I had ordered for wanderlust handwash received a defective product sent images of the same. It's been 5 days they are still investigating it. Now they want images of the carton box etc! Who preserves the carton and extra extra polythene they use to wrap it. I'm uninstalling NYKAA.
I had a chat with agent named Taniya for my delayed delivery, she was so lazy in replying, like I had to wait more than 5 mins for one line reply and she was just copying and pasting the script, no human touch, no apology, nothing rather when I asked a question she left the chat and another agent was connected asking me the same question again. It's not the first time, it's always, I pray that I don't have to contact their help centre, even though we can get almost every products in Nyka, they need to pay attention to their customer support because this is so crucial, please hire those who needs the job. Such attitude is not meant for customer support.

I can't trust on Nykaa now... Nykaa and thr delivery persons are cheaters I cancelled my orders, the delivery man didn't delivered the ordr and mentioned that he delivered my order. Even I have raised concern on this and asked nykaa team to come and check CCTV camera of my building whether parcel is delivered or not... Order at your own risk from Nykaa. Can't trust on this company.
Nykaa blocks customer if you return products, even if they send wrong products or duplicate your orders. No porper communication to customer, they directly block block.
I ordered some product from this aap, i paid by Google pay... they deducted the amount & showing in their aap no order place, after that i called them, mailed them then they said it will be refunded with in 3 to 4 days... still didn't get... worst experience ever. Such a unprofessional behavior.
Guys you will not become rich to keep my 600 rs, shame on you, iam your old customer & you people frustrated me now... If order can't reach so why don't you give my money back, if I will file for dispute that's not good for your company reputation... It's 2 weeks now, shame on you, you always give me 48hours time no products, no money... Never recommend nykaa to anyone
Return policy of nykaa is soooo poor specially in electronics products... if you want to return them they start cooking up the new return policy... In shorr all they doing is a blame game.so avoid purchasing of electronic products from them
I had ordered a backpack, which when i recieved it, i didnt like it. So i wanted to return it. But the only way one can return a product on nykaa is apparently if the product has some defect with it. Unlike other shopping sites where one can just return if a pdt is unused and not liked. I am never shopping frm nykaa again
Received damaged product from Nykaa.
Raised complaint, wrote an email to their grievance offer - but no reply.
Called on the customer service number ample amount of times but they just disconnect the phone without providing any resolution.
Never ordering the products ever again from them.

Nykaa used to be really good all over but now their standards have gone down. The customer care is really bad. They resolve your problem.
Seeing the popularity and all the adds in instagram, i thought its a good experience! BUT WORST SERVICE EVER! I placed the order on 4th Feb! Its 13th Feb no delivery, when the package is at the nearest point! All i had to update was my phone number! It took a day or two by executives to UPDATE a phone number! 10 f**king day- its 13th feb today no delivery! Customer executives are only good at words, Pretty set of english speaking hopeless people
Please do not return your product. Otherwise u will feel stuck... nither u will get your refund nor the product... it is frustrating and their customer excutive will say we are updating this and that.

Nykaa is a fraud site. They took my 4000 rs and never credited it back. Worst producs they give they never give what u see online. Everything is just opposite. They stole my money and never returned it. U can see in the picture below that what I ordered and what I got. Ridiculous nykaa it's ridiculous
I recived 4 lakme products and can you believe products and they were not company sealed... All were open... And Nykaa given the Lakme/Nykaa authenticity certificate in nykaa site... what a $#*!ing online app it is... $#*!ing and fooling people... please don't buy from here please..
Worst service ever. Their delivery guys are busy with functions and personal life and send back parcels. Then nykaa asks to place order the the price goes up and when there is no discount
After purchasing a high priced hair straightener product. They sent an old, dusty one, once i asked for a refund, they refuse to take responsibility. Just dont support these sort of fraud websites. Just buy it from amazon or something for peace of mind.

Refund will never gonna happen seriously. All fake. Please do not waste your money by buying the unworthy products from the worst NYKAA... I dont even want to rate 1 also thats much wrost it is :(
Pathetic services being rendered by Nykaa.
When it comes to after sale service,, firstly the product sent are of very poor quality, then when asking for return, you yourself have to follow up every days for the same and the revert you will get is we are having work load, we are busy, can you please have patience, we are working on it.
And these responses are being given to me from last 10 days, still nothing is done. You have to fight for your own money and listen to their lame reasons.
Please never ever buy anything from nykaa, firstly product quality is cheap, secondly if by any chance you want refund or replacement of the product, you will have to suffer like hell for the same.

Later I got up around 10am and called the delivery guy, he said he called many time and he couldn't reach me. So he left, and he also said that the order will reattempt again on Monday (27th July 2020). I kept waiting and called delivery guy on Monday evening. For my surprise, he says the order has been sent back. I called customer care, Mr. Lohit took the call and din't address any of my questions. Because of the delivery partner Nykaa has chosen, why should I suffer. CC agent says he can't send the items, order is cancelled and he can't give the offer on which I bought the item for. Instead he is offering 100rs worth coupon Unethical behaviour seriously. Worst agents, worthless customer service and cheap supervisors. The whole Nykaa team is useless. Very disappointed. If you guys can't give service which has been promised, then why the hell you guys throw offers. Seriously assholes. Never ever buy anything from Stupid Nykaa app.
