue... starting ke 1-2 days achi connected huya... koi issue nhi tha... but muje Costmer support se call aayi thi bola gya ki apki prblm jldi solve hogi... kab hogi plz timely action... apke app me na koi return ka option bi nhi hai... very bad app... plz solve this problem..
Absolute deceit.
Bought two products, namyaa serum and Body code cream which was unnecessarily over priced. It was ₹700 and ₹550 respectively for just 100 gm.
But I saw too many good reviews but after using had too much skin infection.
Then while I added a review in nykaa, they said only if the review is approved it will be published. Now it's clear why all the review is 5 star, if its below they don't even publish that. Nykaa as well the products of Namyaa and Body code absolutely fraud and cheating the customers.
Don't buy from Nykaa Worst company ever. It's been 30 days I have been waiting for my refund and they have been delaying the process by saying wait for 48 hrs.
Their customer service is a $#*! hole where their representatives are trained to say few lines like wait for 24 -48 hrs. Also the refund team is incompetent and does not understand basic banking
I ordered a pair of shoe from Nykaa Fashion and after a weeks not being delivered, I emailed them too but the customer service is so so pathetic, they don't respond well nor immediately and later I was confirmed that my order was cancelled without any information. Then when I ordered shoe for the second time, they sent me the wrong size. Never ever ordering from NYKAA Fashion.

Answer: I had order for almost 10k and above, on hot sale from 24-27th July 2020. Two items where delivered to my location and I could not pick the calls as it arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday. Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
