Their delivery is a joke. I had through horror of an experience to have my order delivered. They lie shamelessly that your product would be delivered at the earliest possible while you continue to receive false messages by delivery service that you were unavailable and hence the product was undelivered.
They are next level of incompetent service staff.I paid 4000 rupees for an order which I never received even after 3 weeks of waiting for the order. There was a small change required in phone number because of which they punished me in the entirety.They hardly bother if you are not going to shop back with them.
When asked for refund they are just refunding back half the amount? Really? Why? Now do I need torture of another 3 weeks of back and forth emails to get my money back!
Please do not shop with them, they are hell unreliable!
I want to exchange the product but app is not accepting request.want to exchnge or replce highliter shade. Trying to call on customer care but no response they are giving long wait times.

I recently had an unfortunate experience with Nykaa's refund process that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. As an avid online shopper, I understand that delays can happen occasionally, but Nykaa's handling of my refund was truly subpar.
I had purchased 2 products from Nykaa's website and unfortunately received a package with both products wrong after 13 days, it was the wrong shipment. Disappointed, I promptly reached out to their customer support team to initiate a replacement and refund for each respective product. They assured me that the refund would be processed within a specific timeframe, which gave me hope that my issue would be resolved quickly.
However, as the days turned into weeks, I found myself constantly following up with Nykaa to check the status of my refund. The lack of proactive communication on their part was extremely frustrating. Each time I contacted their customer support, I was greeted with vague responses and generic apologies. It felt like my concern was not taken seriously, and my patience was wearing thin.
Till today that is even after 18 days of my order I haven't received refund or the actual product which I ordered.
This delay not only inconvenienced me but also made me question the reliability of Nykaa's customer service and their commitment to customer satisfaction.
In today's competitive e-commerce landscape, timely and efficient resolution of customer issues is paramount. Nykaa fell short in this aspect, and it was disappointing to experience such a lack of responsiveness and accountability.
While I have enjoyed shopping on Nykaa in the past due to their extensive range of beauty products and user-friendly website, this incident has made me reconsider my loyalty. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service, especially when other online retailers prioritize prompt resolutions and maintain clear lines of communication.
In conclusion, Nykaa's delayed refund process left a sour taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope they address these issues and improve their customer service to ensure a more satisfactory experience for their customers in the future.
Overall service is bad, Nykaa's customer care does not give any solution. Courier partner delivery and pick up service of Nykaa Fashion is not good
My experience with nykaa service is terrible. Truly awful.
I ordered a skincare routine worth more than 10,000 for my best friend's birthday and hoped they would deliver on time. Delayed delivery obviously. And to top that they did not sympathize emotionally at all.
Secondly, she did not like a few of the products as they were not cruelty free and wished to return them, imagine my shock the return and customer service is terrible at Nyka.
There is no sense of satisfaction in NYKA's customer service.
No empathy no service. They are just ridiculously blunt about what they want to do and are not ready to provide a solution and just sit and enjoy the show seeing the customer frustrated.
It's been 10 days since the pickup was not done and my money is stuck with you. We cancelled our previous weekend plans because we were assured that the pickup was happening last Saturday and is still not done and now your team expecting us to cancel this weekend plans also saying very bluntly that the pickup will take another 4 days and they cannot do anything about it. This is not going to happen again.
Moreover the team tried to blame it on us several times. All the mistakes were done at the backend and we are suffering and holding our plans from past 10 days.
If the pickup is not done today I am going to defame you guys on social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. I can also go to consumer forum if required.
This was my first return experience with nyka and your incompetent team has turned it into my last purchase experience with nyka.
No brand takes 10 days for a small pickup. We are glad that we have Myntra and purple for beauty now as there service is flawless and very very transparent.
We know that you guys do give a tiny rats $#*! about the feedback otherwise we would've got a solution at the time of query only but still this is necessary that you know this and improve your customer service.

I have order some beauty products on 17th May 2023 it has to deliver 3 to 4 days.When i called customer care on 25th May 2023 they told they will follow up and send ASAP.But no response, Again i called on 29th May 2023 they told it will deliver in 2 to 3 days. So, I cancel that order. I have not expect this kind of response from NYKAA. My Order NYK-**************

I recently placed an order for two items from Nykaa, and I must say that I am extremely disappointed with their delivery service. After waiting for a long period I decided to reach out to their customer care for assistance. After two days I received an email stating that they were unable to deliver the items.This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect a certain level of professionalism and reliability from an online retailer, especially one as popular as Nykaa. The fact that they couldn't fulfill a simple delivery order is beyond comprehension.
I ordered an item from Nykaa as Mother's Day gift which they didn't deliver and keep lying that no one was available which is not the case as i was there 24*7. Apart from that they cancelled item and deducted certain amount of money.How could they do if I didn't get anything? And then i again placed a new order which was again cancelled by saying that no one was available. I have seen such kind of poor services anywhere. Moving forward I wouldn't be placing any orders from Nykaa.

Nykaa products are genuine, but they need to change their courier,DELHIVERY. Courier is pathetic.I will no longer order from Nyksa for this reason.
I have been indulged with nykaa customer care for 3 months now. I was cheated with my product and there has been humiliation and embarrassment from nykaa. I have to wait for the customer care and they give me the time to call them as there system is not working. Then they send me the same recurring emails about my product being pickedup. Now i have been cheated with my money as there is no response and now customer care says our system not working. I thought they brand was something of an innovation but as the digital trend has started, you have become careless and unprofessional
Do not.buy their cloths.they have no.return policy even though they claim they will take back. Outfit didn't fit, within an hour of receiving also they did not accept return or xcha nge in size.
I never seen such faltu quality product in myofe. I purchased from myntra,amazon,ajio,flipkart but got such bad experience with nyka. I purchsed green colour pant for 1250 rs.after receiving it's not worth of rs.209. Called cc but they said replacement not in policy only sizde can be changed but I don't want such transperant,very poor stitching,not having even interlock for product. They are nit ready to change pnt or even replace it. I have attached picture of bad quality pant from.nykaa.they are big cheater. I request all not to buy fro nykaa. Dont waste money.instead but from myntra,ajio.they don't even call or respond me now. Only mail replacement not in policy. Very poor and frustating experience
The product which I ordered was never received by us and we never shared any OTP as well for delivery. Even after that Nykaa updated in the system that the product is delivered to us. We reported the same issue to their customer care and every time they came back with the same stupid reason "investigation is not possible as the timeline has crossed 5 days from the date of delivery". And now I am left with neither the product nor the money as they are not even returning my money and not even trying to search for the lost items.
They have the worst customer care as every employee copy pasted the same stupid paragraph in response to your every email, like any bot response. Literally very annoying experience. This would be our last order from their stupid website. Fraudsters.
I have purchased lipstick bur they were broken I have returned them but they have not refunded my money yet. They are providing me with ref no but my bank has not received any refund from that ref no. They are fake don't buy from them.
Nykaa is doing business by cheating people. I have never experienced so bad service on online shopping. As a customer, you order an item and they send you whatever products and then deny to provide you any solution saying its non returnable item. At the first why would you send a wrong product, completely wrong colour ordered? If you dnt have the ordered items then cancel the order rather then deceiving customers. The customer service staffs only say •SORRY• and thats how they intend to keep their customers and make business. They dnt even try to find a solution to make for their mistakes. Customers pay money for their mistakes.
A platform who sells majority non returnable products should be careful what they deliver.

1) Company has some backend problem we are sorry i request you to consider this time
2) the delivery partner is not available in my pincode
3) My reason for returning is not valid and rejected

6)We have provided the resolution for every incident in the past and to help you further we forwarded your account details to the investigation team as there are sequential complications with your past orders.

5) As per the the nykaa return policy I have the rights to return exchange the product within 15 days of order confirmation but there is clearly no mention on the no of returns that can be filed so still doesn't make sense
6) Again it's your job to solve an issue and even if you have resolved it in the past, don't give the right not to resolve it this time. Also the sequential complaint is for this order only because I was doing your job of informing you that so far even after confirmation of return more than 5 time it got rejected and nobody informed me TO BE CLEARLY MENTIONING I HAVE ONLY RETURNED 3 ITEMS ONE OF WHICH WAS EXCHANGE
Answer: I had order for almost 10k and above, on hot sale from 24-27th July 2020. Two items where delivered to my location and I could not pick the calls as it arrived at 6:30 am on Saturday. Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
