I have used it first time and the service was worst even i have return the product and they have mentioned it that i will get ny refund amount within 48 hr but seriously it been week time and I haven't received so I recommend kindly user take on own risk while using it
I had the worst experience ever with this company. They delivered near to expiry date products. I think the experts are naive about the harm expired products can do to skin. They just hide their hideous faces and may be fake products behind stupid free complementary miniatures which are practically of no use. They reverse picked up those products and it's been 2 months I haven't got my refund back. Even the higher management sugar coat things and delay the process of refund... pathetic customer care service..
Actually I have bought one product which same brand. Nykaa is buying in 3756rs after discount but other site is buying in 1800rs same quality! They disable return open for this product, so I would like preferred others site. This is totally doing Ford... worst company. Dont buy any form nykaa. Personal experience!
I have too order some products but all products are wrong received. All photos are add but nykaa was not approved my return request 762 rupees waste of money cheating my money
We keep writing to them about attempted frauds on their site but no action is taken. They keep sending back automated messages which are useless and without any meaning. Dont save your payment methods on their site as they do not let you remove them. The website keeps saying error when you try to delete your saved cards.
I ahve order a product which is damaged now they are not even replacing it. I have been a frequent buyer however now I wont buy from them and going to share my experience with my colleagues, family and friends.
The app/site gives befooling offers at sales. And does not deliver promised offer after payment is done. I made a 6thousand worth purchase with offer of 1700 worth free product, but the product never got delivered and their support of is totally useless with repeated reply 20 times
The best thing in nykaa was their loyalty program and i was supposed to get my birthday present according to that in last month. But i didn't received anything. I contacted them for that. They told me they will provide 100 rs coupon for that like they are forcing me to buy something more from nykaa. And they turned customer benefit thing to their benefit side. I was supposed to get that present for my past order! Not for my upcoming order. So this response was completely unacceptable.! This isn't about any gift. This is their loyalty to customer under their own loyalty program.! I was regular customer at nykaa. I purchased for nearly ******* for last 3 months. Yes i received some delivery related issues like late delivery. But that was understandable in this current situation! But this one was completely unacceptable!
I ordered a pink salwar suit on nyka fashion. After weeks of calling the customer care number finally the product was delivered and then I found it to be a very cheap imitation of the original product. The quality was not worth for a price of 2800 rupees. I initiated a refund and again contacted the customer care to no avail. Still after so many months my money is not refunded. A total waste of money. I will never buy again or recommend nyka to anyone.
I have purchased mac prep fix + and mac foundation thats worth for 4500 in the hot pink sale.
They have not sent it free sample yet also i have seen other customer posting pictures with mac pouch which they received with mini kajal of mac that is worth for 675. When i raised the concern thru customer care people they were giving me stupid excuse of out of stock thing at the same time they promoting the free pouch with mac full size lipstick … also when i waited for good 20 mins they disconnected my call without resolving my issue.
I am really disappointed with this kind of attitude even when you shop so much.
I ordered few products of mac and bobbi brown from nykaa during pink sale and out of all one product they delivered me wrong and they are not ready to change that wrong product delivered. Highly dissatisfied from their customer service. I ordered mac foundation shade nw15 and they delivered me nc35 and cover of the product is nw15 but after opening it i found nc35. Highly stupid staff n poor communication services.

Its getting really hard to get you replaced item back. Many followups emails and all going on but nothing is working. Automated emails are reponding back thats it.

Please avoid Nykaa like covid 19. They will make you run from pillar to post if you want to return the product. Their customer rep will be rude and argumentative... they will ask you to send pictures with price tags from all angles. And then will not respond.So if you do not like the product or some size goof up is there... they will just not approve the return. Mantra, Fabindia, Ajio are far more prompt and co operative. Avoid Nykaa
Don't buy anything from Nykaa Fashion, you will feel frustrated if you need to return/exchange the product.
I ordered two products from Nykaa on 28th May out of which one was delivered to me on 2nd of June and the other one on 1st of June. The product that i received on the 2nd was wrongly delivered for which i Immediately requested return and it was pickedup and the refund was initiated. The other product which i received on 1st had some size issues for which I requested the return on the 3rd of June for which the return window was still open. On the same day the delivery person came and took the product but i did not received any message until the evening that the product has been picked up... Later that evening suddenly i received the message from nykaa that the return has been cancelled without specifying any reason. I spoke with the customer care and they verified everything and said that they will speak with the courier team and update. Now i get the response after almost 15-20 days that the investigation was done and found that the product was not picked up. They have refused to provide me with any kind of explanation and nor they are refunding the money. I had chat with them for almost half an hour and all they could say was we investigated and we did not received any product. Nor they provided with any kind of proof of investigation. Worst experience till date with such a big brand
They don't give leaves to their ill employees even during corona epedamic. When told that someone is seriously ill at family they don't want to give leave for them also. Heartless people's. Earings billions but want to cut salary for entire month of employees bearly earning very few thousand.
Incompetent e-commerce platform. They have good collection but their 3rd party delivery is terrible in Guwahati region. They are arrogant people with concern for the business and customer experience.
I AM EXTREMELY UNHAPPY With nyaka and the proDUCT.
1.IT IS VERY HEAVY TO HOLD (MY HAND STARTED HURTING BY THE END OF IT AND I ENDED UP POPPING A MUSCLE RELAXANT. WAS SO HEAVY)
2. HEATING IS NOT ADEQUATE
3. BECAUSE OF THE COMBINATION OF METAL AND RUBBER, HAIR REALLY GET ENTANGLED IN IT. I ENDED UP LOSING A BIG BUNCH OF HAIR BECAUSE THEY KEPT GETTING ENTANGLED.
Nykaa didn't care too take care of the problem. Wouldn't recommend nyaka at all
The products and brands available in Nykaa are really good and I love it but what is disappointing is every time I have purchased something from Nykaa in bulk one or two items are always missing from the package and it's not like nykaa bothers to keep a track to let us know the status. If we don't chase then its gone. I had gifted my mom self care beauty products during this lockdown and she had one item missing. It's not about the money but the ethics. We trust Nykaa to deliver the products we have already paid for. One suggestion is if we have ordered in bulk then why not wait to have everything to ship it together instead of sending items available and mailing them out but at the end I think Nykaa fails to track they have not delivered the complete order. If that is fixed I really don't have much complaints from the website. I want to continue shopping and I hope it can be a little more consumer friendly with its delivery and response.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
