I have order set of 3 product from which 2 product I received of proper size along with size tag and on the 3 product size tag is not mention only because that product is not of that size only, when I contact to support team 1 day then didn't reply only and on same day I have sent email also were some time reply comes our concern team will get to back, after continuously been behind them then today some ganesh from there support team on chat reply that due hygiene reason we can't replace the product. In cloths product were the hell hygiene comes god know. This is my first worst experience with NYKAA hence no shopping from online. Nice way of fool people

Actually it was my first purchase from Nykaa. I have ordered on May 5th Makeup revolution luxury powder banana, nail polish & mini lipstick 1 of each from Nykaa. Order No. NYK-**************. But i received only 3 mini lipsticks.
Regarding this I chat with nykaa team members everyday but their is no proper communication.
Finally today one guy started telling that they can't take it back because I've used those lipsticks. Actually they are making delay to answer. So only i started using it.

Anyway I've requested him that i don't mind paying you extra for those lipsticks but requested him to deliver what ever I've ordered. He's says that he couldn't help out.

They don't want to return my balance amount... Very disappointed. Why should I pay for 3 mini lipsticks Rs. 967? Worst service...

I had a bad experience with Naykaa. The delivery boy kept the products with him and I got a message that the products are delivered. The next day I received my parcel and when I checked the products were different. Later I had raised a ticket to naykaa. It's been 4 days now still I have not received any response from them and they are not even receiving my call or reverting on my mail. Such a pathetic service they have. Never ever shop with this online brand.

Nykka didn't deliver the product after getting payment
His Currier partner wow express are also fraud they didn't deliver the product and mentioned that they delivered and nobody is going to take responsibility for this kind of things I am very upset and I will never buy any of the product from Nykka because customer service & support are very very Cheep & poor.

I am really fed up from nykaa.com
I ordered 3products costing 695Rs on 17March, 19. Money is deducted from my account.

Now it's approx 1month I am not receiving my products or money.

They mention on their site that delivery takes 3-4days, but see I am here with no product in hand.

I have called them day and evening talking to different representative but they say we can't do anything. We will raise high priority request and then next day they change the status to Out for delivery and very same evening change it to Failed delivery.

I didn't receive any call, message, mail from courier also if in case They cannot locate my address.

Neither nykaa is providing me the contact of India post.

I found a number of India post online but they never pick up the call.

Nykaa says they can't contact Indicate neither I, then how will things work.

If they claim to deliver in 3-4days, and do not deliver for any unknown reason how should I deal with that.

Giving fake commitments on site is just making fool of people.

What a company is it?

Nykaa has good collections, but the worst customer care possible. I've used a lot of e-retail sites but had the worst experience with Nykaa, when I wanted to return or cancel items. There is no straight forward way of doing this, you have to raise a concern and wait for them to call you or you have to call them. At any point for any query the only answer they give you is wait 3-5 days, however it's over 10 days and I received no refund. Very disappointed and would not recommend the site to anyone.

I used to think nyka was amazing, the easiest way to buy any branded cosmetic or electronics. But think about returning something and ull change ur review. I had received the wrong curling tong amd when i asked to return they took a week to respond, after multiple calls i was asked to wait 72 hrs. Like seriously? Then they told me to self ship the product for a fault of theirs because they don't ship returns themselves of products of other brands. The lady at tje customer care has no knowledge and cant speak. Only repeats one irrelevant sentence like a parrot. Will try to never buy any product again!

I ordered a Lakme Lipstick from Nykaa. As I received it I just opened it and was not satisfied with the shade. When I proceeded for return of the same. They simply denied saying you cannot return and its not in our policy I requested to speak to a senior even he didn't showed much interest to it. As earlier I have returned my ordered and took a replacement of same I thought Nykaa is easy replacement site to rely on. But so far it didn't worked out. Worst experience...

I have been waiting for a lot of orders from Nykaa for over two weeks now. The support team takes a whole day to reply and only asks for another 72 hours to "resolve the issue". My orders have not even been dispatched. They made me wait for a week because "the shopkeeper's sale" was on. The sale ended a week back but still, they have failed to dispatch my orders. Absolutely disgusted. This one female customer care "executive" told me to concept my order if I couldn't wait. WOW! Isn't that what a good company supposed to do?

They used to deliver products within 3-4 days. What a sad state of affairs. This proves that Amazon rules no matter what.

Few days back I ordered few products from Nykaa, some products were not delivered as per the expected delivery date. I contacted customer care department (through calls, emails, chat option on the site) so that i could get the products as soon as possible because i had my flight to some other country in 2days and i told them the same but my issue was not resolved.
Delivery timing is too worst, they did not deliver products on expected time and customer care department is pathetic they never bother to revert to your emails.
I was highly disappointed by Nykaa services and would advise not to order anything as they do not care for their customer.

Very bad customer support. Never respond properly. I had place an order after two three days the status is getting updated as failed delivery. If I call customer support they promise that the order will be delivered. But the delivery executive calls and tells that my area is not serviceable. Had happened twice. Worst service ever. The customer care people have no idea about where the product is and don't give proper information. Finally had to cancel the order both the times because I received no response from the customer care.

I am being trying to place an order since, last 4 days now but the order is not getting created and i got the option to pay it from nykaa wallet and i had added money in that now i am making calls there is no solutions, everytime they are asking me to dial some other number, even sent an email but there is no response from that as well. I feel my money 3000/- gone in nykaa wallet. Feeling so frustrated and irritated.
