They are not credible. The customer service is pathetic just acting like other cheaters in the market. A consumer invests time in buying a product and they fail to deliver it.
I was suppose to receive my order on 4 th of dec and today being 6th I tried contacting the help centre. Unfortunately they only have chat support and the agent don't even feel the need to respond. I contacted few hours back too but they are not even able to provide the contact details of the courier center where the order has reached. I don't even feel like giving 1 star rating. And finally when the agen responded she just sent a msg and closed the conversation as if customer have nothing to say
I bought 2 Lakme lipstick, kajal, cc cream and compact from Nayka. Delivered products were not real Lakme. I have been using Lakme since long and I know those products were not genuine Lakme even packaging were different so I ask for return and refund. But the approval is pending since long. Very Disappointing experience. Would not suggest anyone to use this app.
They would send me message every day that your order is on the way. But even after 1 week I never received my product and when I try to talk to the customer service they block my number. The are not genuine to their clients instead they cheat their customers
Highly irresponsible site & clumsy customer support. I placed my order worth Rs. 2000 (prepaid) on 10th of November, it was due on 13th of November, it reached the destination but it has not been delivered till date (today is 25th!). Since I needed it by tomorrow, I requested refund, but the approval is still pending. Now, my money is stuck & I don't even have my products. Pathetic customer support. No value of customer's time. Please beware and do not order anything from this app. It'll leave you feeling helpless and will do nothing about it.
Entire package was wrong, the package had my name and details but the contents and invoice inside were of somebody else, nykaa cc not helpful at all its been more than 72 hrs the pickup not even initiated, so forget about the refund, they are frauds! Beware!
Recently I purchased 3 fiama shower gels 100 ml each all rated as 55/-, but they took rs 90/- for a avocado n peach shower gel, this total fraud, being a new customer u cheated me on this, won't buy again from Nykaa!
Lost hope of getting my refund they picked up the return products and never refund the money tried calling 100times they say my number is only not registered!

All buyers, if you are ordering any discounted products after receiving plz cross check expiry and make sure its not very close. I learnt that whenever Nykaa gives offer or discount they take out all products which has closest expiry. When you return the product their customer service is pathetic. For me its been 20 days and product is not picked up. Be careful and think twice to order the products. My product pick up is till pending and daily i have waste 30 mins to speak and fight with customer service. Plz dont order any cosmetics. It will give you big headache if you return the product.
I had a bad experience with nyka I had purchased one product but very poor just for one use it went no value for money at all no responsible also I called several times to customer care no bothered to help me also.

I placed the order on 2nd August, git two products which were not sealed so I requested for a replacement, they pickup the product on 9th August and I have not received the exchange product yet. The customer support service is pathetic in Nykaa, simply they bluff the customers saying they will arrange a call back which will never happen. It is really disgusting and frustrating waiting for almost 18 days now. I will not recommend Nykaa to anyone after this. Worst
I have ordered Gift card from Nykaa on 14th of Aug 2019 and there is no tract of my order details on the app also the customer service ppl are finding it difficult to track the order. Very unprofessional and unreliable. Now I am stuck with Nykaa for my 1500 gift card which no one knows when will be resolved.

They only delivered the product on time of COD (cash on delivery) order, if you have prepaid order they will take more time

I have ordered a dress 15 days backend till now I didn't get the product. Unable to track the order also. First time I am seeing an app like this. Just wasting others time
Sometimes they delay your orders as long as 1 month and almost take twice the time to refund your money with a hopeless customer service which always puts up a excuse(each customer care will tell different reason) for delay or non delivery. They send several promo sms on mobile and when a person decides to order a few things from their website never he gets his items delivered at discounted rate and the main reason given by naykaa for failure to deliver the order is they accuse customer of being a shopkeeper when they have no proof that he is a shopkeeper? And even if he a shopkeeper then no where on their sale page or website has it mentioned that shopkeepers are not allowed to purchase and after informing them that you are not a shopkeeper to the extent of revealing your profession which is a very very non professional way of dealing with customer their customer care is adamant and still insist that we are shopkeepers also in-spite of the earlier track record of purchase which is ignored in-spite of repeated request and this might be because naykaa is really not serious about delivering orders booked through their pormo schemes
Indus valley night cream, acne gel, aloe vera gel, Face scrub are just fabulous. I just love all the products. I Genuinely find these products good. For better results one must use it regularly. Also AVACADO oil is available here which is 100% organic.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
