Once I received the product(Lip shade) I requested for return as the shade was not as per my expectation. They were providing lip shade with a sharpener(which they have mentioned as free gift along with that lip shade but in the invoice they have breakup the cost of lip shade and sharpener too).
Then I raised a return ticket requested and following up with them from past 15 days approx. When today when I mailed them. Regarding refund "they replied back that we have received your product but they only received the lip-shade not sharpener and now they will take more 5-6 days for my refund.) their customer care team has not knowledge they are just reply as per the templets provided to them.
Why they have not updated me for anything. Why always I have to write them a mail?
There is no one who can look into you issue. They dont care about their customer's money.
Seriously horrrible peopleon help centre... they are stupid egoistic and behave rudely with customer

I had ordered for a few products from nykaa, not only was it prepaid, my delivery has gone to someone else and nykaa's service is the worst. They are not doing anything about it. Never order from here
I placed order on 5/8/18 and its prepaid. Today is 22/8 and still I have not get my order. I tried so many time to call nykaa Customer care but they don't pick up call. L m scared I will get my order or not
People in customer support fit for nothing. Selling the product is not enough, even need to give right back end support to the customer.

This was my first and last purchase made from nykaa and going forward i wold not wanna waste my time on them very bad service the first imperission is the worst with you'll when we buy something from your brand delivering it on the rite time and rite person is your responsibility which you'll have not done even after me following up the whole day im just disappointed

Products are awesome but customer services are not upto mark. I don't like The way they handle their customers. It's my second time I got leaked product... First time it was livon serum and second time it was treseme shampoo... When I opened it it was badly leaking and my hand and dress became dirty... I am a frustrated customer who had placed an order on your Nykaa portal on 12th May for 4 available products & today its 29th May & i have still not received my order. My order number is *******. After placing an order you guys have mentioned the estimated delivery date is between 14-19th May and today is 29th May and the products have still not received and your customer care people dont know anything, they just know to say that the products will reach soon. Also your so called WOW express still shows the status till 13th May only.
I called your customer care people twice & both the times they have no idea about anything.

Recently i bought an electronic trimmer. Its not working at all. I genrated a ticket for it. What they give support that they are not ready to replace or refund neither support me in any manner. By saying its manufacturer fault. In that case, i really disappointed by their service. They take the money for that product now no support from thier site. Very Poor support from Nykaa.com...

So far i've ordered multiple items 4 times from nykaa. The first time i didnt receive 2 of my products yet they charged the full price. Second time i received products that were old and dirty and in the 3rd and 4th time i received damaged products and they didnt exchanged it, instead told me that i damaged it. NYKAA's a SCAM peoples. Worthless e-commerce site. Period.
I have just visted for grooming up session at this outlet for Women day. It was offer for Nykaa - Lakme products. The young girls name was Taruna Gupta who has done make up for me. The products were too good. It had changed my entire look. Thanks to Taruna Gupta and Nyksa for such wonderful gift on women day
Had ordered a MAC powder. Got it damaged and then they sent me a coupon to use for my next purchase. However coupon kept saying invalid. I had to write them 20 mails to activate it. And it still didnt work. Pathetic customer service. I wish mac was available on Sephora.

Its been over a week. I have not received the order.
Also my order is not reflecting on "my order" section of Nykaa portal.
The week has been full of follow ups on customer support of Nykaa

I have got my products today, trust me it was looking as if i have ordered from a local shop. The makeup product's palette was full of scratches and it was looking as if it was kept in their warehouse for a very long time it was looking old and i right away checked all the expiry dates but thank god i was saved. Seriously i am not happy that they dont even take care of the products quality. I don't know how they keep it. When you go out for a shopping you will buy the product or something which looks new to you, you will not pick that stuff which is looking old or shabby. I will never recommend Nykka to anyone one should go and buy the stuff from outside that will be better. I must say that the products were genuine and i got the delivery in 2 days that was really fast but not happy with the quality of packing.
This is regarding Loreal Paris night cream. The cream is expired, though the expiry date is due in Apr'18. It is really a cause of concern as you can see it yourself in the attached images, that the cream has become more like a jelly, wherein the oil is separate. I am a regular user of loreal products and this has never ever happened so far. Since i've been using the product regularly, i could identify that the product is either been tampered/ adulterated/ already expired. But if it was some first time user, it would've caused serious damaged to the skin and what not.
And getting a poor customer service is a nightmare.
Never ever going to shop from Nykaa again.
My wife ordered few products from Nykaa but they turned out to be fake as compared to same products she purchased from showroom plus the seal was broken for one of the product and it has dried up. Tried calling customer care and wrote emails but no response. Looking at all this I have posted this review. I suggest better pay little more but purchase from showrooms as you will apply them on your skin and hair( body parts) so why take risk as these duplicate products might do some reaction on your skin or hair.
I order a nyx lingerie eye tint of 675 on 17 th Nov. I was super excited. Bt the product i gt was a used lipstick. There was a used lipstick inside the box. M so disappointed with nykaa. Cheap nykaa..
