Don't trust nykaa sales they will send wrong items and they will miss the products by splitting different shipments also don't keep any others

Customer service is the worst service they won't provide correct information if we asked to connect to higher officers they will keep on hold longtime and they will disconnect the call.

On December 4th 2022 many times we tried finally they arranged a call back after fighting with customer care executive longtime Mr. Arokiaraj John he was a manager he also provided false information he asked to allow 24hrs it was crossed also but not solution again on Dec 5th 2022 he was asking to allow us 24-48hrs time is this shame on nykaa.com

They'll make a fool of customers by writing SILK and delivering COTTON products which later turn out to be non refundable. Plus the colour of SET of 2 - the jacket and dhoti does not match. Jacket is lemon yellow and dhoti is sunflower yellow.
Shame on such a big fashion brand to cheat customers in this manner.
Regret ordering from NYKAA fashion.

I had ordered a product from Nykaa on 20 Oct and they delayed the delivery for 10+ days while the product was in a warehouse/storage literally a couple of kilometers from my home.

I could have walked to their warehouse and got it.

Later they cancelled the delivery altogether.

I will never order from them again and will never recommend their online shop and delivery to anyone.

Horrible experience with the company and its delivery partner. The order was delayed multiple times with no clear reason ("certain issues"). The courier (Delhivery) posted ridiculous comments like "Open delivery requested" after each delay. My refund and callback requests were completely ignored. The customer care phone doesn't work, only email. Would never want to deal with this company again.

Products in the website has wrong measurments and poor quality, we order last week and proof of purchase attached and its very small and not correct size, requesting for refund or credit to buy any. Items from the site but still not responding.

Tip for consumers:
Don't ever buy from Nykaa., not responsive and poor quality not issued credit for any dissatisfied items as of now. Please share with your family

Had a horrifying experience recently. Ordered a whole bunch of products and paid for them. Delivery was scheduled immediately, but at the end of the day I received a message saying delivery attempt failed. Nobody ever tried to call me or deliver the product. After several calls to customer care, delivery was rescheduled thrice more, but each time I received the same message - that the delivery attempt had failed. Customercare could not even help me with details of the courier service so I called them up myself, only to find that they did not delivery products to my pincode. So obviously, they had no intent to deliver.

The delivery logistics partner here is a company called Amaze/ ASNM Care.

Nykaa should seriously stop marketing and focus on after sales. I would rather buy these beauty products from Amazon, which has better logistics support than newbies like Nykaa, which has absolutely no clue how their products are reaching their customers.

V $#*!ty customer service. I tried reaching them and they did not help at all. Fake reviews of products launched 5 days prior and fake membership offers they claim. And also delayed delivery.

I ordered Some cosmetics but your delivery partner he doesn't know how to talk with the customer showing unwanted attitude. He came to deliver.he called me and asked where is your adress he came he knocked the door. I was oboved to open till the time he left he didn't wait for a second... i called him where u you. Send me the Qcord he don't know how to talk he is telling no need to take the parcel no need to pay... is this kind of behavior you people have. He is a delivery boy it's his job he can't show attitude like this... if he can't do his job properly then what he is doing in your company... a very 1st tym i m seeing delivery boy is showing this kind of attitude... very pathetic service. Plz teach your staff we r paying to u not to listen all this suffs... from your staff... else i stop ordering from nykaa

I have very bad or we can say worst experience with Nykaa Fashion. No refund have been issued from them even after so many requests and grievance at app, at customer care mail and over call. Return picked up and still showing not picked up. One guy collected 3 items and I have got refund for only two items and when I raised a query, they want me to provide details of pick up person as they do not have record. I mean how can they do not have detail of pick up person on whose basis they have refunded for two items. And till date have not received refund and not no mail is being answered in this regard. Hopeless...

Item no 1- NYK- ************** Piroh Women Floral Price 1794,
Item no-2 VBuyz Womens patti work straight cotton Green Stitched Kurta with Dupatta (XL)
A return request has been sent as size correct but the product did not fit. So i ordered Large ( order no. NYK-************** Price 1849) Replacement request has been sent on 24th August 2022.

Both these items were delivered on 24th August 2022 by the same person in vrindavan, Sanskar city
On 24th Due to size issue i ordered replacement of both dresses.
Person Came to take back dresses on 25th August at 3 pm his contact no was **************. He took both dresses... he is seem to be around the age of 35 fatty person. He take both the suits... but now Item no 1 has been picked up this message came... but ITem no-2 missing... next day i also received call from nykaa agent that he is coming to take back item no. 2 which was already taken by nykaa 's first agent on 25th along with ITem no. 1.
Kindly resolve the issue... Either return me Item no. 2 in Proper Size or return back my money.

Worst worst worst shopping experience and, worst and worst helpless bloody customer care people. Don't trust their brands because they are selling the cheapest products with highest price. They are Cheating people by not giving refund and telling we are responsible for the defect products. They don't even care after delivering products and not even try to resolve the issues. They just want the only money not customer satisfaction. Mainly mochi products, they are the worst cheating brand. Dont be cheated by them.

Ordered something but i got wrong parcel. Now i trued 4 to 5 times to customer care or i didn't get any positive result from there side just giving me the time again nd again or saying we will do something or you will get mail from our side. Now i they didn't replace the order neither return. Or within 15 days you can ask for refund. Now they are wasting yime or delaying or i tried to call customer even she don't have words to spoke or she hold me 25 mint or saying wait i will confirm or call will disconnect. They are things everybody is fool here... i got parcel someone else nd my address is printed on it or bill nd products will be on another customer.

They are cheater. Never ever order anything from them. It's more than 3 weeks and they have not refunded money for my cancelled order.

I had bought both 2 products from Nyka and one of them they cancelled stating undelivered and returned money, however the 2 product is here in my area just 3kms away but they are not delivering neither refunding money. This has been going on since 15 days and everyday they will say we are delivering, we have refunded check with Bank, we can't do anything.

I ordered my product on 25 July 2022, still they don't have shipped it, when i call there customer care they just say to wait for 24-48 hours! This is the worst company i have ever seen! These kind of companies should be banned!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering my products at NykaaFashion. I had ordered for 6 clutches and received only 2. The box said it contained 6 items and there were only 2 items inside. Immediately called their customer service, raised tickets in website, emailed them. They take 48-72 hours to respond to your ticket and its definitely worthless. They never resolve your issue. I didn't receive the missing products. All that happened was I lost my money and my peace of mind dealing with their horrible customer service. If there is a way to give negative star rating wd definitely do that. Stay away from their website. Its not worth your time.
